Nevee tried this but my felicia leatherwood brush is bomb and way better than the tangle teezer i got both i thing the tangle teezer works good though in smaller sections of hair just because the bristles are more bendy
Has anyone seen it work on someone with 4-c type hair? I see it being used on those with long hair, mixed textures and so forth. I’d love to find a utensil/tool for thick tight coiled hair.

I do and I love it. It cut down on the time it takes me to detangle my hair. The vertical stroke works good with this brush too. I didn't loose as much hair as I usually do when detangling. Hope you like yours as much as I like mine.

I think a mistake many people make, and the reason why that brush doesn't properly work, is because they don't use it correctly. As far as I know, you have to comb the hair with the brush in vertical position, NOT horizontally as you did. See this as if you were picking up the leafs in your lawn, you have to use the leaf rake in an up and down motion (front to rear), NOT SIDEWAYS as you were doing it and it will work much better.
She did comb her first section VERTICALLY if you had watched the whole video. It was on the bigger section that she combed horizontally first but altered between vertically and horizontally afterwards. On the box and on ads it says brush vertically AND THEN horizontally
Adri MC I just ordered the brush i am 4c and that's what it says in the instructions included with brush do vertically comb and do it ON SOAKING WET HAIR not just damp hair...I am about to try it today wish me luck! Sharon thanks for your review.

I have never trimmed my hair since I started my natural hair journey in dec 2018. Also if convenient, I need advice on some of hair products that works with 4c. My hair shrinks so much. Tnx
Thank you dear! Honestly I’m not one to really recommend products because people’s hair react differently even tho it’s the same 4c. My hair shrinks up bad too! 😂. But for deep conditioning I love the “organics hair mayonnaise” it really gets my hair soft. Shampoo and regular conditioner, I don’t have a stable one lol.

There's nothing wrong with the brush honestly I have the brush and my hair is also 4c and it's literally thick... But I agree with you it takes time to do the job
Yes it is. Are you blind? Do you not see her edges? Her hair certainly isn't 4A . Her hair is clearly a mixture of 4B and 4C. Not everyone with 4C hair has the same type of stands, hair density and porosity.
