One thing I’ve learned that helped me is if it’s anxiety and not an actual heart attack getting up and walking around to feel better is actually not a heart attack because walking around would actually make it feel worse
After 15 years of panic attacks and severe cardiac anxiety, last week I was laying on the floor and saying to myself “f this, just kill me already. I don’t care anymore.” Since then, I’ve managed every single attack without reaching full panic mode. That is the true cure. You must accept it.
wow! your strong, keep it up for full recovery. I'm in a couple years of anxiety and so bad I can't figure out. Hoping for recovery soon
Please anyone who is suffering from cardiophobia please i want to talk to you i really want to talk to anyone who can understand what i am going through.
Trust me it will be helpful for all of us.
@VaibhavSingh-n9q hii idk if this is what I'm goin through but I suspect I might be.

Yes it's hard to exercise when you fear you might die.
i got the same fear, what do you feel while you exercise?

After that i tried to calm down and i started doing other excrisases. After every exricise i felt bad and i have to wait time to relax. After that training i went to doctor to do noraml check on me and i told her about it, a she told me if i didnt die from a hearth attack while doing exricise, i cant die after it. I was like you. I did all the tests I even stopped working for 3 months straight.
One day I had a panic attack again and I went to the ER again but this time the blood test gave me false positive, I can’t explain my feelings at that day when I took the ambulance and went to near city ( 120 km)I thought I am dying.
When I arrived they took blood and do ECG and I was shocked that the doctor say IT IS NORMAL. At this time I feel like switch in my life I take action I STOPPED GOOGLING, I become more religion, went to gym, walking everyday and become more social person.
My advice to anyone having the same after taking all the tests and everything, if it’s normal just ignore and make good habits.
Sorry for my bad English, but I hope this will help at least one person.

OMG samee... I try to walk slowly, i avoid climbing stairs, i cant laugh hard enough and so on! All because of this
how are you now
I’ve been to the hospital twice just this week alone and Done numerous tests.
Blood tests, ECG, Having the doctors listening to my breathing and heartbeats with a stethoscope. And even an ultrasound of my heart. Every time they keep saying that my heart looks and sounds healthy except for the anxiety induced tacychardia.
Whenever i just go on walks or try to exercise i get dizzy and have chest pains and the full 9 yards.
It’s gotten so bad that i don’t even want to get out of bed in the morning. I fear doing literally anything that requires me to be up on my feet because i think that it’s gonna make my heart stop.
Sometimes it feels like my heart just stops and i get fuzzy and can’t even feel a pulse for a few seconds and my vision almost goes black and sends me into full panic mode.
I’m trying to convince myself that it’s just anxiety but it’s damn near impossible.
Anxiety is horrible and i wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I sincerely hope that everyone who struggles with it gets better.

I had no idea this was a thing. I was rushed into A&E two years ago and spent 6h there, they did all the tests and found nothing wrong and sent me home. When I go to bed my heart rate is normal, about 60-70, then I wake up between 2-3am with my heart racing at 120 like I'm about to have a heart attack and I don't know why. I often cry myself to sleep because I think my heart is failing. Recently I accepted it might be all mental and not actually physical. I haven't had junk food in three months, I work out 3x week and I'm not overweight, don't drink alcohol or smoke. I was under a lot of stress in the past 2-3 years so that could be manifesting itself, but I did recognise what was bothering me subsconsciously so I'm fixing that at the moment. I was in a denial for years, but in the end I caved and accepted it and now trying to mend things. I am still sensitive to my heart rate, if it's not 60-70 I start to panic because I think something is wrong and that just makes everything worse. This is what is helping me:
1. I eat two meals at 9am and then 1pm or just one large meal and don't eat or drink for the rest of the day unless I'm thirsty. Goes without saying I say away from eating or drinking anything processed. (that makes sure I digest my food easily and quickly throughout the day so my heart rate drops by the evening when it's most noticeable and that calms me down)
2. I workout 3x week where I sweat a lot and I do easy/light 20min cardio first thing in the morning and in the evening on days where I don't train sports! I come home and have a hot shower. (that makes my heart less noticeable, before my entire body would vibrate with the heart, now with regular exercise I don't sense it unless I really focus on it and that makes all the difference)
3.I twitch my pointer and middle fingers whenever I sense my heart beat, moving fingers makes the heat rate sensation go away for some reason but I found it helps me if it gets bad
4.I'm trying to not care whether I have a heart attack and die or not. I can't live like this in constant fear so I can't give a F anymore honestly. Whatever happens happens and that makes it a lot easier to cope. I made sure I put all my assets to my parent's name and created a document explaining in case of my death here are all my online accounts with credentials and how to delete them, banks accounts, etc. (that lifts a lot of pressure of what happens if I die)
5.vitamin D (I take it religiously every day throughout winter until it gets warm and sunny again, it makes ALL the difference!)
I'm still not completely over it but getting there.I did come to terms of what's causing all this and I think I can fix it but I need some more time. Until then the above has mostly been helpful to me, I hope someone out there will find it helpful as well.
Yes this is very helpful thank you! Just starting to come out of this as well and such a relief to hear your success story and how you cope!
@@BossyJossyMedia All the best to you, it's not fun at all. I've been living for years with this mental torture but my state improved dramatically in the last two weeks since I wrote that post. I think finding this video and learning that there are others out there suffering from the same thing ironically calmed me down a lot. Seasons are changing so that helps as well and I can't overstate what a lifesaver regular exercise is. Good luck!

I have been having heart palpitations (pounding heartbeat) for over a year now with no sign of going away.. I can stand up and tell you what my heart beat is.. I can even feel the pulse in my throat beating whenever I’m laying down but I did all the tests possible and nothing was found. I exercise same way and i have realized that nothing physical is wrong with me
I too was so intune with my body that I could feel literally everything! It will get better if you implement the teachings in the recovery playlist :)

Hey man, how is it ?? I did all tests at hospital and they found nothing wrong about my heart. I only feel 24/7 heart palpitations, and rest heartrate is around 100 + its pounding. They gave me diazepam and Propanalol but idk what should i do.
Same story here, was in hospital last week, They did all the test and said nothing is wrong... And even after that stilk the same story keep on thinking about my heart, and dont even want to be alone... Its to such extend that i felt so so weak and out of breath, as i heard people saying that is what happends if you get an H-Attack, I cant sleep at night and every time i have chest pain or a palpatation or a dizziness bhaaam full on Anxiety / Pannic attack hits me and then its way worse... I listen to anxiety prayers and that really helps me
Such a major part of anxiety. Again you nailed it!!
Thanks man!
I’m over 5 years now, it comes and goes. The thing that always brings it back is my high blood pressure , I just can’t seem to get it down when I check or go for a health. Il be doing fine with no anxiety Then I get stuck in a vicious cycle again. My bloods are always fine but bp constantly 135-140. I need to just let it go and tell myself it’s fine and just crack on , what will be will be but I can’t . Over 5 years now
Il come back to an old heart Bp anxiety video and see a comment I’ve made 4-5 years ago and it’s just depressing , like is this how long I’ve been thinking about this
I was in the same boat but something switched in me that made me stop obsessing over these numbers. Looking back I am almost sure that it was making BIG life changes for me (starting my business, getting in shape and meeting my now wife) all these things became my priority and anxiety slowly moved to the background and eventually disappeared. Hence why I preach that one will need to make life changes for oneself and not for anxiety. Try to improve yourself and become a confident person by working towards your dream life. Once you see some positive effects you will feel that wave of pride that will flush out anxiety
This is whats getting me up every night at 3-4 am. I feel so weak and worried!!! I’ve been so stressed lately and i’ve always wanted to share this with someone who experience the same.

I still struggle with this, but I’ve gotten a lot better about it. If anyone needs some help, I’ll say this:
Your heart isn’t supposed to be at resting rate all day everyday. That’s why there’s something called “training heart rate” which is literally the heart rate at which you exercise. Not to mention, when you’re walking around or just doing every day tasks. Of course it’s gonna beat faster. Doing cardio, also trains your heart, to help make it stronger!
And as for the “correct” BPM, it’s different for everyone. And remember, even A heart that beats too slow, can also be a problem.
My main things I need to remember is to watch my caffeine intake, and to breathe.
If you genuinely think you might have an undiagnosed condition, call your doctor. But definitely make sure it isn’t all in your head, at first. Overthinking, and googling, can convince you of some goofy things. I speak from experience. 😂 hope this helps.
I went thru this as well, my Cardiologist also mention people with anxiety there EKG comes out abnormal, I was like whaat!
Yess anxiety can create the craziest things!
sorry, I'm afraid of the skipped heartbeat that comes after eating, but if I scrupulously pay attention to a very healthy diet, aren't I telling my subconscious that I'm afraid? Shouldn't I eat normally like a healthy person who doesn't have heart problems? I hope in your answer.

Doctor put me on anxiety meds for 2 weeks (Urbanol), and prohibited me from consuming anything that contains caffeine. That really helped. I’m not quite sure to be honest. I do have an at home blood pressure monitor but I put it away and don’t use it.
My fear is that since I have had this constant “anxiety for no reason” now for so long then maybe my blood pressure has been bad for a long time and the damage is done. That’s just catastrophic thinking.
Instead of trying to take my blood pressure until I see a number I like, I am instead trying to accept my anxiety and focus on lowering stress and continue with healthy lifestyle changes (eating more potassium, more cardio, meditation etc).

Something I’m struggling with right now I have so much tension on my chest a throat it makes me feel like I can hardly breathe it scares me I been to the doctor already for anxiety a couple months ago I have to stop the cycle myself but not trying to control let it be there till it’s gone. My symptoms constantly change but I’m finally making a change by not getting reassurance and going to the gym
Was it from anxiety

Chest and back pain on waking up in the morning. The pain is exactly the same as the pain felt during the first exercise. My ECG, echo, chest x-ray All reports are normal. What causes it? I am from India
I bro same here. Mera bhi same case hai abhi bhi bhot anxiety ho rhi hai lag rha hai kuch hojaega bro. Mera bhi sab normal hai. But BP zyada ata hai doctor ke pass bass.
During panic attacks, my heart rate can go to 130- 170 beats per minute. It can stay that way for an hour or more. This triggers off a huge anxiety, wondering if that length of time could kill me. Any facts to reassure my mind during attacks?
Yes. I thought I was having a heart attack. Even went to the ER. ECG said my heart was fine. Doctor put me on anxiety meds for 2 weeks (Urbanol), and prohibited me from consuming anything that contains caffeine. That really helped. Didn't experience it again for almost 14 months until a day ago....I can pin-point it to stress, high caffeine, intake, wine, not getting enough sleep and fast food - which elevated my heartburn and caused the onset of my panic attack again.
I'm at the 5 year mark myself😢
You are literally Me 😂
It will get better - never give up!
Please anyone who is suffering from cardiophobia please i want to talk to you i really want to talk to anyone who can understand what i am going through.

I masaged my heart area and got a freaky surge of something. Was it blood pressure or adrenaline. Anyone know the difference?
Me for 9 years
I also experience shortness of breath almost a month but i my ecg and x-ray results is normal then the cardiologist told me that my experience is anxiety disorder he told me to go into psychiatrist:(
Had a ST elevation on my EKG couldnt drop it. Took a new one, 3 doctors confirmed it was fine and that the ST elevation couldve been a cable sitting wrong or too little water. Ofc I googled my meds escitralopram and it said they can do it but you know how meds are. Kind of getting over it now but holy moly was rough time xD

@@NdubuisiIkah i feel you, thats probably because you went trogh very emotional period. I was finishing my high school and i was preparing for university exam, and i went teough very emotional period in my life when i got my first panic attack. My advice is just psycho therapy. Im suffering this problem for month now, and i went to my first therapy just last week and i feel much better. Everything i told her was just a long story what happend and what was happening with me in last few months, and that relese that i can talk my problems and someone would listen to me helped me a lot. So thats my advice, also start training i started doing excrisises and i feel much stronger and helthyer then before. My only problem is sleepeng because my panicks attacks was happening mostly in my bed over night, so thats the only problem i suffering right now but, that feeling about hearth is almost completly vanished.

Why is it only RUclips content creators are cured from anxiety but not the once that are watching them. Seems weird
If you were cured you would probably not be watching this - if i were still amxious, I would probably not be making videos
95% of people who fully recover forget the have anxiety and show it 0 interest about making videos so thank this man for taking his time to help us cause once I’m fully recovered I won’t be on here
@@christianmonzonnuno9396 let me know when you fully recover from watching this videos.
Do you have any addiction before? Such as p0rn Alcohol etc...
Looking back I would say that alcohol played a big part in my life. Ioved going out and to binge drink at least 3 times a week
Guys believe in God specifically Jesus, read the bible and believe that he will get you out of this rut that you are in, because he did for me.
