I’ve lived alone for 8 years and honestly it’s the best feeling ever. The only time I’m lonely is when I’m around large groups of people. I’m happy with my 3 solid dawgs whenever I need to socialize. I prefer to eat alone and travel the world solo. Most won’t understand but Phil you’re inspiring a lot of people. Keep pushing forward champ 💪🏽

I’m 35 years old and have been living in Boca Raton Florida alone and single for many years. Just purchased my dream home down here and I’ve been loving every square foot of it by myself. Tried the relationship thing a long time ago and just couldn’t do it. I quickly realized those relationships are literally toxic. There’s nothing better and more peaceful than living alone by yourself I swear on everything. More people need to try it. They may end up loving it. Even the people that thought they could never live without a companion should try it.

I think there is pluses and minuses in either life approach. I lived with a partner for 11 years and have lived alone for 11 years. I learned a lot about myself in both instances.
I lean towards the preference of living alone but I would not say that is the best way to live for all people.

I live alone in Florida and I absolutely love it. You not only learn about yourself on a whole different level but with the mental space and clarity that comes with living alone you learn a lot about those that are in your life as well. You have space and time to think things through, reflect on things that were said and done. 😊
I started living alone for the first time this year in January at 28 years old and honestly my mental health is in a much better space. I used to be overstimulated all the time. Now my brain and senses have time to breathe!

When you live alone you don't have the responsibilities as if someone else was there to babysit,guide or to look after meaning everything that you do will be left in the same place that you first placed it because you're alone and I vent all the time by myself to clear my mind and it's nothing like it I love it and it takes a lot of self-control self-discipline and self-preservance#good job & keep up the good work! ✔️💯

After observing your routine, TWICE, I decided to subscribe especially when worshipping God is a part of that routine, I admire your choice of foods you eat too, I used to drink bottled water until I discovered how hard plastic is on the body so I bought a "Berkey," a water filter, and I have no more issues with my water for drinking, cooking , or washing my food, it's amazing, I loved how you used the lime on your body too, it's an old school remedy but it works......May God continue to guide your footsteps and protect you as only him can....❤️

That’s crazy how all the plantbased things I buy from toothpaste, fruits/veggies and grains is what you buy. From the same stores too 😅 BIG UPS to you in your journey. I’m 5+ years strong and wanting to get back into raw foods. I’m my best when I eat minimal cooked foods and mostly living foods. It’s genetically healing for my blood type and lineage🫀🌞🥬💐💎 had to follow you on here and my IG foodie page just now.
p.s. ~ A Word of advice… instead of throwing out your produce that goes bad, start a small compost bucket and add cardboard to fertilize and enrich the soil around you OR donate compost to your local community garden. That’s what I do in my Tampa home ✨♾️ Stay well Phil

I don’t live alone but I’ve been so focused on having more alone time and minimizing my distractions. What stuck out to me in your video was the amount of quiet time you have without music, social media, phone texting or conversations. It honestly gave me a sense of peace. One of my goals for the new year is to reclaim my time. Thank you for this video.
Were those avocados? If so you can put them in a large mason jar in some spring water and keep it in the fridge it will help them last up to 2 weeks. I had 10 avocados and was able to eat all without them going bad.

FLUSH IT! I live alone, too, my spouse passed away; my kids are grown and gone. You seem to be extremely disciplined...unfortunately, me...not so much. But there's one thing I do and have been doing for years; the waste from my foods...I flush down the commode. Therefore, they don't linger in the trash long enough to produce a negative order and I have much less trash to deal with. For me, it's a win, win. May God bless you in your endeavors.
I loved living alone! You can think, learn from mistakes and just vibe. I am much older now and I am married with kids . The house is busy busy and I do love it because I am in a different stage. But the time when you are young and living alone, cherish it because it really is a moment of self

I live alone at 20. And I also live a natural vegan lifestyle. Make sure to wash your produce with apple cider vinegar or baking soda and I get water from a natural spring and stay away from plastics. Although some plastics are okay you need to see the recycle number in the triangle 🔺 on the bottom (usually) if the item. That bottle is type 1. Very common to leach into food and liquid.

I do live alone, end unit row house I grew up in in Washington, DC and had a total remodel. I'm very discipline, keep a very clean house even my SUV, exercise daily and am in better shape and healthier than most 20 year old's. I have a certain eating regimen and slim/athletic fit at 5'9", not tall like Phil. LOL! But living alone is such a blessing; just me, no negative people, no one judging and peace and quiet. I praise my blessings every day. But, I do get lonely sometimes (people come into your life for a reason or just a season as they say, but would never trade my peace and quiet for anything else. I feel so so blessed. 🙏🏽
