I just want to leave a message of hope here. I had THE WORST cardio phobia a year or two ago. I thought I could die at any moment. The stress and anxiety, was unbearable at the worst. But, I got through it. I did research, I learned. I started exercising, pushing myself to run even though I could feel my heart pounding. I learned to have faith in the durability of the human body. I started eating healthier as well. There is so much that an unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle will mess up without you realizing it. I couldn’t have done it without God, either. I’m here now, and I’m in a relative state of peace. It gets better. If you do better. ❤️
Thanks for the support man.., I’ve been going through this for 3 months and it feels like a lifetime. I started walking on a treadmill last night and my heart was beating out my chest. I stopped but I got back on in 15 minutes and just decided if I’m gonna die I’m gonna die. I walked for 30 minutes. I was so proud! I gotta cut out the fast foods and get back to Whole Foods.
I have been a full time paramedic for 14 years now. Having debilitating anxiety attacks for past 6 months. All the symptoms, chest pain, arm pain, short of breath all adding to the cycle of "about to die" feeling. Multiple ECGs and blood tests confirm no cardiac involvement. Anxiety is a foreboding black cloud that doesn't seem to go away despite my medical background knowledge and clear cardiac results. One of the hardest battles I have ever had to overcome. Reading your all your comments and individual experience has helped me so much. You are an answer to my prayers. God bless you all. May you beat anxiety and thrive.
Words of wisdom, thank you. I'm so tired of the anxiety and panic attacks. It truly is scary. I hope you doing better for yourself now. As I continue to seek more info to help me as well. Thank you.
I went to get ecg and blood test two weeks ago, I thought my heart was going to stop because I had a chest pain and my heart felt heavy and the rythm weird, I went to the er and everything came back good and no signs of heart attacks or blood clots, they said my heart was actually healthy, it’s quite amazing how much anxiety can make you feel things that are simply not true.
Before I understand to have anxiety all the time except for while sleeping but know I am all good, I still think about it everyday but only for 5-10 min,it gets worse while going to bed tho,but I feel much better than before 😊
I've been having all these symptoms for over a year now and I'm literally s**t scared, I thought I was the only one with this issue but watching the video makes turns out im not and provides a lot of ease. I still struggle with it but this video gave me a lot of calmness, seriously thank you.

@@shubhjavia3178Hey there! I feel at ease to read people that felt the same way I’m feeling right now. I would like to ask, what did you do? I started this year back in February and it’s been one hell of a scary ride when it feels like a heart attack.
@@janellesauxe8704 SELF CONFIDENCE and ACCEPTANCE. I am 100% fine now and better than ever before both physically and mentally. The biggest help for me was increasing my self confidence, do things that are hard but need to be done anyways like working out, eating clean, and general healtyhy bad habits. BE VERY DISCIPLINED. If you sit down and make a list of all the wrong things you do(you know these things) and work one them it will boost your confidence and in turn remove your anxiety. Also need to accept that anything can happen at anytime but that's not a reason to live in fear.
@@shubhjavia3178 Thank you so much for replying, I truly appreciate it! I exercise and eat good, I don’t like eating junk food, unless there’s no option. But what I think I’ve been missing are my green vegetables, vitamins and minerals. I’ve been fascinated and learning about how our body works, so this year I’m eager to apply everything I’ve learned to better myself and control my anxiety. Either way, like you say, acceptance is key and confidence, gets scary at times, but I’m learning and trying to practice to just feel and not start judging my symptoms. If it persists, as easy as it is to visit my doctor just in case. So, to whoever is reading this, confidence, acceptance and may I add nutrition and doing what you like is key.
No one has ever told me to feel my anxiety when it comes up. My heavy cardio exercise does nothing to hurt me. So when I have these panic attacks about worrying about my heart, I know it’s irrational. But when you said to actually embrace the symptoms, that made me feel insanely better. It’s a first step for sure.
@@soub711 ooh I search those symtoms it's tell various types of heart disease+ astma+ various types of cancer+ different types of syndrome I don't even know
My first ever panic attack a few years ago was scary for me. I had chest pain. But it was not like any chest pain I've had in the past, it wasn't sharp like PMS related chest pain, it wasn't pleuritic(worsening with the breath) like rib pain from prolonged vomiting, it wasn't dull and achy like muscle aches, it was crushing pain right in the center of my chest, classic anginal presentation. I was even making that classic heart attack gesture of a tensed up hand up against my chest. I was breathing fast, and the pain was radiating. First to the left arm, then the right arm, then my jaw(which already had a tension tendency for other reasons and is the reason for my frequent tension headaches), then my abdomen, all areas where heart attack pain can occur. And then it kept radiating down to my legs. All this time I was thinking "Please no, not a heart attack, I still have much to give the world, I'm only 20. No, I don't want to die this early or end up on heart failure meds." I told my mom about this radiating chest pain and she told me to calm down and take some deep breaths and within a few minutes of peak pain, it stopped. Then, when I told my doctor about the chest pain at my next appointment, they did a physical exam on me, and as soon as I mentioned the radiation to the legs, they said "Your heart is fine, you experienced a panic attack. You're okay, no need for surgery or heart meds." I was so relieved to hear that. I still get attacks of chest pain, particularly when my mom is away for long periods, like more than a day. I have noticed that the past couple years where my mom had to leave to help her family in Missouri, I start getting attack after attack after attack of chest pain cause my mom is away. And it feels about the same, still crushing chest pain right around where my heart is. But I don't really get that widespread radiation anymore or the fast breathing like I did with the first. But still, this attack after attack of chest pain when my mom is away, makes me wonder if I will have chest pain to a similar severity of my first panic attack when she's finally gone for good. And to make things even more complicated, I know that loss of a loved one can cause chest pain for another reason too, actually affecting the heart muscle physically, beyond pumping harder due to adrenaline, actually causing the left ventricle to balloon out and not contract as well, causing a temporary state of left sided heart failure called Broken Heart Syndrome that is reversed by rest. One thing that I've found that helps me through these attacks along with deep breathing, listening to classical music, especially Mozart. Mozart in particular has a very relaxing effect on me.
Just terrified my heart will stop at any moment. It seems weird that it can beat for 100 years solid without stopping at all you'd figure it could stop at any moment.
I have the exact same fear, and therapy has done me a world of good. I've gotten to the point where, on a day to day basis, I don't have constant anxiety about it like I used to. It's still there, but considering I just started therapy it's huge help. You can get through this, professional help is one of the easiest ways to.
@Solid Lonk You're clearly not well versed in health anxiety (a mental illness similar to OCD), so allow me to explain. It doesn't matter how low the chances are, since I am mentally ill I will worry anyway. If anything a 1% chance is much higher than the real chances of a perfectly healthy person having a heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest, but the always present possibility means that it could always possibly happen, which means that my brain must always be concerned about it as though it is impending. Mental health is weird like that.
@Solid Lonk... if you read my first comment on this chain which you replied to, you'd see i'm currently in therapy? But OK, come here and start lecturing others so you can feel right about something I guess. I know everything you're saying is the logical reality, but not everyone is you. We don't all get to have an easy fix that just makes it all go away, some people (like me) are in therapy and will have to spend years recovering mentally from the toll of our anxieties, whilst also monitoring ourselves to make sure we don't develop a new health anxiety. Sorry i'm not you, I guess? And that's sarcasm just incase it wasn't clear.
Hello I just want to share this with you I stay awake all the night People say I am confident person But am so afraid Even now am typing this while my heart and my mind going insane I wish I can stop this

I'm currently dealing with this problem ): I had my first full-blown panic attack this Saturday and ended up going to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. It was quite a traumatic experience and I have been having panic attacks, aches in my left arm, shortness of breath, and dizziness since then. I've convinced myself that I'll have a heart attack even after the ER nurses have told me my EKG and blood work came back fine. As I'm sure I'll still be dealing with it for more time I will say this video gave me some sort of relief. Who would have known that anxiety was capable of making you feel this way? I'm wishing all of you dealing with this same issue the best of luck
Hey brother, I hope you are doing better than you were 3 weeks ago. I have been feeling this was on and off for the past 3 months. This last week was the worst. Everyday I would think I was dying, everything you mentioned was everything I felt. Today I feel amazing but I know I got a long way to go to recover from this anxiety. I wish you the very best!
I am 24 but have been having severe chest pains and crying spells since I was 15 years old. I have gone to the doctor, they tell me my heart is great, but I feel so worried when it happens. Almost every night I worry I will pass away suddenly.
Same age ,same scenario but recently I started having sever panic attacks. Am at the hospital right now. When I leave I always come back cuz there’s always something triggering my panic attacks. I have anxiety all day but usually during the night I have a panic attack and end up at the clinic.
i love you so much!!! may god bless you i’m 13 and i always thought that i was having a heart attack but everything would go away and i would be normal thank you so much!!!
I’m 18 and I’ve had this for almost three years now. I know that there is nothing wrong with my heart, but I keep getting anxious. I feel like at a certain point it will stop beating and I will die. Because of that I have a constantly high heart rate, and I can feel my heartbeat in my ears 24/7. My mind subconsciously thinks about my heart every single day and it doesn’t go unless I have some major distraction. I wish this can go away. My family doesn’t consider this to be an issue so I cannot even get help.
I really know how you feel, im only 17. Maybe you could try to tell your family to get you to the doctor sometime. It could help you get rid of this fear and move on. I myself am trying to find the courage and go to the doctor and finally let it go. Even tho i have been there before and found that everything is fine w my heart.
I’m 16 years old. I’ve been going through heart anxiety for almost a month now. I’ve gotten a chest scan and they said everything was alright according to it. But I can’t seem to stop checking my pulse every few minutes. And what scared me is that when I do, sometimes my pulse feels very soft
I was the same a few weeks ago, my dad died 3 months ago, since then its terrible, mostly the night, but now it's way better, i haven't checked my heart rate in a week
Omg thankyou so much for this video, this is the only video which made me relieved coz whenever I search up the symptoms in Google, it tells me that I have heart attack, heart problems, pancreatitis, gastritis etc
I know death is a part of life. Just like fall follows summer. We are born and eventually we die. But it still bothers me so much. I try to go for walks I get short of breath because I cant manage my breathing as I want to. I cant even go into Walmart because Anxiety hits me hard. I know its starting up because my hands and feet freeze. But my face, neck and torso are hot to the touch.
I deal with the EXACT same thing. You sit there and say to yourself that maybe you need to exercise because maybe your just really out of shape but then when you try to workout or do cardio your heart pounds and you get a really tight chest fast and then you just stop because you’re scared of what’s happening to you already. It prevents me from even going out in public anymore because I don’t feel like I’m even mentally capable of holding off the anxiety symptoms that make me want to just do the bare minimum to comfortably survive. When it’s all in my head...
I got a blood check and x ray my doctor told me you are healthy like a horse there is nothing wrong with you but I feel chest discomfort and shortness of breath ( even my lungs is in a healthy condition)
Literally at this moment I'm experiencing anxiety and thought that I've going to get a heart attack cause my jaw is hurting and also some pain in my arm found your video and then I remember that my ECG told me that I'm a young 20 year old boy and doctor told me that you don't have any major as well as minor problem it is just because of gerd/Gastritis To be honest with you I'm kind of a Hyphochordriac... Thankyou Sista this video really helps me From your video I learn that I've to write that this is just anxiety not any cardiac problem..

Great video thank you. New to anxiety and the sysmtoms...hospital said I was fine. Doctor said I was fine...still think I'm gonna have a heart attack mostly because they are so sudden even for healthy people. Biggest fear. But these type of videos and my faith are getting me through.
By God's grace, I've dealt with Thanatophobia, it was really difficult buh I'm out of it now. Only thing is since I've been out, my thoughts coupled with series of death of friends and relatives, have made my heart be unrest daily, I have normal and sudden push or skip kind of beating especially at night or anytime I lie down. This scares me(especially abt heart attack or sudden stop) and create feeling of split secs shock any time I worry abt it. Like I ask myself if this heart can work for years. Anyway Seeing this vid and reading comments has helped me and will mk me consider going for ECG for further assurance. Thanks Sis.
Thank you so much for this video! You described my anxiety perfectly. I lost my dad last year because of heartfailure and since then my life has become tough for me. I got a panic attack and later pain in my chest. I went to the doctor, used a ECG and he told me my heart was normal. Even though I was healthy I just can’t accept it due to my negative thoughts (that I will die soon like my dad). Anxiety really is ruining my life, but thanks to your video I feel relieved.
me too my grandmom's sister died 1 month ago because of heartattack for 1 week after that incident nothing happened but one night suddenly my heart start racing i was scared i thought my grandmoms sister is comming after me and i will die after that day i started having this anxiety and sometimes i couldn't sleep the whole its running my life.

I feel some sort of relief after seeing the list. I haven't been to school for nearly a month, it's been pretty tough with me. One day I was walking home from school and my heart skipped a beat. I was so scared and after that I'm afraid to walk to school, not only that but I get jaw pain, tightness, literally all the synonyms the lady listed, I done blood tests, ECG , and x-rays but everything is ok because I went back again at the doctor for the same thing even tho my ECG came back fine they still wanna put me in cardiology clinic for further investigation. It scares me more cause in the back of my head, it keeps saying "so there is a possiblity I have heart problems". I don't wanna die from heart problems.... I'm scared, that's one of my biggest fear, I'm only 15 years old....I have a future ahead that is being held back by my anxiety. I had a huge test to do in 2023 but I told my mom I can't do it till 2024. I can't focus, I feel sick and every time I look at my tummy area I just see my heart... pounding and pounding like.......WTF 😭
This help me greatly! I was smoking when u felt as if I was having an heart attack. Call the ambulance and they told me I was having an anxiety attack.
Back during the summer I had a panic attack, my first ever. I went to two different ERs and went to my doctor twice...in 24 hours. That's how certain I was that I was dying of a heart attack or stroke. Man, what a journey it's been since then. Thanks to the CBT of Dr. Claire Weekes, my nervous system is almost completely healed. Though sometimes, when under an unusual amount of stress, I need a little reminder that what I'm feeling, though scary and awful, is harmless, run-of-the-mill anxiety.
I have regular panic attacks recently due to having a really bad one a few months ago and as soon as I think about it, it will trigger another one, I've found jumping into a cold shower or just putting your head under the cold tap really helps, or finding yourself a focus object that you can go too when you feel oncoming symptoms, the trick to beating a panic attack is finding a way of distracting yourself from it which makes your panic almost immediately disappear.
Thanks for sharing in this video, I sincerely appreciate you. I have been enduring panic and anxiety attacks for a while now. It truly is scary, I don't want to die. I want to get better. Thank you.

You’re 14. You have no reason to be anxious about your heart, but I know exactly what your going through. If you’re having anxiety tell your mom. She can help you get help if needed. You can always go to the doctor for peace of mind. They can run easy non invasive tests to show that your absolutely healthy. Don’t smoke, don’t drink, exercise, eat a healthy balanced diet, drink lots and lots of water, and get plenty of rest!
I've been going thru this recently, stemming from a bad panic attack that sent me to urgent care. EKG came back normal, got blood work done and it all comes back normal. But I constantly feel my heart beating. Every thing I do seems to set my heart off super fast and then I get nervous. Even going up a flight of stairs sends my heartbeat to 150bpm. I'm a landscaper and in the spring/summer/fall I do a lot of physical labor and never had a problem until the off season. I think ive just been so inactive compared to the working season that my body doesn't know how to relieve the stress. I also have general anxiety disorder and obsessive thoughts and having nothing to do for 6 weeks makes my thoughts go in spirals. Distraction and yoga is the only thing that helps rn
I am 13years old and I am also having this anxiety about 3 weeks ago my grandmom's sister died because of heart attack she was just 57 I am really sensitive person, nothing happened to me for 5 days after she died but one night suddenly my heart starting beating fast and I thought I was dying i couldn't sleep the whole night properly next day same thing happened and after that nothing much happened I was sleeping peacefully although I had those feeling sometimes only. But again yesterday i couldnt sleep because of that and my heart is beating fast while writing this also. I am happy to know that it is just my anxiety this video calmed me down a bit I hope I will be fine soon.

I feel all the symptoms but im glad that im not the only one to feel this way. It is mind blowing that these seemingly “heart problems” are actually due to anxiety. I got check on and my doctor said that i was fine. But i am constantly having this symptoms and having thoughts that i will die young and no one can help me :( i tried yoga and it helped me a lot. But my anxiety brought me to the point where i feel like if i eat junk food, sugar etc. that i will have a heart attack or some sort of blood clot and when i see my friends smoking, i get more nervous and fear that it will make them die :( just can’t get over it.
Feeling most of the symptoms you described here 2:12 for well over 3 days. I can't overcome anxiety, stress and whenever i think about it i have increased heart rate and i can't sleep properly beacuse of that, i keep searching stuff on google and i can't focus beacuse of fear... This video helped me a lot though.. i will try to focus less on the pain, exercise a bit, eat healthier food and get off my shitty phone and google search, God bless you all❤
Hi everyone, I've had and am still having all of the symptoms described, the only difference is I've now had two heart attacks and had three stents put in place, I thought all my troubles were over when I left hospital three months ago, but now I`m troubled by doubts as to whether my op went well, every pain is thought to be another heart attack, I`ve been back in the hospital once since my discharge, owing to angina brought on by the recent cold weather, but I`m still troubled by these unhelpful thoughts, hopefully, these thoughts will go away eventually and I can get back to what was my norm, but anyone who is experiencing chest pains and hasn't been checked out by a hospital, get checked out and be reassured by what the hospital tells you if in doubt check it out and keep safe.
Thank you sm for this video!!! I used to get really bad chest pains, neck pains and arm pains and it was always super scary but as i realized it was just anxiety it went away on it's own... i just started a new job and now since im under more stress than what i was used to, iv been getting episodes of sinus tachycardia and shortness of breathe which is most likely from anxiety/stress, its probably the scariest symptom iv encountered since the chest pains making my heart rate shoot up to 175 for no reason but how can i cope with this at work??? I hope you are now doing well. If not, the best advice I can give you is to seek out the teachings of Dr. Claire Weekes! She saved me. You sound like me. I too developed an anxiety/panic disorder out of the blue. One minute I was fine, then bam, panic attack. I saw a therapist who told me it wasn't normal for an adult to develop an anxiety disorder out of the blue, that it usually had a physiological cause. After many tests, I was diagnosed with an iron, B12 and vitamin D deficiency. I also saw an endocrinologist who diagnosed me with a thyroid disorder. Any one of those things can trigger anxiety and panic symptoms. Correcting my deficiencies helped tremendously, but I'd already fallen down the rabbit hole. My nervous system had become sensitized and needed to heal but my own fear and negative thinking wouldn't allow it. That's where Dr. Claire Weekes came in. Though she has been dead for decades, her method of 'float and accept' is now the standard treatment for anxiety disorders. In her books (or recordings) she will explain exactly what is happening to you. She will teach you how to heal from it. Some of Dr. Weekes' recordings are right here on RUclips. Give one a try. It is as if she is reaching out across space and time, speaking directly to you. Below is a link to my first introduction to her. I cried with gratitude after only a few minutes because I knew that she understood. She could articulate exactly what I was feeling, and for the first time I knew I wasn't alone and that help was on the way. You will have setbacks but they're necessary. It takes patience and a lot of practice but you can completely recover. I'm almost there! Whenever I need a reminder I come back to Dr. Weekes (and videos like this), sort of like a booster shot. Good luck and remember that you aren't alone. There are a lot of us out there who know exactly what you're going through. ruclips.net/video/MHr4a71XGJE/видео.html

I have GAD, but I think it may be health related. I've been sick for weeks, wondering why I'm not getting better, wondering if I have the coronavirus. I've been inactive and I'm overweight. I decided to do a few minutes on the treadmill, and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest in a way that it normally doesn't. Though I've had my heart checked (it's healthy), and I know that when I'm suffering from anxiety I feel my heart beat everywhere, it still alarmed me a bit. Thanks for the reassuring reminder of just what anxiety can do.
@@tyfivee8393 I think I'm quite a bit older than you, so I don't have Instagram or Facebook or anything like that. You can always contact me this way (or some other way that you can think of). I know how hard it is. One of the best things I can do for you is to recommend the teachings of Dr. Claire Weekes. Though she's been dead for over 30 years, she was a pioneer in the treatment of panic/anxiety disorders. Her methods are the standard today. She has several books, and some recordings right here on RUclips. I'll link one at the end. Dr. Weekes understood in the way that only an anxiety/panic sufferers can understand. She lived it. Lucky for us she was also brilliant and found the key to her own recovery. After I had one particularly bad episode (and a lot of prayer) I came across her here on RUclips. Her words, her voice, was so soothing. It was if she was reaching out across space and time, speaking directly to me. She understood 100%. Soon after, I bought her book Hope and Help For Your Nerves. It changed my life. It takes awhile to heal from an anxiety disorder. It takes patience and practice. You will have more setbacks than you care to count, but I am sooo much better! If you do nothing else today, listen to this recording! ruclips.net/video/MHr4a71XGJE/видео.html
Can someone tell me if they have the same thing? I have shortness of breath, and chest pain, and sometimes even pain in arms. Also, I sometimes have this weird whooshing sound in my ear, ever since my anxiety started. Also, at certain periods of time, I randomly feel something in my chest, where my heart is. There is no pain, it’s just a weird “drop” feeling in my chest, and randomly my heart beats loudly for like a second, and goes back to normal. Also, sometimes when I run or do exercise, I have this pulsating head pain, but not chest pain. My chest pain usually occurs at rest. Can someone tell me if they’re having any of these symptoms? P.S: I don’t smoke, I’m very young as well.

I never went back too.... but I still feel embarrassed about that day

But actually it wasn’t, i got panic and terrified. My body going to shaking and heart beat raised. After that i visited for doctors and they said nothing wrong. But after few day i got anxious go to gym because of i believe that can be happened again! Now my body is fine but while i am doing workout my focus is more in to my physical symptoms. I thought heart palpitations and rapid beat because of heart attack! I git few EKG per week but doctors said i have nothing! No i am understand it all about anxious

I been having bad panic attacks/anxiety attacks for a few months now and with everything going on with covid it makes you feel like you are dying even more, I have been saying to my girlfriend I think there is something wrong with my heart and if I’m honest really though I was going to die almost every time, I was at the start of an attack when I found this video and had to laugh when I saw the part that said (no there is nothing wrong with your heart ) this instantly make me feel relaxed, thank you so much for this video and I will most definitely be sharing this ❤️
My boyfriend just got picked up my an ambulance after an 10 hour long panic attack. He is convinced that something is wrong with him but last time he got an EKG and everything was fine. Idk what to do. He is new to these panic attacks and wont stop worrying. We cant keep calling the ambulance.
Is it only me who feels that I have a heart disease? Suffering from General Anxiety Disorder. I have met my cardiologist 2 months back and did an echo test. And all she said was my heart is healthy. I was fine for 2 months. Now again I have started to worry. I have done 2 echos and 5 ECG in just 6 months now and all reports are fine. But I feel so anxious about this. Sometimes I feel a slight pain or strain in my left side of the left chest. Please help me
you're not alone at all. this is one of the most common feelings of health anxiety. don't worry. the reports are right. you're perfectly fine. im no professional so i can't tell you what exactly to do in order to calm your anxiety, but my advice is to 1) distract yourself whevever you panic or get scared 2) talk to someone you can explain your fears to 3) keep telling yourself that YOU ARE OKAY. even if it's easier said than done, keep telling yourself and you'll believe it by time.
This is me. I went to two Cardiologists. Multiple ECG’s, a trip to the ER and I wore an event monitor for a month. All healthy. My Cardiologist put me on beta blockers but I got nervous that it would mix with another medicine that I take. I still feel weird sensations with my heart. I feel like there’s something over my heart all the time. I just want to get out of my own head. I have an appointment with a therapist in a couple of weeks.

The biggest problem for me is I’m a high blood pressure patient, I’m on medications for that from past 4 years... It gets difficult for me to assure myself that it’s just anxiety... It’s been months now... I’m so frustrated with this, I just want it to end!
Besides these symptoms, does anybody else get random chest pain that lasts a few seconds and then it goes away. Is the random chest pain also anxiety @improvementPath
Me too, I am having chest pain accompanied with slight cough on and off through the day for several weeks....it all started with my high blood pressure when I almost collapsed at my work...
I wake up in the middle of the night with a racing heart, It’s kind of weird how it starts I stretch and then I feel my heart beating faster and then it takes a little while to calm down slowly
Just so you guys know I did some research and those of you who feel shocks to the heart or throat it is also caused by anxiety and it is known as "heart stings". Wanted to put this out there because from my communication with others this symptom is not as common as others.
@Coyotebytes no problem. Scares the hell out of me when it happens too. I still get scared of it because it gives you just that scared feeling but I know it isn't serious at the end of the day
Ty so much. I watched too many scary videos and then the thought that I will die at any time got stuck in my brain. I felt a small pain in my neck and then It led to anxiety which led to my heart beating so hard I could see it. Ty so much I feel so much better. Can’t really see my heart beating anymore!
my heart pains started about 2 months ago, they went away a little while ago but just recently came back. everyone always tells me “oh it’s just chest pains, they’re normal” but it’s not just my general chest area, it feels like it’s hurting my heart specifically. yes i have bad anxiety so i’m sure that’s what’s causing it, i get the numb/tingly arm and hand and sometimes it feels like its pulsing and throbbing weirdly. when i had to go to the hospital the first time, they said they didn’t see anything wrong so i really don’t know what to do at this point. only 17 and i don’t wanna die lmao
Anything that has to do with the chest region feels heart related, I get the same pains. Because your chest is tense and the muscles experience pain it actually feels like it’s your heart, but it’s actually not. Just keep telling yourself, that your fine and it’s not your heart. You’ll get through it. And Don’t forget to Pray! Be safe

@@Dretwotimes That’s the problem the anxiety. First Anxiety can cause pain all over your body, especially when your heart is racing, so you can feel neck pain, arm pain headaches and even upper and lower back pain. And anxiety will raise your heart overtime, because bad stress causes the heart to pound which can make you feel short of breath and lightheaded, and dizzy. And because your an athlete your heart is really going to pound. But remember it’s just the anxiety, you have to take care of that first, heal your mind and then the rest of your body will follow. Wishing you nothing but the best.

I'm 17 and most people have been telling me it's anxiety just sit there in a room and really get a feel of the environment really try to distract yer self stop checking yer pulse your okay
Well if that's ur anxiety, then maybe you should practice meditation or breathing to keep it under your control. But if you need re-assurance, then go to a cardiologist & get a clean bill that it's just anxiety & nothing else. If it's just anxiety, then you can try to control it in whichever way you like. Good luck.
Did you take anything? Or oils or some natural to help with it I’m going threw this now and can’t stop watching my heart rate and I’m scared to workout
This is very informative. I never really have the attack, but I get very close and then it lasts for days or weeks. It sucks, but I'm trying to learn to ha dle it and this felt calming
Sharp pains, feels like someone is sitting on your chest then you start sweating then pacing then you google it and it said “ heart attack “ then it makes it worse sometimes it can go all day long. Anyone else ?
Yes. But avoid googling stuff. I got covid recently & I am recovered now. But that has given me my first panic attack, then acid reflux, then health anxiety & now I'm hyperfocused on my heart all day. Went to a gastric doc, he said it's partly due to covid meds & partly due to anxiety. And while I was talking to him, I brought up my chest pain which is common in gas & said I am worried for my heart all day. He replied that if you can speak continuosly for 2 mins, then your lungs & heart are fine. I'm still worried for my heart tho. I check my pulse like 100 times each day & over-used mg oximeter for pulse. I feel like I may die of a heart attack. I have breast pain too so I don't know if it's my heart or just chest from above. Maybe I've pulled a muscle while sleeping or one of my nerves has slept. Doc said not to google anything as dr. google will rule out a simple stomach ache as pancreatic cancer.
It’s the anxiety. I had to learn that no amount of testing will make any of us feel better, until we except that it’s anxiety. Once we accept that, and heal our minds our bodies will follow. Wishing you the best!!
thank you i have so much anxiety over my heart and i constantly worry so i’m worried that i got a heart problem which i still don’t know. but got asthma. which he says your heart sounds good, and my anatomy teacher says you are healthy but me on the other hand sense something is wrong. but this helps as a reminder but still am worried. because one i don’t drink caffeine, now i’m on a more heart healthy diet and also i barely take my asthma meds because it stimulates my heart. but thank you for this really. because i get tingling and tightness in my left arm but i play tennis so my arms are sore from it and work outs too.. and just me constantly overthinking makes me all tired

Omg?? I’m not crazy?? I’ve been getting numbness in my arms from anxiety? When I get scared from thinking my heart rate is too slow, I jump up and I do jumping jacks. The soreness wouldn’t go away so I thought it was something else like blood clots or something since I took the vaccine. I can’t stop my thoughts from bothering me it’s really scary. It stops me from anything I’m doing. It’s always my heart I’m worried most about like I’ll just drop dead or have a heart attack anywhere. I’m even afraid to take pain pills when needed. I freak out most about my heart after taking them
Sounds like a premature ventricular contraction. If you can tune in on your heart when this happens, you'll probably notice a really weak second beat right before the thud. The thud is actually the next normal beat, but with more blood in the chambers due to a slight pause. Your ventricle contracts twice in a row, then the momentary pause fills the heart with extra blood, then the next normal beat pushes extra blood through your arteries and you might feel it in your neck or chest. It might be like "lub-dub....lub-dub.....lub-dub-dub........lub-THUD....lub-dub". Bear in mind all hearts do this, the key is most people can't feel or ignore them. If you're not having at least 20% of all beats doing this, most cardiologists won't even take action because they're considered benign in a normal heart.
@@Xtrapful I realized that the anxiety thing isn't that bad. It went away really fast, I think it was just me being stressed or something and it hasn't happened in a long time.

No, I don't want to die this early or end up on heart failure meds."
I told my mom about this radiating chest pain and she told me to calm down and take some deep breaths and within a few minutes of peak pain, it stopped.
@Solid Lonk Unfortunately nope. Look up "sudden cardiac arrest".
@Solid Lonk Commonly theres an underlying cause! There have also been cases of perfectly healthy people just randomly dropping dead.
Anxiety and nervousness/panic attack is the worst when combined, the timing is even worse if you're in a classroom.

EXACTLY omg
YES I think one of the worse things I do is Google my symptoms
Exact thing that’s happening to me
Are u doing better ? Do u have any improvement ?
Omg! All my anxiety goes to my chest and heart. How can I learn to accept the feeling without freaking out? Especially in the classroom?

I sure have been listening to you for a long long time because he makes so much sense about this horrible anxiety panic attacks chest pains and on and on thank you so much for your videos
Great video thank you. New to anxiety and the sysmtoms...hospital said I was fine. Doctor said I was fine...still think I'm gonna have a heart attack mostly because they are so sudden even for healthy people. Biggest fear. But these type of videos and my faith are getting me through.
I have the same problem and fear rn... how r u now?
Thanks Sis.
i feel the same, so happy that i’m not alone!!

How are you doing now?
That only works for so long, though, until you are instantly in one and no build up
Trueeee. Cold shower helpss

I did have an appointment, but it was useless. When I had my surgery, they had an ekg, and they didn't diagnose me with anything, and that cured my anxiety. On Dec 2021, My heart palpitated again but much more frequently, and I wasn't scared at all.

me too , idk if it’s my heart or my breast

I’m not a doctor and I have no idea if you’re going through this issue still but I have IBS too, my family has celiac as well so they can’t eat gluten. I started to notice this would happen to me everytime I ate gluten or dairy (pizza, burger, beer) my heart would go crazy
I also have gad do you feel like this consistent pressure on your chest everyday?

@@maryakhan9617 yea I went for a check up I feel the same way as u do but the feeling is going away day by day but I still feel it the most at night , they said it was anxiety and that’s the cause of it I havnt really been over thinking it lately and I’ve feel a little bit better , I’m going to start going on walks and see if it goes away because they said everything was healthy it’s magnet because of quarantine I havnt done a lot of things I’ve just been laying down most of the days bc before COVID I didn’t feel this feeling in my chest it all started when I stop exercising but yea hope you feel better I can lyk how I feel a couple of days if you want
@@instal7058 how are you feeling now? I always ask my friends to let me watch them play when they’re on. I’m trying to get rid of my heart anxiety too 😞
The biggest problem for me is I’m a high blood pressure patient, I’m on medications for that from past 4 years...
Ricardo Rodriguez Yess, I have this weird bubbly tight feeling idk if that's part of anxiety though??
Me too, I am having chest pain accompanied with slight cough on and off through the day for several weeks....it all started with my high blood pressure when I almost collapsed at my work...
Yeah me too i fell like the heart is going to stop and after that i cough
Same 😭
I wake up in the middle of the night with a racing heart, It’s kind of weird how it starts I stretch and then I feel my heart beating faster and then it takes a little while to calm down slowly
I still get scared of it because it gives you just that scared feeling but I know it isn't serious at the end of the day
THANKYOU for this because I'm dealing with this right now and I was panicked wondering whether to call 999 or not 😟
"Heart stings" is nowhere on google..
@@nicolekamm I found it somewhere I remember
@@prettyaddictedcult I'm still dealing with it. Every day it feels like it isn't anxiety because it's still happening
Be safe
@@elizabethjackson3176 nah i appreciate this so much bro 😭😭😭 like I was wondering why I felt that way but it makes more sense now it be ok and off type of thing too but this made me jus feel like 100 percent better frfr but I gotta quick question for you ?
@@Dretwotimes Glad I could help. 😃Sure, what’s your question??
@@elizabethjackson3176 my question is about sports I play soccer and basketball . I already have a faster heart rate than a normal heart but the doctor said I’m good and healthy but Lately since I’ve been goin through bad bad anxiety and shi my heart rate been high and now which I never had this problem my neck will start to hurt and when I play I feel out of breath then I’ve ever been . Idk what it is truly is sorry for writing to much to you i was jus looking for some advice .
Thank you sooo much for the video. I have been having the same issues for years.
I already went to ER 5 times they said my ecg is fine and x ray but still feel I will develop heart problems the next day
me too. youre not alone. im writig this as im in the ER and my doctor told me it was anxiety. i refused to believe it but after reseaerching it and thinking back to the first instance i realize its all in my head
Ugh me too. I’ve been to the er twice, my chest always feels heavy and I don’t understand how just a mental issue can give off such a realistic feeling. The mind is too powerful 😞
I’ve had ekgs, X-rays, blood work they say everything is fine but I just keep thinking the worst
im going through something similar, ive had blood exams done and everything is normal, then í get this sudden thoughts of death and heart attacks, even though nothing has happened, then it spirals into pánic attacks,so tired of this😭😭😭
@StretchMarkstheSpot blessed, its almost all gone, just instrusive thoughts but there almost out the door
Every time I take a medication I panic. Any suggestion to help with this 😩😩😩
Which medication
Left arm pain while walking
From 2 years what it is
Is it your shoulder? Because i have samd
Same*
I have this been two months already and I went to Er bc of my back pain and shortness of breathe they do some test for me xray for my chest ct scan, and heart test but everything is normal . So is this anxiety ??
Yes anxiety can cause all types of symptoms i know im going through the same issues. I hope that you are ok buddy. Like i had left arm and jaw pain and i assumed it was a heart issue it freaked me out so i went to my local er and they ran a chest x ray blood test and a ekg and my results were normal.
@@bremass851 and this all happens from stress and worrying? Because sometimes I feel like this happens out of now where. I did the same thing went to er and got tests and everything was fine.
@@matthewcasey9236 Yes Matt it can be come from stress and anxiety and if you had a ekg and chest x ray done your most likey fine buddy my doctor put me on medication for anxiety and depression called escitalopram and it helps alot. I havent had a panic attack since it calm me down. I hope you get better and im here if you need encouragement 👍
i am 24 years old my left chest hurts i already saw a cardiologist he said my heart is healty its all anxiety i get left chest pain everyday and i start thinking really bad stuff about my heart that im going to die and that im going to get a heart attack i just had a baby and im soo scared i dont want to leave in fear
it's okay just be aware that your gunna get better
I'm 17 and most people have been telling me it's anxiety just sit there in a room and really get a feel of the environment really try to distract yer self stop checking yer pulse your okay
i have all these symptoms ...which specialist i should go ???
Well if that's ur anxiety, then maybe you should practice meditation or breathing to keep it under your control. But if you need re-assurance, then go to a cardiologist & get a clean bill that it's just anxiety & nothing else. If it's just anxiety, then you can try to control it in whichever way you like. Good luck.
Did you take anything? Or oils or some natural to help with it I’m going threw this now and can’t stop watching my heart rate and I’m scared to workout
Shortness of breath, Rapid heartbeat, Chest tightness, pounding heart and numbness in your arm or hand are the worst ones.
True
@@tanishachhibber9780 hellooo..u r from indian right. Im having same problem. Can we discuss in person in instagram.
My ECG and blood test was normal but still struggling with chest pain and shortness of breath... also dizziness
Hey I’m in a similar situation atm. There’s times I have slight light headiness and senestive eyes to light as well as everything you’ve described and pins na needles in my feet on and off as well as minor leg cramps on and off. The chest tightness is almost always there but sometimes better or worse, same with my arm and it sometimes switches to the right but not often. Palpitating heart and stuff as well. Did you encounter similar symptoms ? Mines been going for two weeks now…
I praying for all of us that’s dealing with this I’m new to it but know it’s a spiritual attack, but I know that God will bring us through he always does if you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. I would highly encourage you to. Sending love and prayers to you all including myself ❤❤❤❤ we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us even over come this stage in our lives -Amen
I freak out most about my heart after taking them
I’m the exact same this happens to me all the time
Does anyone else's heart thump?
Me and I’m only 17
Feels like it stutters sometimes almost like it skips a beat
Me, before every interview.
It’s heart palpitations it’s normal when you have anxiety feels like a tremble right ,
I got emetophobia in 2020, and now I have this heart anxiety thing in 2021. 😃
Do u still have it?
@@Xtrapful I realized that the anxiety thing isn't that bad. It went away really fast, I think it was just me being stressed or something and it hasn't happened in a long time. Also about the emetophobia thing, I still have it but it got a little better, like I haven't gotten a emetophobia attack in months which is good.
@@wrisu thank you! I just recently got this like one week ago. Often happens in the evening before going to bed, so unfortunately it’s hard to sleep.
