      @mountaintop0925 use data but the data that you use to come to your assumptions are skewed..do you analyze the variables of the statistics you gather or you just read something and run with it? As an analyst of 10+ years I know that you can manipulate numbers and data to get whatever output you want. And from my experience as a black woman with a majority of black women all around me I know for a fact that the stereotypes among black woman only pertain to the most ratchet of them. Also, you can also find the same attitudes placed on black women within other ethnicities it is just more acceptable because they are more sought after.

  • @DeajaneWilson
    @DeajaneWilson Год назад +67

    I think checking out the whatever podcast may show you that it is more of a generational thing than a black thing. Also fresh and fit usually have more non black girls on there and they spew the same rhetoric. The reason why you don’t see other women is because you don’t go looking for it. Everybody is dealing with just as many problems as we are. The divorce rates is more prominent among white people too so just because they get marry does not mean they retain the relationship. If you are not going to actually do the research on other races, I don’t think it really helps in bringing them up to try and debate a topic. America is having a hard time relationally regardless of color and if you only want to be with black women then stop bringing up everyone else.

Try to be as less judgemental as possible and as patient as possible when it comes to pregancy and the ups and downs we have during it. If you notice a creepy guy before i do, create a little distance by standing next to me according to what side they on and tell me to be alert. Dont approach them. Dont bring me to a place or situation where i will be physically harmed. U dont always have to throw hands, tbh me personally i prefer my partner to not bcuz that might end his life. I'll tell him straight up i felt uncomfortable with a situation but all i need is conformt not him potentially getting hurt. I think at that point you're looking for something to disagree with because although there are alot of women online who push false narratives.... I understand that alot of women who join your panel don't even have those same held beliefs.
    Like if we are promoting balance between the sexes i don't think its fair to accuse those black women of having toxic values before they even gave their opinion fully. It would kinda be the same thing as a women accusing you of being sassy or dusty.
    Also... What was your reasoning for saying this at 1:02:15. First off. The idea that just because the first women chose money over marriage does not imply that her morals and values are somehow less than yours because she literally stated out her own mouth that she would still want marriage but she would still be richer in the process. Thats not toxic how you are promoting it. And then when she tried to clarify you told her that you dont care.
    I think at that point how are we supposed to hold ourselves accountable if we are accuse women of being toxic when they aren't even showing toxic traits.

    men do not want to marry black women…date or impregnate is different. These men act they speak for all black men and they, they also use very skewed so called “studies” when they refer to certain issues. The CDC is not all in composing. You do not see any other race of men, like black
    men, who speak about their women in such a negative light like they do. White women do not have to consider money when marrying, because their men (white) that are the highest earner or who have the potential to out earn any other race. Men need to take that same advice and date women who are what you're looking for and want the lifestyle you want. It's wayyyyyy too many men out here making shit hard for everyone else by constantly harassing women who don't want them and don't care to live the lifestyle they're looking for. But men think they have a right to try to mold women into something they're not for their own personal pleasure and that attitude is why a lot of women are just annoyed with men altogether. Dudes claim they want traditional women but refuse to get with traditional women and harass and demonize "modern" women instead as if that's gonna do anything but make women dislike men even more than we already do.

      @@joannamonique707 Most guys aren't dating. They are either married or not getting any action. The ones who are getting play from chicks aren't usually the ones complaining. Of the ones who are getting chicks but are still complaining, yeah you're right, they do need to pursue the women they claim to want instead of trying to change the chicks they are wanting to fuck. There's a difference between trying to change someone and trying to mold them. We all mold and manipulate the people around us. It's not a bad thing. We are all different, so we have to be dealt with differently. Maybe 80% of how we treat people is based on generalizations, but the other 20% is based on that individual person. So you will have to mold the person to be the 20% that is unique to you. It's not a bad thing. We all want to be treated special by those in our lives, especially those we are in a relationship with. Toxic people can misuse it, for sure, but most people don't.

      @@joannamonique707 I don't believe most guys are demonizing chicks, modern or otherwise. Most are simply state their gripes. There will always be some hurt guys that do actually attack chicks, but they are just a loud minority. But there's a loud minority on both sides. The majority on both sides need to come together and discuss and listen and figure out middle ground and concessions. The extremists on either side never will, so let them be lonely and angry by themselves. The rest of us don't have to be. We don't have to choose sides. We can actually live and love in reality.

    I haven’t watched a single second of this video, but I will say this-
    The Nuclear Family, at least in the American sense, is an ANOMALY. Have you heard the phrase “It takes a village to raise a child”? In ancient civilizations, or even just going back to the 1800s, most societies had towns/cities/villages where children could could be in a place other than their parents’ home, or school, unsupervised- or at least not have their every action monitored.
    Children can no longer walk around in packs of their peers. In America, cities are barely walkable. A car is almost always a necessity to get to anywhere fast without being exhausted. Aunts, uncles, and close friends can’t really supervise a person’s child because almost everyone has to work.
    Expanding upon that last point, at least up until the 1980s there could reliably be one parent in the home of a nuclear family to raise a child who wasn’t exhausted- because dual income households weren’t a necessity. Think about how often it is the case where both parents work and the kids are at daycare being raised by someone else, or the school system via extracurriculars.
    The concept of the Nuclear Family requires each new group of parents to leave *their* parents’ house to get their own. From the 1940s post WWII Baby Boom there have been at least three blocs of generations who’ve “left the nest” and gotten their own homes. The Baby Boomers are only JUST now passing away and leaving houses behind, while three, almost 4 generations have been expected to pair up and get houses… is this sustainable? There’s only so much land and private property that exists, and these homes are either usually large and expensive or overpriced places that can only be rented. There’s hardly any sensible, affordable “starter homes”.
    I haven’t talked about the costs of the child, itself and sacrifices that must be made. Throughout history almost every successful civilization has been agrarian. Having a child, especially a male, meant an extra hand on the farm, fields or hunting game. This is no longer the case. Having a child in the modern world is a financial LIABILITY for 18 years at the very least, and as I stated before, with almost everyone having to work to live even into their 50s and 60s, you can’t always lend them over to someone else when you feel you need free time. Modern cities are not in any way child-friendly as towns and villages were. Our government has shown that they do not GAF about children in many ways. We have a super bloated military budget but children with cancer are relying on fundraising via WalMart for treatment. There’s no free school lunch for them… it’s just ridiculous.
    The Nuclear Family arose from the same place as unfettered capitalism. Free-reign capitalism is not conducive to family formation.

    People need to stop sayin, "We came into this world alone." No one came into this world alone except for Adam. We came in to this world through our mothers, with nurses and doctors to treat us as soon as we come out. You had help coming into this world, so help those that you can, but remember you cannot help everyone. Nuclear familes need to teach these single parents and help them to not raise masculine women.
