That running form might work better in track n field than in fotboll/soccer. Fotballers need more stiffness to handle lactic acid and also to handle quick starts and stops in various directions. A low more sitting step is preferable

When you were showing practising your from in the video at 2:43 you were teaching people bad habits. I run track and play soccer and in that demo your toes were pointed down and they weren't dorsal flexed (toes flexed upwards) and thats not a good habit. Also your back arm was strigned it needs to be more bent. But other than that good tutorial fam
