1/2 lbs of Ground Breakfast Sausage
Parmesan Cheese
Green Pepper chopped
Tomato chopped
Salt and Pepper
Cooking Spray
Muffin Pan
Beat eggs
Spray muffin Pan
Add your eggs to the pan
Then add your cooked ground sausage about a teaspoon
Add your Green Pepper and tomatoes
Then add your shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oven at 350*
Cook for 20-25 minutes
ENJOY

Just wondering if you ever started the gravy making process using your oil from the liver to make a roux first and adding hot water as you go? For me, it makes a smoother gravy.

Making a roux first makes a smoother gravy without lumps.
I think I'd wait a while before adding the garlic as it does burn quickly.
It will burn but it also adds a lot of flavor to your oil it's all about Temp.
