    Thanks for the clear explanation, I’m broke down on the side of the road. Belt is completely missing. This video is very helpful, now I know what to do to get home.

    Very helpful. Thank you. I think I'll keep the alternator in place and sneak in from behind. Looks like a lot less trouble the way you demonstrated.

    Great video as always, but it is an 18 mm bolt head on the tensioner. Mechanically other than that, thank you for your help sir.

      I should’ve seen this comment first. I’ve been looking for a 7mm. Yes it’s an 17/18mm. I was wondering why 7mm it was so small.

    I got a belt and it will not go past the alternator. I’ve been doing this for almost 2 hours and no luck at all.

      Why did you remove the entire tensioner? Can’t you just remove the pulley?

      @@JustinHill-e6l It's "recommended" to replace your tensioner along with the belt but you don't have to. It's to prevent uneven wear on the new belt
