    Mental imagery not only on the weekend but before you get there, in the plane, at home before the event.. Is always good. It took me a while to understand it, but if you do long enough meditation will help you be in the moment performing at your best regardless of the outcome. Is hard to be anxious if you are completely focused on the next corner and the next lap, you're literally floating with the car. That's flow
