Gozney Arc XL Unboxing and First pizza cook

The Gozney Arc XL the newest ovens in the gozney oven line up. It’s got the new flame design that runs from the left side and arcs to the right. It’s got a thicker stone than the competitors. Larger cooking surface so you can make up to 16 inch pizzas. Big temperature gauge with a bright display that you can switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
The oven heats up nicely and gets really hot.
Overall the oven works perfectly, I’m excited for the big cooking surface to see how big of a pizza I can make in it. The only thing I didn’t really care about is the gauge, all though it’s big and bright it’s not consistent and reads lower when using a temperature reader. Cooking a pizza in the oven was nice, you don’t really have to spin it that much due to the flame but you do have to watch it closely that it’s not burning.

The music really interferes with you talking mate, the compression/volume needs adjustment. I don't think you need cheesy music all the way through but then again, this is a pizza channel haha. End product looked good though!

Nice review John, agree on comments on music, your expertise are enough. What’s the difference in technique vs the Dome, is it a copy paste approach to cooking with gas flame or is it not quite as good?

Not quite as professional as the DOME, IMO, but nice for backyard get togethers. Looks pretty lightweight too..
