Why can’t all instruction videos be this perfect?! I’m struggling trying to learn how to operate my new CM17 and I am very disappointed in the lack of training and support Janome offers. Yes, there are dozens of videos but try to figure out which source has the one you need and where to find it. Even the instruction manuals (one for sewing and one for embroidery) are ridiculously lacking a Table of Contents or even an Index. Every question I have had for my dealer is answered by “Well, I haven’t done that yet, I’ll try to work through it and get back to you.” But now I can couch and hopefully this amazing instructor has additional videos. Maybe one day I’ll be able to use my machine wirelessly - $17,000 and I’m still using a thumb drive because nobody can tell me how to or point me to a source that shows how to do it properly.
This is a wonderful process. Thank you! I just purchased a used Janome L392 yesterday. I don't have a manual so I'm RUclips learning my machine 😅 I LOVE IT! It was used very little as a second machine. QUESTION: Would this Couching Foot work on my machine?
Thank you for your comment! The L392 machine is not a high-shank machine - the foot shown is only for high shank machines. More information can be found on our website in the US at www.janome.com/accessories/sewing-machine-feet/free-motion-couching-foot/.
