Could be wrong, but I'm _pretty_ sure this is the first time we've seen someone lose a limb and continue fighting regardless. It's especially impressive given how she barely treats it like an inconvenience.

I love the concept of a large brute inquisitor. It’s a nice change of pace from the slender/human like body shape and I like to see other species wield the force.
I hope to see another inquisitor with a unique appearance again in the future
The funny thing is that she was actually way more skilled with the force. From memory, she's a skilled empath (or was as a jedi)
I wasn't expecting it, but Ninth Sister might be the best part of this game. She just gives perspective on everything. How the Empire, the dark side, and the Inquisitors themselves function and think. She turned what gets considered a joke by fans into something terrifying, like you can become her so easily and join the Empire. Second Sister is personal, but only as someone to avoid or save depending on the circumstance, the Ninth feels like someone you have to fight and stand up to.
The fight with her is also the best in the entire game imo

We see greater falls than Cal's in the movies so obviously jedi are tougher than normal humans. She looks even more tough. I didnt see her ship blow up, possible that it catched her or that she caught a branch. Just saying, its not impossible that she survived.

Kinda gotta sympathize with the Inquisitors. From the sound of it Vader and Sidious didn’t just take it some disillusioned Jedi and gave em spinning lightsabers. They found individuals they knew they could mold, ripped them apart and put them back together to turn them into their own personal hellhounds.
Vader personally destroyed one of the Ninth Sister's eyes in training. The stuff they go through in the comics is insane.
Connor Ryan Fallen Order kinda contradicts that Vader Comic imo. Trilla becoming the second sister doesn’t line up with it at all.
@@tylerellis9097 This game derives most of its inspiration from the comics, and the Second Sister is purposefully not touched upon much. Likely in order to keep space for this game to cover her.

@@tylerellis9097 Ahhhh thats just the comic not being good about the passage of time. The first issues start within a week of Ep IIIs end. But the arc where Vader meets and founds the Inquisitors was actually a lot later. they just make it look like everything happens back to back on each other.

One of the more underrated Star Wars villains in my opinion. Also, I like how they didn't really confirm her death on screen. They could easily claim that she survived and it would be totally plausible.

She's been thought dead once before and given Star Wars' recent track record with people who turn up alive after being thought dead, I'm not convinced she is dead.

She sounds exactly what I imagined she did when I first read her dialogue in the Vader comics, really well done

The Ninth Sister's dialogue here is so intense, disturbing, and the actions going on emphasize on her words. The way she shrugs off losing her hand after the intial shock and continues to hammer away at Cal, talking about what she was made to suffer and how it affected her and sadistically enjoys the thought of subject Cal to the same horrors she went through and spitefully telling him he can't win against the Empire.
Brute though she is, I can't help but feel sorry for her and for the Second Sister, and maybe perhaps some of the other inquisitors. The Ninth Sister (real name: Masana Tide) has clearly suffered and still suffers and the only way to deal with it is to be the one causing the suffering instead of being on the receiving end, is why she's bitter and spiteful. She's basically confessed that she lost herself from the torture and suffering and training she was subjected to and it was disturbing for her to demonstrate the truth of that in how she basically said "oh well" to the loss of her hand, as if she herself no longer matters

in darth vader comic book, there is a scene where vader teaches new inquisitors. the grand inquisitor asks: "what mutilating them in combat will teach them?", the answer was: "loss". Vader took one ninth sisters eyes

This game's story is so good that it made me realize that the Jedi and the Sith might not be so different after all, and that the new generation will always suffer because of the choices of the last. Cal, Trilla, Merrin. They all got their lives destroyed because of what happened. They didn't have any choice on that. It just happened. And now they are living the consequences of it. If even one thing had happened differently, Cal could've became an Inquisitor along with Trilla, or Trilla might've escaped and Cal could've taken her place. Things are not as black and white as they seem, and this game does a really good job at exploring that.

So far, the Ninth Sister has lost one of her eyes, a foot, and now a hand. Jesus, she's almost like the Black Knight (from Monty Python) of Star Wars!
Out of all of the inquisitors in Star Wars. The ninth sister and the grand inquisitor were both interesting to me. The grand inquisitor was a temple guard who turned to the dark after the bombing incident at the Jedi temple regarding barriss offee And the ninth sister because of how she talked about her inquisitor life about losing her limbs such as her leg and that when cal cuts her hand off she’s not that bothered by the loss of it. I don’t believe she is dead yet tho.
We didn’t see her final moments and there’s no way she could have died from a crappy force push

@@SlapshotStudios When Jedi Padawan Ferrin Barr mind tricked their Purge Troopers into attacking the Inquisitors, Sixth Brother (who was the Inquisitor Ahsoka killed in the Ahsoka novel) cut her leg off to distract the Purge Troopers while he escaped.
This game gave me hope for Star Wars.

Why are most inquisitors being defeated by a padawan?
-Cal defeated ninth and second sisters
-Ahsoka tano killed an inquisitor
-Kanan Jarrus defeated the grand inquistor
dragon leo Cal isn’t really a push over n most inquisitors never really dealt w/ skilled Jedi n Vader knew this, Ashoka was trained but grand masters n Jedi masters left n right plus she killed one inquisitor who wasn’t really skilled that much w/ any lightsabers n Kanann idk how tf he beat the Grand Inquisitor tbh
Most of the inquisitors were jedi, some were just padawans when they fell to the dark side, I don't know about the Ninth Sister, but the Second Sister was a padawan. Sure, it's been years and their skills have evolved a lot, but so have Cal's. On his first meeting with the Second Sister on Bracca, he'd probably die if Cere hadn't helped.
The same is true to Ahsoka and she was about to become a Jedi Knight when she left the Jedi Order, not to mention she was padawan of the legendary Anakin Skywalker so she wasn't just any Jedi.
As for Kanan, well, Rebels is set almost 20 years after Order 66 so he had plenty of time to improve his skills and in his fight against the Grand Inquisitor he had the advantage of using Ezra's lightsaber, which was somewhat different than what the Inquisitor was used to (maybe).
Cal seems to have been gifted from a young age considering his feats throughout the game. No doubt he would have held his own against Vader if he trained in the 5 years between the game and Order 66 instead of escaping.
Ashoka was trained by Anakin, one of the most skilled duelists in Jedi history. She herself also has a strong connection to the Force.
Kanann was trained to be a Jedi from a young age while the Grand Inquistor was actually a Jedi Temple Guard before being in Inquistor rather than a full blown Jedi. Kanann likely trained in the years since Order 66 too
The emperor kept most Inquisitor’s weak, he didn’t want Vader to use them against him, for them to get to powerful, forbade them on learning Sith arts, they were essentially here to deal with the Jedi purge when Vader was too busy. With the exception of the grand Inquisitor most were Padawans themselves
To be fair, Kanan didn't really kill the Grand Inquisitor. He killed himself after saying there are things worse then death (referring to Vader.)

Honestly I played against her on Jedi Master and she really is not that tough. A few dodges here and there and she's easy to beat and I did it on my first try.
I beat her on Grand Master and it took me 8 tries to get the right rhythm down. Now everytime I play the game, I'm literally a Grand Master 😂

I just started playing this game. That scene @ 5:18 is somewhat blink and you miss because i was confused when Cal discover the flying thing and said 'that's what brought down the ninth sister' and I'm like 'what?'

Ninth Sister, Cull Obsidian is a brute through and through he doesn’t really do much compared to the Ninth Sister. Ninth Sister is an emphatic with a good grasp on the force and lightsaber style, Cull just rushes and attacks no other inside planning, only from others.

My guess, Ninth Sister was presumed dead after the fight with Cal, although her current fate is still until Star Wars brings up more information about her. But that's my opinion.
