- This week's tutorial is on a flavoursome chocolate brownie infused with fresh mint... because who doesn't love mint chocolate? A super quick and fun recipe with some fabulously tasty results. You can experiment with loads of different flavours in this recipe, add chopped pieces of your favourite nut or citrus zest (orange chocolate brownies are also a winner!). I made these for my dad for Father's Day and it reminded me that to gift something handmade AND EDIBLE is one of the best gifts of all! So next time you bake, have that special person in mind and remind them just how much you love them.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 15 (APPROX. - 8"/20CM TIN)
200g dark chocolate (the higher cocoa content the better)
200g soft baking butter
3 large eggs
250g light soft brown sugar
100g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
14g chopped mint leaves

Those brownies look delicious - and the message and aim this young lady is promoting is a worthwhile endeavour in these trying times

Who put baking powder in Brownies, that's why this rises up, and became cake not brownies.
I like my brownies fluffy😊 you can make yours however you like them!
