yeah but the weight difference between the two and Pimax not being able to keep stuff in stock long is the hard part plus they just came out with another headset so I get the Index being old but it sure does hold its value maybe not for 1k but there isn't as many cons to buying new

I'd recommend upgrading to Bigscreen Beyond in the future, it's the same price of Index, but so worth it. It's compatible with your existing Knuckles and Lighthouses

Quick update: My Valve Index is finally arriving tomorrow!!!!

the index has quite alot of flaws and you will need to replace the cables alot which is like 130usd each 2-3 months. a way better option is the bigscreen version headset pared with the knuckle controllers.

Bro the quest 3 has so many flaws

@@painkillaz_Yes, no body tracking and poorer controller tracking. But it’s portable, has wireless PCVR capabilities, can do mixed/AR, and has the support of all developers. The Index came out before the quest 2 and costs over $1k usd, needs 10LBs of wires to run and a $2K pc and came out half a decade ago. Not a good investment imo.
