- There are some incredible animals in the world. And many of them live with us in our homes. When this family got the opportunity to adopt a Maine Coon cat they knew they were going to grab it. These cats are known for their thick fur coats and their massive size. They are also known for their gentle nature. That made this the perfect pet. What they didn’t expect was that the cat would keep growing and that his massive growth would have far-reaching consequences. The cute kitty became so much more. Remember the world’s biggest cat? I was at my vets last week and there was a Norwegian Forest cat - on a leash, sat in the waiting room. He was a whooping 10kg!!! A huge ginger mass of fur.

I'm so glad that the cat is okay and that it was literally just growing pains but you do take a long time in these videos to get to the point. This video could have been half as long or even less and still have had plenty of time to cover the important parts.

My friend had 1 the stayed on the fridge. A guy came over & was warned not to touch him when he was up there. Guy didn't listen & it was a bloody evening😂😂😂! Oh well.
Kafir had growing pains, poor boy. 😞 He was just growing TOO quickly. Last time I checked, he was about two years old and weighed around 13 kilograms.

I had a White male maincoon cat. His name was Furby.. He was big but not near as big as this one. He also could reach and open the front door..so we changed to a regular round knob. And hung a bell on it so he could let us know to open it. He passed away several years ago and I still miss him terribly.

it's like Japanese Tosha dogs.....they're HUGE! But when they're teenagers, you have to limit their food intake, so they stay thin...if they gain too much weight, their joints break down.
LOL WOW I had the worlds smallest miniature size cat I only had her for a very few years coz someone kicked her and the vet had to put her down, the sad thing was that same vet dead that night. I know this lovely man who took my cat home and buried her under a huge tree (because I lived in a flat) on his way back to his house his 4 wheeled bike over turn on him and it unlived him he lived on a farm at that time.
