I'm so excited to share the speed process video. @youarenotalonemurals on Instagram is doing an amazing thing in order to support those struggling with mental health issues this month in their own creative way. Not only are they encouraging artists to write it on walls everywhere, but also share digital pieces of the phrase "you are not alone."
