i kept failing this mission then i realized i didnt have my summon out lol

I can not for the life of me complete this quest!! :(

I keep failing cause all of the damn yellowjackets die by the time the first boss dies. And I start dpsing tje second boss. Forget about getting to masked mage.
Edit: got it. Seems a key character kept dying. So I healed them periodically. And beat the quest.
