- In this installment, Nasty Nathanial & I were about to begin documenting this scene with multiple police officers searching a vehicle, but just as I began recording , a group of kids has walked past us & began asking us not to record them after they had past our line of sight. I turned my cameras to where the kids talking to us was coning from & they began to approach us & placing their cameras within inches of us. They asked if we were democrats & I replied that I identify as an American. They then began wanting to know my gender. I declined to answer that & continued to let them know I'm an American & that's all they needed to know. My gender was irrelevant because 1) they're underage & 2) if they were of age, definitely not my type 👍
An older guy showed us on scene with his kid , claimed we were harassing the kids & when I asked if he was aware of what freedom of press & the first amendment was, he began laughing & was seemingly only aware that freedom of speech was the first amendment. Thanks for putting your ignorance of the other 4 freedoms under the 1A on display for all to see. They eventually left & we continued on to record the police activity we were originally there for. It turns out Police took into custody at least 3 minors from what we could see , & the white Lexus they were apparently in was being searched with the doors open. A bystander next to us mentioned he had submitted his footage to NBC news 7 told us guns were drawn. Form what I counted there were at least 10-12 officers & maybe 8 patrol cars on scene at the time of our documenting.

Wow that was wild. Not the first time either. I'd ask where kids are getting this idea that they enjoy special privileges to record without being recorded, but then up rolled old "The First Commandment only protect _my_ freedom to issue _you_ directives". Teaching them everything that he doesn't know. Thank you so much for pushing back against the relentless ignorance.

When I went to junior high school, Civics was a required course in which we studied the Constitution as part of the class.

The guy has a super computer in his pocket that has access to all the world’s knowledge. In 3 minutes he could bring up the US Constitution and resolve the conflict. But he would rather persist with his emotions and ignorance.
I think the same thing when I see people that are so terribly ignorant, that's a good description of a smart phone a 'supercomputer' that has access to nearly the entire library of human knowledge but people like hat wearing grandpa has no clue.

@@joeblow2069 I wish you could be successful in fighting me on it. Sadly that is not possible. Out of 400 job applicants tested by my company's HR, only 15 had an education level equal to MY 6th or 7th grade education. Meaning a 6th/7th grade education that was normal for when I went to grade school. This included "college grads" of all types excepting those with real science or engineering degrees.

In my line of work, I've found myself in situations where kids were present quite often. Ignoring them as though they were completely invisible (annoying or not) worked like a charm, as they would give up asking dumb questions and quickly disappear!

There's nothing wrong with being curious yes, but asking about gender and your political affiliation in a passive aggressive way? Yeh. I'm a 24 year old Gen Z'er and a Romanian born American, and politically unaffiliated and a crossdresser, and I again feel sorry for my generation at times. We're supposed to be this country's future. We're supposed to be the big advocates of the Constitution.

I can say that my 12 yr old son knows all about the first amendment. Although he only knows about it because my husband and I watch tons of 1a audit videos and we are always commenting on them and talking about the videos.
