For my hair to be able to even be brushed it has to be drenched in conditioner before I can do anything
As a man this video is heaven sent!!! Detangling my hair is a very strenuous process for me. I have 4c hair...it’s very difficult for me to comb. It takes so long & I’m VERY tender headed. Thank you for this video. This pandemic isn’t allowing me to get my hair done as often as I desire but now I know how to keep it healthier & be less stressed on my hair day.

Wow I thought the EX brush would be a little too flexible but it wasn’t 😱
I initially thought that too but it has a good grip

EZ brush You can start from the roots. I don't pull the brush all the way through to the ends. I kind of like rack it down gently almost like pushing the tangles to the ends. When I do this it takes a out three strokes to bring it down when I do the ends it's like butter. It's a fast brush. Other brushes can't do the magic this one does for my hair.
Yess, you could easily tell when the Leatherwood brush got kinda stuck in the kinks, whereas the EZ Detangler didn't. When I first used the brush, I was sooooo amazed. Wow. Now I'm looking on RUclips weeks later to see did anyone love it as much as me, and how it does for women with more kinks than me, as I am 4a
I just realized that I forgot to add the back attachment. It's even better with it on. I may do an update video
Bruh I used that Felicia brush and I was amazed at how it detangled the roots! I guess it differs from one to another.
It looks like EZ brush definitely detangles faster because of how flexible the combs are, and the FL smoothes the hair better because it’s less flexible
Jay2x's the ez brush comes with a little attachment that makes the brush less flexible. So you have 2 in 1.

Wow, 4 mins is awesome. My hair 3b-4c is only about 4 inches longer than yours and it takes me at least 35 mins. I love the EZ detangling brush.
But how do you know it’s shedded hair and not tension breakage
naturally shedded hair has a white bulb at one end. Breakage has no bulb and is usually shorter.
Because I didn't comb my hair in a week and the hair naturally sheds about 50-100 strands a day so it looks accurate to have that amount of hair loss. I'm not aggressive with my hair for it to break off that easily. I'm very gentle. I can also hear popping sounds if my hair was breaking off.
@@Tyiece The hairs in the brush looks very short to me so that means breakage.
Ordered my brush from @t took 5 days to get, they are based in the USA and they are truly black-owned.
Got burned with EZ, they ship from China :( 2months and still waiting for the brush I ordered in March.
You guys shouldn't be advertising for them, they claim to be blacked owned but they are Chinese owned.

Yeah it’s the locking clip. You don’t have to put it on it’s optional if you like it more sturdy. I like it without the clip it’s just fine

Thank you, so grateful. Besides a detangling brush and comb, are there other tools I should purchase? My hair gets matted quickly, I use a silk cap and hate silk pillowcases. All natural male.
A microwaveable thermal cap known as Hot Head is also good for allowing conditioners to soften the hair. I also have a line of satin caps on my website humbleglow.com . Get it a wide detangling shower comb. Microfiber towels are best for the hair.

With FL, you have to brush vertically not horizontally. Meaning the way you hold the brush.

My hair is very long and very curly/coily. It’s mixed; it feels like the crown of my head is in the C category and going out towards my edges it’s in the B category. The result is when my hair gets tangled is basically dreaded against my scalp 😩😩...this brush looks so flexible, would it be able to get into my knots to work them down?

There is a small piece that you clip onto the back of the green detangler in different sections to contol degree of flexibility you may desire. So this is not a true comparison bc you did not use the clip on part that sets the various degrees of flexibilty.

I tried the brush today. There was nothing EZ about the brush
I bought the blue brush. I used it today on my natural 4a-b hair. a lot of hair came out when I was done. For about two months I was using my fingers to comb, my hair. But I was getting tangled and knots, I keep my hair loose. when brush so much hair came out. Not sure if that’s normal. The knots and tangled are gone.
I have the same issue 😣 finger combing is ideal but it doesn’t get out all the knots like a brush does- but the brush takes a bunch of hair with it
What about cleaning the brushes out? Is one easier to clean than the other?

Do you have low porosity? I ask because when I use certain hair products it would just sit on top my hair like yours but when I switched products I noticed that no longer happened because it soaked into my hair follicles. I used to hate that.

I'm surprised that although both brushes have a similar design they gave different results. Didn't know until now that the Viral EZ brush shed less hair than the other, but detangled better and half the price. 7.12.19
