Lung fibrosis is not treatable. He had some active lung infection and treated with antibiotic . he recovered and started normal work

My opinion is that those issues are caused multiple infections together, that's why his response on antibiotics was good. In my opinion it means that he was affected maybe mycoplasma, chlamydia, bartonella, babesia and lyme.🤷🏻‍♀️
