I so appreciate your videos! We are leaving tomorrow for our first visit to the land and your videos have been a great help. Been to WDW many times but this is all new for us in CA. Maybe we will see you at the parks!
Thank you. Never been to California or Disney land and to know there is places that are cheaper outside the park is great. Also, 32$ to park insane. We definitely will be walking everywhere or ubering.
if im not at disneyland in anaheim or taking a break from the parks ill probably go to jack in the box for a lunch but the one on south harbor seems to have there carryout closed so i think ill go to the one next to the anaheim rinks
We stayed at the Fairfield Inn last visit (pre Covid) and loved Mimi’s! We would take an early afternoon break, have a short rest/swim and head to Mimi’s for an early dinner. It was great food and well priced! Coming back in Oct 24 and am tossing up between Candy Cane and Grand Legacy 🧐
Perfect video thanks, being able to see the walk, we will be doing each day, I would love a video, on accessing the toy story garage, from Katella, so many people ask daily, if you can enter from there, and how it works, with doing security there, and where it drops you off, would be a popular video, I'm sure 👍
Thanks for the tour of Anaheim Garden Walk and Harbor Blvd. My favorite hotel on Harbor is Best Western Park Place Inn because of its proximity to the parks but I plan to stay at Tropicana next time because its price is lower and it’s just a few steps further away.
This was a great video to see for our next trip, we stayed at the best Western stovall last year and it was great but next year we are planning to stay at the main entrance side and definitely gonna check out the garden walk and dennys to help cut meal costs as the trip isn't the cheapest for us Canadians but it was such an incredible trip (my first)
It’s not cheap for anybody. 😂 But I get the conversion rate is probably not your friend. Glad to hear you had an awesome first visit and are excited to come back!

Great Vlog Traver! Whenever we have been to Gardenwalk during the day we also found it a bit dead but that has its charm with no trouble getting a table at lunch. Just past the Wahlgreens there is an Ihop which, imo, is the quieter and cleaner of the two close to the parks. The Pizza Press used to be located in the front of the Carousel Inn (which was sold and demolished during the time it was mooted that a overhead bridge and parking lot/alternate entrance to Disneyland would be built pre covid) I was glad to see that it hadn’t disappeared only moved and we find the pizzas reasonable and tasty. As for that particular Denny’s - find it not so clean but depends on the time of day. And would be disappointed if they were still “out” of cold and refreshing egg nog or chocolate milk!

In your opinion is two full days plus a partial day enough time to do both parks justice? My family is mostly interested in rides and food, not too into fireworks or shows.
For sure yes! If you are just concerned about rides. I think one park per day, and a final half day at Disneyland would be just fine. I’d recommend Genie+ to make the most of those days, though.
I didn’t necessarily say I DONT recommend it. Just that there are two Best Westerns and people confuse them. And the one that I DO recommend is closer, so it’s not that one. I’ve never actually stayed at that one. But the other holds the record for “closest hotel to Disneyland” I’m sure the other one is fine. If you’re already booked to stay there.
