EXTRA CRISPY FRIED PORK CHOPS

Season Pork Chops with seasoning of choice
place in a bowl after seasonings then add hot sauce and Buttermilk and let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours
Season your flour
Garlic powder
Onion powder
paprika
Sazon (Goya) 3 Small packs
No salt seasonings
Hot Sauce
Black pepper
Flour your Pork chops for 12-15 minutes on each side depending on the cut and thickness of your meat
Cook till golden occasionally flipping meat should be tender and juicy and crispy all in one.
