Tldr: 1. Take off the front cover of the index to deal with overheating issues 2. Be mindful of when you turn your base stations on or off(make sure not to turn them on or off frequently) 3. Be careful when removing the face gasket, it can scratch the lenses if you do it too roughly 4. If your power supply is making weird noises from the headset, try upgrading it. 5. Map out your play space correctly so that you can avoid bumping any of your controllers on a wall(they are very fragile) 6. Be careful of the cable, it can break very easily.
@Qi QI I don't know if you ever got this fixed, but if not, just give valve support a try. They replaced my cable I lost while moving ~7 months after my warranty ended, so if you get lucky they may replace your controller. It's unlikely, but always worth a try.
@Qi QI Damn, sorry to hear that man. I actually just picked my headset up to play some and I'm getting a shit ton of display errors and my game is stuttering like crazy, guess watching a video about Index issues gave me some bad luck lol
You can just put the stations in standby instead of sleep when closing steamvr through power management settings. Then it just shuts off the lasers instead of you killing power to them abruptly or stopping the spinning motor.

Btw a friend of mine fried a controller, by his own fault (trying to play while fast charging at the same time), and in less than 2 weeks they replaced the controller, of course he pretend that it broke alone, like all this people you see crying do, because otherwise they won't get warranty if they just admit to have messed up. Also if you live in Europe you have 3 years warranty instead of 1. Anyways, do like 2quick, check what you shouldnt do and don't do it, and you'll most likely be fine.
Had my Index almost since they launched, and I can't help but feel that I must be much more careful with my expensive hardware than most people - probably true since practically everything I own is like the day I got it. Thankfully, I've never had any of these issues.
yup same here, most of the time I see people complaining about something is mostly due to their own fault... all the equipment I've bought it doesnt matter which brand it was, lasted me years, and I only replaced to get a better one, not because it broke... one thing you'll find in common, is that people that have any type of issue, will have them more than once... is it the equipment issue or the user? I'm glad I've never had any of this issues, but like you pointed out, I also take a lot of care with my gear, I even have a custom cloth just to protect the lenses from dust when not being used... most of the issues people have is because they're careless, they think just because something is expensive its unbreakable or should wistand a ton of abuse...
I am not too concerned myself. I've never really had electronics break on me before. Maybe i just treat things better. Don't pick the headset up by the cord maybe. Mine will be delivered tomorrow.
This video makes me feel like everyone is just Barbaric and smashing their controllers into everything. Like, I've had mine since launch and I've hit those controllers many times. Even directly into the headset. You can see the metal ring on the controller took some abuse, but otherwise, No issues. Base stations set to turn on and off with Steam VR, no issues. And I have 3 of them. Cord on the headset seems fine and durable. I bend the headset as shown every time and even lift it up off my face frequently enough to view my surroundings. I've stepped on the cable, rolled over it with my chair and even walked a bit too far away on a few occasions. I feel that I'm the one being overly rough with it, yet all is well. I just had to replace my controller recently simply because the battery in one died. Possibly due to me using a charging stand over the years to display and keep the controllers ready. And honestly, it's been years. This bad boy is past its life expectancy.
Thanks so much for this vid, I just received my index yesterday and have been aware of some of the long term issues of the headset but this has been the most comprehensive and to the point vid I’ve seen on the topic so far. The power supply issue is definitely something I didn’t expect so I’ve gone and ordered a new one as I’ve noticed the whining with my 750w psu.
Cables are a failure point in so many different consumer electronics these days I’ve kind of developed anxiety over storing charger cables and such for transport. In any mobile or laptop I’ve owned, that’s the first thing that broke, despite how careful I am with them. The Oculus Rift cable, however, never got me worried because of how sturdy it felt. Gets me thinking why much more expensive headsets fail at that 🤔
@benny7569 No. This God of yours must hate us all for creating this world as it is. Such a being, if he is truly omnipotent, deserves no respect from us.
Mate, it seems like you're too hard on your headset if you've gone through two cables so far. Had mine for over a year and a half and haven't had any cable issues thusfar. As per your advice with the power supply..... The post you linked, the person paired a 3080 with a 650W power supply. Minimum spec recommended is 750 for that card, and that's bare minimum assuming your power supply is rated properly under load. That was definitely a case of user error, especially since their PSU was old. Graphics card was probably bottlenecked because of an old PSU that couldn't keep up with high demand. As per the base stations.... Just using the standby mode in the settings is plenty fine for most people's use case.... SteamVR only turns on / off if you turn your index on/off anyways. If somebody is turning their headset on / off multiple times within such a short span, then they are probably just an outlier.... These things are like hard drive motors (and similarly, appear to have similar behavior as hard drives). Generally, if your base station is going to fail, it will do so within a short timespan of when you first purchase, if it makes it through this short window then it tends to last a long time.

@@matto1475 Nope, I've put upwards of another hundred hours on it since this last comment and not a single thing has gone wrong with it. I've had my share of accidentally stepping on/tugging the cable, hitting my TV or light stands (for streaming) with the controllers, etc. Still holding up strong and with no overheating or any other issues whatsoever. I really feel like big improvements were made over the first 6-10 months of the set's release, because all of the consistent issues people first complained about are nonexistent for me. I also noticed that nobody has posted any new videos detailing these issues in the last several months either, leading me to believe that the more recent units have been highly improved over the release models. I stressed a lot and wondered if I was making a bad decision when I bought it based on the horrific number of issues people reported early on, but do yourself a favor and try not to worry. I think these issues are in the past. So have fun and enjoy it my friend!

@@DylanKelleyVA hell yeah man, I want full body tracking as well, just not in the budget right now since the since the Index Kit alone is 1000 lol. Quick question though, did you experience anything with your PSU yet? I don't even understand how it would effect it but apparently some have had issues. What wattage do you have? I have a 750 Platinum rated PSU and it's currently running an 8700k with an oc and a 3080 with an oc so I'm hoping I don't rn into any issues there since it's probably pushing it close to max. Have you had any?
About the PSU issues. The index runs externally so what your saying and that post isn't true. The reason that was happening is because the card was at max and was pulling more wats then the PSU could handle resulting in lower fps and also PSU whining it has nothing to do with the index itself. Now if this is the case you do not need to upgrade to a new PSU all you need to do is perhaps underclock your GPU a little bit resulting in lower fps but this will fix your PSU whining and should result in more stable frames
its weird how disparate the quality of the headsets seem to be from user to user. Gopher made the Index out to be high quality and reasonably sturdy, with the controllers suffering bumps being the only wince inducing issues.
hey i know you guys might be worried but dont worry about the cable and drift theres fixes for them on youtube that arent that complicated. although the base stations dont have a fix yet the over heating thing all i can recomend is take of the front cover and get a fan for the index headset. thats all my advice for you and now you wont have to replace a whole controller or the headset although these avoid warranty so yeah otherwise you should be fine cya.
I literally do everything wrong... I kink my cable, I unplug it constantly, I keep the faceplate on, I have _never_ turned my base stations off in over a year of use, I've banged the controllers into each other countless times playing Beat Saber, I even punched a ceramic pot with them while playing and I've never had any issues. Maybe I just got some crazy durable kit... Edit: Two hours after posting this comment, my headset is getting a shit ton of display errors and is pretty much unusable. Fuck.
I have a window mixed reality. I was thinking of either upgrading to the Rift s or the index. I was just going to but the index controllers because the real issue I have with my vr is the tracking because it’s good but very shaky and irritating. It’s easy to ignore if your using it for a long period of time. But for games like Pavlov it never stops bugging you. But after doing a bit of research I figured out that the valve index controllers aren’t compatible with my vr which I sort of expected but just wanted to make sure. My great is also incredibly uncomfortable if you plan to use it for more than an hour. But with my mixed reality I’ve never had problems with the cord other than it being a bit short. But I’ve never stepped on it. So if you know the size or length of the cord that would be good to know. Edit: I had just bought the Index yesterday. I'm waiting for it to deliver but I will update if any problems with shipping or the Vr occur.
I really want to get a valve index as I currently use a oculus rift S which is on its way out (planned obsolescence) but I’m so worried about how cheap index’s seem to be, I’ve heard they are by far the best headsets available with the finger tracking controllers and the ability to do full body tracking, but in terms of build they are made of like cheap abs plastic.
I got myself an Index a few months ago in may iirc. Had to import it from a third party site since Valve STILL doesn't ship it to where I live and after watching this I'm absolutely terrified of anything happening to it (even though I'm very careful when handling it). Thanks for the tips!
idk, when I just got an Index both me and my friends smashed controllers pretty damn hard both against concrete walls and against each other in beat saber and super hot. About 700 hours in (and some by previous owner, I bought it used) and still no complaints, no drift
2:48 I've gotten an index literally just yesterday and I'm glad I never found out you could do that. I've just been untightening the headset to put it on this whole time.
Biggest tip I can give to anyone with an Index is to never let anyone else touch it who doesn't understand how much the thing costs and how fragile it can be. The first time I let someone else use my Index they punched a wall while playing boneworks and the trigger has never been the same since. (Trigger is permanently pressed in a little bit.)
Turn down your brightness... everybody probably doesn't realise that having your headest set to 130% brightness can cause major damage and probably that overheating, there are some pretty good settings you can use that prevent harm and you can get lens covers, controller covers and the like to prevent harm. Like any piece of high-end tech, use all the protective shit you can get your hands on.
Now I've actually recommend not turning your base stations off.... Ever. I still have my OG vive base stations running strong with no noise. When I haven't played VR in a week, I'll power them both down until I get back into VR
Have had my Vive for the 5 years now and i switch the BS off and on all the time and i never leave them on standby ever, and they still work as they did out of the box from 5 years ago, and i just ordered Index knuckle to replace my old Vive wands as a treat. ;)

JUST got a Valve index today. Glad I found this. Could you point me to a vid or guidance on establishing physical "play space". Should I hang cables from ceiling to prevent from stepping on them? Should I put carpet to identify boundaries that I might step out of? Anything else that I am not thinking of?
def hang the cables off the ceiling 100% and if you have an own room for the index no carpet required you will know and if you dont then if you have enough money get a carpet or some kind of different material for the ground
As a last resort there is a company in china that sells the index cable. I do believe it's the manufacturer of the cable since it's identical to the one you get from valve. It will cost you 100-150$ though.
Hey, seriously love your channel. Keep putting out the amazing content please because even though I don't even have a headset yet, I spend most of my time on RUclips watching your videos.
Huge question can you do a valve index compatible pc video for 2021 low end 🤔 to mid to high end 🤔 I have a valve index and would like to know what's a good pc to havdel it oh and pre built would be nice if possible
Unless you want to overpay due to parts going way about it’s retail price I’d honestly say prebuilt is the only way to go for a decently nice build. Trust me building your on is the way to go, but right now it’s really not unless you want to put more of a dent in your pocket buying off scalpers or inflated priced parts due to scalping.
I've used my Index for over 770 hours now and I can tell you that it's not all that bad. My headset has fallen as well as the controllers multiple times on tile floors, but I can speak for myself that I've never had the issues he's talking about. The only drawback is simply the fact that you need to tether to pc.
Tethered will always be the best way to experience low latency, no compression VR. I'm sure in the future, they will figure out how to offer almost lossless image.
I've been trying to sort out this problem that I've been having with my headset where it says it can't connect to the GPU - turns out the problem was the cable being mangled everytime I put the headset on. Given that my warrenty has expired, I'm now expected to spend over £100 on a new tether because Valve seem to have forgotten that the headset might just *stop working* when you put it on your face.
I never noticed the cable crease while putting on my index, I'll definitely be more aware next time, thanks! also is the overheat a big problem or just discomfort? I don't have issues with it, and I don't think I need to buy the usb fans, maybe it's just some hot climate areas?
to comment about the power supplies. it is probably from maxxing out the power supply causing the fans to not only turn on but hit max speed. especialy with the system specs in shown in the vid, a 750 is usualy enough for basic use. but when all components are obtaining high draw especialy with a power hungry vr you are going to max that small PSU. it is good to take your max power needed for your rig (including your VR) and add 40%. this will keep you in the most efficient range of the power supply, keep fan from needing to kick on, and make sure max power draw does not cause system issues or extra noise.
a good tip for the "enter standby mode on shutdown" option for steamVR - If you force close the program, the base stations will not enter standby mode. If I plan on hopping back into VR within an hour or so, I'll simply alt+f4 steamVR to keep my base stations on. That way I get the best of both worlds when it comes to longevity and silence.
Hey comment about the PSU thing. I used to have that PSU in my old build, apparently that corsair 750 watt one (the one we both had) is relatively known to be hit or miss. Some are good, others are duds. When I had my rift s I would put my headset on and it would kill all of the USBs in my PC. The USB power delivery couldn't keep up, and it was attributed to the older PSU, and the power draw of it. I switched PSUs and never saw the issue again. So be mindful, brand name doesn't always mean it's good!
And stick drift can easily be fixed with electronic safe isopropyl alcohol you just need to clean the sensor I have done it twice now and each time it completely gets rid of all stick drift
Thanks, homie. I got my Index just last week and these are all pretty useful tips, most of which I hadn't thought of. You get a like and subscribe for that.
Dont power off the base station externally unless it has a problem. The firmware has its own ramp up and ramp down cycle. Let them use standby mode. The new fans that fit the front hole better work extremely well. I have never tilted the front up to put the headset on and off and further I leave the tightness set. If its to tight I get a headache so i leave it relatively loose. Cables and other accessories are for sale now from Valve.
so basically I would have to keep them turned on forever on standby mode wasting power? such an awesome piece of tech only for it to have durability of glass and stupid decisions. I might consider just getting some other headset or wait more.
@@osvaldaspaslauskas5040 I mean like any device in standby (unless its a monitor with a gsync module) its milliamps and that's may not even be measurable on ur utility bill over the period of 1 year. @@OrbitaLinx thanks for that I’m really torn I really wanna get it but at same time not But most likely will idk. And out of curiosity why does monitor with gsync module consumes more power than the other monitors is it like that even when they are off?
@@osvaldaspaslauskas5040 I know they do it in standby mode I forget about off. If I recall correctly they do but that might not be correct. I learned about it in an LTT or Gamers Nexus video last year. Have had mine for about a year and thankfully no issues with it. My only "problem" is I need to restart my PC before going into VR. If I don't, I get a ton of stuttering. But if I restart I get none at all. I'll need to look at my cable, though it seems fine. It feels pretty solid, but I might also just not be putting it through a lot of abuse, which is a good thing. :) Thanks for the video and things to look out for.
had an index over 2 years and 3k hours and a common drunkard in VRC. i have only ever replaced the cable about once a year. i hooked my base stations up and they have never been powered off minus moving stuff or power outages. my controllers are cracked but work fine with zero stick drift so far even with a once or twice beer spill. my headset seems fine and has never over heated even before i had AC in here and it would get 85+f/29+c in my room. the room temp made me quit long before the headset. my left ear piece did die with no luck fixing it so headset required now. i think i have had good luck with my headset considering but my hope for an index 2 is dying haha.
Gotta say I've had the index for a little over a year or so now and I have not once had an issue with overheating, even when playing on the occasional 6-8 hours in a row. I did have the front cover off because I put one of my tracker usbs there, but I've never had it get to a point where it's anywhere close to too hot to touch. The only things I've had break on me is the little clip holding the cable to the headset, which I replaced with some duct tape and works better than before honestly, and after about a year of almost using it every day, only now are the controllers starting to drift. I'm hoping to get them replaced but the serial code is literally in the worst place ever on the controllers and has rubbed off on one of them completely. So with the base stations turning steamvr on and off all the time, theres a fix for that. You can go into your settings and there should be an option for it. I can't look at it right now, but I think it was under one of the developer options. Turning that off, and additionally unplugging your headset (from the USB if possible, or the quick-disconnect if you're careful) will prevent steamvr from starting randomly. Also try to make sure you turn off any of your trackers either by leaving them on and in the vicinity of your headset/stations and closing steamvr so everything closes, or turning them off manually before charging. I've found that the trackers, even when they aren't tracking, will force turn on steamvr even if they aren't anywhere near my setup.
I started getting the multi-colored sparkles with my Valve Index VR headset. Increasing slack on the headset cable connector by zip-tying a loop of the cable to the headset improved but did not completely fix the problem. I contacted Steam Support. They told me to try changing the "DisplayPort Training Mode" under Settings > Video > DisplayPort from "AUTOMATIC" to either "COMPATIBILITY MODE A" or "COMPATIBILITY MODE B". That fixes the issue for me. If I switch back to "AUTOMATIC" the issue returns.
Hmm, I wonder if Index is worth buying after all, when you've got all these other options. Rift S, the HP Vr thing, I don't know. I'm worried of spending 1k$ on something that might break just from normal use faster than it should.
It doesn’t break as easily as you think. This guy specifically click baits the index, and actually rated the oculus quest 2 over the index which is madness. The oculus quest 2 cannot even run half the games the index can. The index is such a great system, and is actually durable as long as you are not an idiot with it
Rift S is rubbish unless you enjoy looking down two toilet roll tubes, worst thing I ever bought, Don't know about the G2, but there is a lot of complaints about it except for Flying or racing sims.
@@billybob765 yeah hes a clickbait machine like ive literally seen people smash their index's into a wall in richies plank experience and just the front cover get a mark and im talking about almost diving into the wall
I've smashed full on strengh my controller to the wall, not even a scratch... also you see him complaining about the cable, that had to replace twice, meanwhile he just shows a clip of him not giving 2 fucks, doing spins moving like a maniac for no reason besides looking cool for the video. Also as someone pointed out, when someone rates the quest 2 above valve index, he is either being promoted by facebook, or just plays low graphics games, otherwise I can't see how the hell would you rate it above...
Have you ever had the problem where there is an obsessive amount of artifacting? Like when objects in the VR world look like they are stretching in ball_like patterns? That’s been happening a lot with my index, I believe it’s the cord but I’m not sure.
Current Index holder here, I have basically had to RMA every component from the Index, and jus the other day the left side stick started to drift, I really hate having to RMA stuff, and I NEVER had any issues with the Oculus Rift.
About the BaseStations turning on and off with SteamVR, all I could do about it was not allowing them to get power until I wanted to use SteamVR, and when SteamVR just opens in the background, or if I am testing SteamVR without using my headset, I just keep the power to the stations off.
Using a VI bought this year 2023 - Tilt crush doesn't seem to be a thing at the time of writing. There is no visible way for the headband to squash or pinch the cable. I have a 650W psu and get no whining from it ( my graphics card likes to spin up though sometimes GTX1660Ti ) My Index headset has it's own independent power supply which splices into the tether, I don't know if that was the same when you wrote this video. I've not noticed mine get particularly hot ( no hotter than my old quest ) I suppose it's possible that Valve have remedied some of these issues. I've moved from a quest to a Valve Index and I find my overall experience better. Clearer view, FAR better sound without the need for separate headphones and better controls ( I actually really like the knuckles ) The index is certainly more comfortable. Also I've moved from Windows to Linux ( the quest was preventing me using Linux ). In linux the base stations do not shut down when you exit Steam VR, I just turn them off at night. I don't know what they do in Windows currently but under Steam VR settings I can't see any power management for the base stations so I guess they are "always on" possibly to improve their lifespan. I've also wall mounted my base stations rather than placing them on a surface and relying on their rubber feet.
Just bought a used Index kit for $450. Had trouble with the headset being seen by the pc, so after some troubleshooting I realized I may need a new cable. I had heard here that they don't sell replacement cables, so I thought I had made a mistake. However, Upon visiting steam website, I can confirm they do sell it. About $130 for the replacement tether. It fixed my issue too.
I wish there were ways to upgrade the index headset. I’m not afraid to take thing apart and do resoldering or 3D printing. It’s crazy how little mod videos or support there are for this thing 🤔
My base stations have been plugged in and on for over a year with no issues. I have a third party fan on the front of my index. I always play in front of an air conditioner even when it’s cold outside (you’ll get real hot real fast if you don’t). My knuckles controllers are seriously worn out though. Since the controllers are $300 I’m just waiting for the next headset to come out.
Most People aren't aware of the wattage load a GPU can pull. The fan on the power supply was revving up to accommodate the higher heat from running a game. VR gaming is harder to render than most normal displays because there are 2 screens with different vectors. I would encourage anyone serious in PC gaming to consider the supply they are using. 746 watts is a Horse Power, there are custom flash's of the RTX 4090 that pull 600Watts. Personally I want some headroom so the fan isn't on 24/7, I shoot for 25% or there abouts over my needs.
Tldr:
1. Take off the front cover of the index to deal with overheating issues
2. Be mindful of when you turn your base stations on or off(make sure not to turn them on or off frequently)
3. Be careful when removing the face gasket, it can scratch the lenses if you do it too roughly
4. If your power supply is making weird noises from the headset, try upgrading it.
5. Map out your play space correctly so that you can avoid bumping any of your controllers on a wall(they are very fragile)
6. Be careful of the cable, it can break very easily.
@Qi QI no you just need to buy a new right controller
@Qi QI yes it will
I know valve and oculus were teaming up but valve shouldn't have kept that design where the cable plugs into the headset
Yo to anyone wondering, I'm fairly sure the front cover is to prevent dust getting in the headset, but to be removed when played to allow venting.
then but like a fan on it
Dust easily find ways under lens and there is no way to fix if this happens. 1 spec of dust ruins lens.
Been running it without cover and KIWI fan on the front. Never had any dust problems.

#1 NEVER BUY A VALVE INDEX!!! IT SUCKS!!!
@@vrforseniors9830 nah its the best vr headset out there rn.
Gets me thinking why much more expensive headsets fail at that 🤔
#1 NEVER BUY A VALVE INDEX!!! IT SUCKS!!!

Huh... I use my Index at 120-144 FPS for hours at a time, full brightness and all... It never gets all that hot, just slightly warm.
How's it still holding up, got mine coming tomorrow. A little late to the VR party but still went with the Index. Anything break or go wrong with yours?
@@matto1475
Nope, I've put upwards of another hundred hours on it since this last comment and not a single thing has gone wrong with it.

I was the same way! Beside my car, I haven't been that excited about a purchase in a long time! It definitely lives up to it, the game selection just needs to keep on growing.
Other than that, the one thing I'm set on now is full body tracking!

@benny7569hey Benny please stop. Thanks buddy
I got myself an Index a few months ago in may iirc. Had to import it from a third party site since Valve STILL doesn't ship it to where I live and after watching this I'm absolutely terrified of anything happening to it (even though I'm very careful when handling it). Thanks for the tips!
Yeah just keep being careful I feel alot of people that have problems do front flips with their headset on. I mean I know shit happens tho
For Pavlov. Rebinding the buy wheel to the A button is the most important binding setup u should do.
idk, when I just got an Index both me and my friends smashed controllers pretty damn hard both against concrete walls and against each other in beat saber and super hot.
I can imagine how much that costs
This video was quite helpful 🤔 because I am about to buy a index And to be honest I was no fully aware of its fragility so very help👍😁

My headset has fallen as well as the controllers multiple times on tile floors, but I can speak for myself that I've never had the issues he's talking about.

Thank God they seen this video this is really going to help me out to protect my valve index when I get it! thank you so much! ❤
to comment about the power supplies. it is probably from maxxing out the power supply causing the fans to not only turn on but hit max speed. especialy with the system specs in shown in the vid, a 750 is usualy enough for basic use. but when all components are obtaining high draw especialy with a power hungry vr you are going to max that small PSU. it is good to take your max power needed for your rig (including your VR) and add 40%. this will keep you in the most efficient range of the power supply, keep fan from needing to kick on, and make sure max power draw does not cause system issues or extra noise.
a good tip for the "enter standby mode on shutdown" option for steamVR - If you force close the program, the base stations will not enter standby mode.
7:12 haven't seen someone play cities skylines in a long time even tho its like a aaa game lol

Good to know, great informative video dude thanks i just got the index so this great advice
had an index over 2 years and 3k hours and a common drunkard in VRC. i have only ever replaced the cable about once a year. i hooked my base stations up and they have never been powered off minus moving stuff or power outages. my controllers are cracked but work fine with zero stick drift so far even with a once or twice beer spill. my headset seems fine and has never over heated even before i had AC in here and it would get 85+f/29+c in my room. the room temp made me quit long before the headset. my left ear piece did die with no luck fixing it so headset required now. i think i have had good luck with my headset considering but my hope for an index 2 is dying haha.
Just ordered the index kit with everything in it Ik I’m a bit late on the vid but it really helped me out
Gotta say I've had the index for a little over a year or so now and I have not once had an issue with overheating, even when playing on the occasional 6-8 hours in a row.
Why doesn't this guy get more views? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 His production quality is incredible!
🤔
(P.S love your videos! I’m new to vr and your channel has helped me a lot to figure all this stuff out so thank you for that 😁)
I started getting the multi-colored sparkles with my Valve Index VR headset.

Probably the cord, Thrillseeker mentioned something similar.

🤔 thank you man, I just got the valve index and this has been useful for teaching my siblings not to destroy my new setup
I really like you're RUclips channel keep up the great work🤔
im about to get an index, thx for this vid :)
holy crap that boneworks music at the end just gave me the best nostalgic feeling im gonna go replay it now
Just bought my index 🤔 figured I'd give this a quick watch
🤔 thanks for the tips, i’m grabbing the Index today but as i’m in Australia it’s imported, so the lack of warranty is a little nerve racking
Me:owns a quest 2
