Carlos,, for your information, MRT Jakarta doesn't own parking lot in the city center. The parking lot which manage by the MRT Jakarta only available in Lebak Bulus Grab Station and Fatmawati Indomaret Station near the city's border of Jakarta and South Tangerang (Banten Province) in South Jakarta.

I believe for the next 5 to 10 years this MRT will still be clean eventhough not new again. Why? You may check Transjakarta buses and Commuter Line (KRL), they are still clean evethough fully operated >10 years. If you notice, each carriage has one officer on duty.
if we look at the MRT from singapore, even though it started back in the 1980s, the train stock is always replaced so it is modernised. i would say the same thing will happen with Jakarta. it will always look clean and new due to modernisation and rejuvenation.

I used to live in canada and now i live in dubai. All i know to find parking area was way more difficult than in indonesia. Sure, we have different type of parking area everywhere. And definitely they would never allowed me to park in a reserved parking area or any building with private access card. We need to ask sometimes as foreign. Good luck.

Office Building in Jakarta usually need access card to enter and the parking area are for members only most of it and closed after 5 pm, better find mall the parking is for public and dont forget always bring your e money..

Office Building in Jakarta usually need access card to enter and the parking area are for members only most of it and closed after 5 pm, better find mall the parking is for public and dont forget always bring your e money..
next to pik china town in the evening you can find another vibes in jakarta

Actually you've parked at an office building (skyscraper) which means only member(staff) or visitor who have card access. But great, it's nice for your experience

How come you parked in office building, the security was very kind to give lift access which is only the employees. Of course it's confusing. Probably you could ask where is the public parking area. The MRT is 4 years old and I think you can't talk inside.
