Most of those people are running from something in their past, so they're usually not the best people overall. It seems like at least 80% of the people in Atlanta are from somewhere else, so you have a large city with a large population of bad people. Out of those people, I'd say 95% are there to try and be famous. So they come with an inflated sense of self worth and they're typically stuck up and always trying to prove some point for clout. Take that with how bad the drug problem is here, along with it being legal for almost everyone to conceal carry..you get a very violent city that has become run down, dirty, and overall disgusting. The AIDS rate is still through the roof so you have to be careful if you meet a girl just because of that. The women are pretty much all prostitutes. Imagine city girls and that whole movement being the mindset of an entire city of women. Not sure what your type is, but the women in Atlanta lean to the ghetto and masculine side..And they are getting millionaires to give them attention somehow, so a place like Miami is literally night and day. We're talking about the average woman in Miami would be a dime in Atlanta, inside and out. Miami women are a million times more feminine and would be much better wives, they're going to be more loyal and have less body count. Atlanta is a place for people who want to be rappers and want to live that lifestyle of constant tension, whore women, drugs and corruption everywhere they go. Atlanta today is like NY city. I miss the Atlanta of the early 2000s and before..this new shit is a nightmare and even though I'm born and raised, I'd never suggest anyone to visit or move here.

Great question, and this is something we want to make a video about. For us, we all have roommates and work full time. The best industries that I haven seen in Miami is sales, construction, service jobs, and and things related to the travel industry, since there is a lot of tourism here. But we look to provide a more in depth answer in a video.
Certain jobs make money anywhere for example I have a bachelor’s degree as a business analyst, my best friend is a registered nurse & my boyfriend literally just has a degree in HR (he said cause companies all over the world need someone to do payroll checks & health benefits), his best friend has a degree in cybersecurity.. We all have our own apartments no roommates & im buying my 1st house there this year solo ❤🎉 None of are from Florida, None of us have side hustles yet but we did all have our degree finished prior to relocating..
I’m born and raised here. I have tried on four different occasions to live elsewhere, Atlanta 2x , Philadelphia (dirtiest city I’ve ever been to), and New York and I just keep coming back. No other place like it. The city is getting more expensive by the minute and soon enough, only the rich will be able to afford it. Shitty houses are going for $450 easily. But NY and LA are still more expensive so they’re moving here pushing up prices. We’ll be under water soon tho, so, won’t go up forever 😂
Coming from New York, I find a lot of Miami has a third world mentality and culture away from the clubs and hotels. It was slow and a lot of older people only speak Spanish.
Haha not far off @justynjonn . Many people that have lived in Miami before it became popular were all first generation immigrants from places like Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Cuba, and many many other places. The culture in Miami is much different than you would find in other cities in America.
What I dislike about Miami --well Florida in general were the alligators, the heat, humidity and the different kinds of bugs that bite or visit you inside your house..Thank goodness for pesticides..

The cost of living doesn't make sense, especially when the average household income of South Floridians is $57,000 ish, You also have issues with parking, which is limited, so expect to pay for valet and parking, even when you go to restaurants here.
Yeah that is super true. The cost of living skyrocketed in particular after the pandemic. Truly the most expensive thing is the housing. I have been trying to buy a house here but it is absolutely ridiculous. For what you can buy in Miami, you can get a mansion anywhere else. Miami is Heaven on earth. West Palm Beach is cool and Fort Lauderdale is nice. There’s nothing like breathing in the Dade County air, watching the people walk, ride and sail the city, and generally be happy to be here. The vibe is one of a kind. Just be careful on the roadways, people think F1 is year round
