Wow! That's a nice flush of black morels for the second flush. I found the last blacks a week ago here in Tennessee. Yesterday I went back and found zero. I did find about 50 yellows. Maybe after the rain and some warmer temps, I will run across a few more. Black morels are my favorite because that's what I started mushrooming with. Nice video, wish I could find a spot that productive.
Always great to watch your stuff. Happy Birthday I got one In couple weeks myself. It is the best time of the year. After today I take a month off . I think I'll run down by Dayton tomorrow. Good luck out there. Keep the videos coming.
I enjoy watching your hunts even if it is the same woods. It’s just fun to see a patch like that and you give helpful advice. The blacks seem to be having a good year. My patch is doing well but it’s about time to move on to the grey/yellows whatever they wanna call em. Happy hunting l!
you probably want to sell those LE Smith vases, let me know, I'm local😁 Awesome job as always. Blacks are hardest for me to find, I can find a 1" yellow in pile of brush but those blacks dang
I will be "That One Person" I can feel my teeth grinding on so much dirt looking at you picking them looooool amazing haul though. That dirt will get into all them pits and ridges 😂
@whisker_biscuit_outdoors1385 Every third time I'm in the woods I hear someone holler" Billy where you at"! Then I hear " nut'n but stumps!" I've never seen him but.... I always know I'm going in the right direction.

Thanks for the video! I have yet to find any blacks, I'm located in Marion, Indiana. Any other tips for finding blacks?
Do you take ground temperature readings? Interested to see where the soil temp is there.
I didn’t man, definitely should have
@@whisker_biscuit_outdoors1385 I've noticed the blacks stop fruiting around 57 58 degrees.
That seems about right, if we can stay in that range they’ll keep coming
I just need the tricks. BILLY WHERE ARE YOU!
I seen him he's right over there 😂
Billy is out there man. Seen him at a distance three times now and couldn’t pick him out of a lineup. He stays creepin
