The end of the world As we know it “assassin’s creed odyssey” the actual game is more rated M featuring violence and killing in an ancient Egyptian setting with some figures of that time; however, due to it’s amazing recreation Ubisoft threw this very educational feature in as well.

From books (written by Egyptologists) and objects collected in museums, I gather that Egyptian houses had few windows and they were placed very high, in order to let the heat escape. There was very little furniture; wood was very scarce, as the country was extremely poor on trees--mostly acacias. Also, there were no chickens in Ancient Egypt, and they absolutely did not wear the fez as you show in a scene.

It’s not true and based souly on antisemitic rhetoric and conspiracy theories that were fabricated and used to fuel their oppression and harmful attacks on them as people. It’s antisemitic. I do agree that Britain when it was industrialised did a lot of bad, but it was also not the best before hand. Ancient Britain like with the Celts and such and the vikings (when they were kind traders and not plunderers) and before that it would’ve been good. Definitely a spiritual time. But yeah Britain ain’t exactly amazing. But yeah neither was Greece or Rome or Egypt lmao.

In general, history class tends to be boring, and students are forced to do rote learning without understanding how people used to feel in daily life in ancient times. So young people fail to respect our ancestor. However, this video presents us how ancient Egyptians had lived very vividly as if they are still alive. Our life today is based upon our past including those ancient Egyptians, and we are not separate. Learning history is to recognize that our present and past are integrated, and we are a part of history.

Same I know I was an Egyptian 100 %. I’ve loved ancient Egypt since I was a little girl, I am 28 now, and still have not lost my love for it. One of my biggest fears, is to not get to go there. It hits me so hard I have cried. No matter where I live I know Egypt is home. I really do believe in reincarnation, everyone has lived multiple lives. But I believe I was the happiest in Egypt. I would make my teachers look at me strange, and everyone when I would tell them I wanted to be a Egyptologist. Most little girls say I want to be a doctor, or a vet. Every time I feel sad, or lost I watch something about Egypt and it lifts my spirit. I am happy in my life now, but (need) to go there. ❤️

Ksjs Jdjdb Do you not believe in past lives? Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. I wouldn’t put you down in what you believe in. I’m not the only person to leave this kinda comment, are you going to message them too? J.M.B. Left the same comment as me. But sure doesn’t want your opinion either. Matter of fact I was 100% an Egyptian queen. Does that trigger you more? All jokes aside, I’ve always had a connection to Egypt. And if you do believe in past lives, why couldn’t I of been there?

    • @theendoftheworldasweknowit9894

Ksjs Jdjdb Well I do believe in past lives. Who knows what you believe in, do you see me messaging you for it? You know how many people have past life readings done? Or children who still remember past lives. The whole theory of past lives hasn’t been 100% been proven no, but hasn’t been disproven either. So to all out call it stupid is ignorant. You seem to be a closed minded person though. And that’s okay, just like me believing in past lives.

So would the whole Indian culture, cause you do know in India that is a part of their religion. Until then closed minded, uncultured swine, keep your negativity to yourself.

I think it's just poorly worded, to be honest. Saying they were "open" to women is a little misleading. It's more like, what women were allowed to do. As for jobs dominated by men, pretty much everything governmental and a lot of religious/ritual things. For instance, scribes and priests were men only. Military, of course, was men only, and many craft-based jobs as well.
