I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video. I bought a lot of presser feet from Amazon years ago when I first bought my Brother sewing machine. I had a lot of fun testing most of them, but because of health issues haven't used many in the past couple of years. Neighbor just bought a new Brother machine and I drew a blank when she asked what things are possible with different feet. You are an amazing teacher. I have a 32 feet set andi cant thank you enough. I am using your videos like i am attending class! Taking notes and everything. You have no idea how much this helps
Wow! Great job👍👍. I just bought a 42 presser foot set from Amazon and was wondering how to use each of them. This video has shown me the different ways to use each foot. Thanks a lot.
@@QueenBee1755 Your camera work was brilliant, absolutely no need to change unless it makes it easier for you, because it couldn't have been better than what you filmed!
Thank you for showing how to use the rolled hem foot. I wish this had been available when I was in high school lol. I never could get that one to work back then. I wound up hemming my gunnysack dress with about 4 yards of hem by hand and I used a handkerchief hem on I. Took me a week to get it done.

Thank you! I had gotten a smaller set of feet, but it still contained many I'd never used/seen before. This was very helpful and I'm eager to try them out now that I know what they can do!
I have learned so much about sewing by viewing this video and you seem to be very professional with your machine and I am watching because I am considering buying a new sewing machine and want to use it to complete projects I am thinking of starting, especially after this pandemic.
I just bought a new sewing machine and a set of these feet. It's the brother ps200t probably the most versatile and pretty reasonably priced machine that I could find it's manual not computerized.
I have been doing upholstery as well but been too busy getting them completed to film them. I am hoping to start making those videos soon. The "roller thing"? If you mean the one with a roller in the front of it, the kit calls it a quilting foot. I thought it did well on smushy fabrics, like fleece, but I don't really use that one very much. If you check the time stamps in the video with the description below it, I listed the names of each of the feet. Thanks for watching!
@@QueenBee1755 Thanks for your response. The video is a very helpful resource. I bought a walking foot attachment too which appears 'a must' for multiple layers of vinyl. Very clear demonstration of each foot and excellent instructions. I like the fact that Queen Bee shows us that she sometimes makes small mistakes too 🧵🪡✂️👍🏻😂
Thanks for the quick reply. I have tested the rolled hem feet without a problem but not the zipper feet. As I have already purchased the set found your videos very helpful in ascertaining which feet will work and which ones to avoid...... I noted that you were using a brother but also mentioned having a janome so it was interesting to hear how you went with your testing on both machines. Does the darning and knit feet work or do they have problems too? When using the pintucking foot what top tension should I set the machine at. Don't like playing with the bobbin tension as I end up intriguing me. I do have all the basics that come with the machine but all these new ones are mind boggling. I do appreciate all the time and effort it takes in making these videos so a big thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent with other sewers
The darning foot seems to work fine on my Janome; however the needle does want to hit the back of the knit foot. (I'll post a pic of what is going on in my community page.) The tension on the pintucking will depend on your fabric. I would suggest tightening the top tension a little at a time until you achieve the look you want. The bobbin tension can be a little tricky at times so leaving it alone if at all possible is best. And thank you for watching!!

I appreciate your comments! I will be working on more sewing videos. I was going to start another one today but I've been prepping for the hurricane coming this way. Please do make suggestions and comments as I use them to know what I will do next.
Thank you for asking. We were originally suppose to get 15-20 inches so we had a lot of prepping to do in case of flooding and extended power outages. I don't think we would have flooded but roads all around us would have prevented us from going anywhere, even the store. The storm shifted and is going around us now. May only get 2 inches. So I am very thankful we were spared. My prayers go out to all those who were not. I try to keep everyone updated on my channel discussion page, which is even hard for me to find sometimes! So here is the link. ruclips.net/channel/UCyZm1QEkac_E70A7oM9Sh7wdiscussion?disable_polymer=1
I have more videos I want to make but finding the time is difficult. I'm fixing up an old camper at the moment (the wood working part) so I was also thinking about filming some when I get to the sewing parts. I'll be making all new cushions, curtains, etc.
My son got me this same set of pressure feet for Christmas. I was begging to get them since I am trying to get more into sewing. I got on here to look up each foot to see what they do. The fact that it is the same set saves me so much time looking them up. You don't even know how much these videos are helping. I don't feel near as clueless now. Thanks so much!
My goal is to help others so hearing that is very nice! My life is very hectic so I can't make videos as often as I like, but I try. If you have any specific requests please feel free to leave it. 😁
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I bought a set of these feet for 2 particular feet that I needed, and couldn't find anywhere else. Most of them I had NO idea how to use, let alone what they were for. Your videos are terrific! Now I'm going to go through all the feet and do a practice piece on each one (and make a little book with the names) Thanks again!!!
I must say That was a excellent demonstration I'm hoping that you do many more Thank you because you were very helpful I have a set of 32Different foot that I don't know how to use.
Thank you! I do have plans to make more and I've already started another one, but this year has been super busy so I haven't had time to work on them. I do try to post links of each of my videos in the description area below each video (I know a lot of people, including myself, easily overlook that section.) Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!
Thanks for watching! If you scroll down in the description section of each video, there are links to my other videos but here is the one to DEMO 2: ruclips.net/video/AOlPLap_m3A/видео.html
I already bought two sets of these feet, UT I can not find a manual that tells what each foot is, and to what setting I should have my brother machine set on, any ideas?
Every machine has it's own personality, even within same brand. So testing the settings on scrap fabric before doing a project is always advisable. Here is a link to the manual that came with mine. I hope it helps. Thank you for watching! ruclips.net/video/d0iGGXkBabo/видео.html
They can be touchy for sure. Some days mine would got through very well. Other days, it was a constant battle and babying it through. I feel like air pressure and moisture effects it (most likely not, but when you get aggravated about it working yesterday and not today, that's the way it can feel!) I usually use a piece of scrap, of the same fabric, to practice on first, so I can fine tune all the adjustments needed. I hope it goes more smoothly for you!
This is NOT the set I bought but seems similar ( amzn.to/3c9jeSo ). The set I bought isn't available atm. Also, if you look down in the description area of this video ( ruclips.net/video/opdqk_IrRtQ/видео.html ), I shared several links for different items. These sets are considered 'universal' meaning they SHOULD fit most machine but not guaranteed to. Here is a link to the manual for the set I bought ( ruclips.net/video/d0iGGXkBabo/видео.html ). I have a Brother and a Janome. All the feet fit my Brother but only some fit my Janome. I do not have a Singer so I can't comment of those.
Good tutorials but could you please tell me if these feet can be used on a Janome DC2050 successfully and how do you know when and how to adjust machine settings
The Janome I have is listed in this video: ruclips.net/video/opdqk_IrRtQ/видео.html Many of the feet do work with it, but some don't. Any foot that has a tiny needle hole opening either didn't work or is tricking and you have to baby it, because the needle placement on the Janome is slightly more forward than on the Brother.
I know the needle hits the edge of the zipper feet (reg and invisible), the cording feet, and the rolled hem feet. If the Janome is your only machine and you need any of these, I wouldn't recommend getting this set.
That stinks, I'm sorry. What kind of machine do you have? They are 'universal' but some don't fit my Janome either. If they don't work, you should be able to return them.
Absolutely!! As I say a lot, always use a scrap of the same fabric to run tests on first, so you can make adjustments and get it just the way you like before starting on the project. I did a longer stitch so 1. you could see what it would look like, the direction of the stitch and 2. many of the jobs I've used that stitch on was to purposely see the stitch. Many times I would make it wider than that and with a contrasting thread to give a faux hand stitched effect.
There are a few feet you can use for top stitching. Check out this video and look down in the description for time stamps to jump to different feet. ruclips.net/video/-1tW_KzNcOc/видео.html Embroidery foot, applique foot, and satin stitch foot should all work depending on what you need to do. Even the large opening foot would work, but not one I'd prefer for some projects, as it would allow fabric to be pulled in and pucker. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
There are a few ways to do that. This set comes with an adjustable bias foot. When set correctly, it does both sides at once, which means thread will show on both side. When putting on 1 side first, like you are, the thread is hidden on 1 side but seen on the other. Using pins or clamps, fold over the edging to go slightly past the stitch line of first side. Then use the 'stitch in the ditch' on the first side. This will give a 'finished' look on 1 side while seeing the stitching on the other. Using a matching color or clear thread helps it blend in. Or using a contrasting color with a decorative stitch can highlight the edge.
I have a super busy schedule and had not worked on the next since it didn't seem like it was being watched. I will start working on the next one this week. People's comments help me know what to work on next so thank you for commenting!
I usually use Guttermann thread but have successfully ran even 'off brands' through my machine. Here is the video to the tools I use: ruclips.net/video/opdqk_IrRtQ/видео.html Thanks for watching!
Since I don't have that machine I can't say for sure, but here is a link to the manual. Time stamp 1:20 for the following link shows measuring for shank. ruclips.net/video/d0iGGXkBabo/видео.html

Wow, hope you were safe and your home was spared. Please let us know how you made out.

Love them, can you teach us more with all of the feet. I own them so I would love to watch more
I have more videos I want to make but finding the time is difficult.
Nice demo thank you
Was a big help in improving my sewing by machine and will be a major time savor.
I must say That was a excellent demonstration I'm hoping that you do many more Thank you because you were very helpful I have a set of 32Different foot that I don't know how to use.
Thank you! I do have plans to make more and I've already started another one, but this year has been super busy so I haven't had time to work on them. I do try to post links of each of my videos in the description area below each video (I know a lot of people, including myself, easily overlook that section.)
Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!
Məndə coox teşşekkür edirəm xanıma belə vidyoya qörə. Büqün məndə aldım qutunun icində her növ ceşidli alt dabanlarını məndə axtarırdım .❤😘
It’s really helpful. How can I watch Demo2
Thanks for watching! If you scroll down in the description section of each video, there are links to my other videos but here is the one to DEMO 2: ruclips.net/video/AOlPLap_m3A/видео.html
Would the roller foot work well with Minky fabric? Fleece fabric? Great tutorial.
Thank you! It did work well on my fleece but don't race machine on it. ☺
Excellent presentation
Thank you!
Multifunctional kit can be used for all kind of machine
Thank you so much for doing these videos so helpful❤❤❤❤
Excellent!!!!!! Thanks a lot 😉

Amazing and thorough. Thank you so much 😊
i am having so much trouble getting the fabric to go through the hemmer foot i had 2 of them and the other one i have is the 1/8 round hemmer foot
Where can I get these pressure foots collections from? I need to know and soon! Thanks E. Benison
On a basics singer sewing machine? Or naw?
The Janome I have is listed in this video: ruclips.net/video/opdqk_IrRtQ/видео.html
Many of the feet do work with it, but some don't. Any foot that has a tiny needle hole opening either didn't work or is tricking and you have to baby it, because the needle placement on the Janome is slightly more forward than on the Brother.
Thanks for the quick reply. Any helpful advice on which feet out of the 52 universal set are NOT suitable for the Janome machines.
I know the needle hits the edge of the zipper feet (reg and invisible), the cording feet, and the rolled hem feet. If the Janome is your only machine and you need any of these, I wouldn't recommend getting this set.
This was very helpful! Thank you.
Thank you this video is very helpful!
Can use with singer 6800c .Thanks
I don't have that machine to know but here is a link to the manual: ruclips.net/video/d0iGGXkBabo/видео.html
I just got this set in today and was so happy to find your videos on it to help me out! Thank you so much for doing these!
Please may I know whether it's used for all types of sewing machines?
Great visual material... Pleaae lwt me know where can i buy the foot pressers
Thank you. I got from amazon and someone else said wish.
Awesome. Thanks for answering fast to my comment. This is my new hobby 2020
I cant get my new feet to connect to any of my sewing machine adaptor..so disapointed
That stinks, I'm sorry. What kind of machine do you have? They are 'universal' but some don't fit my Janome either. If they don't work, you should be able to return them.
I have now included a link for this item in the description.
Could the width of the blind stitch be shorter so that it doesn’t show as much on the right side?
Absolutely!! As I say a lot, always use a scrap of the same fabric to run tests on first, so you can make adjustments and get it just the way you like before starting on the project.
I did a longer stitch so
1. you could see what it would look like, the direction of the stitch
and
2. many of the jobs I've used that stitch on was to purposely see the stitch. Many times I would make it wider than that and with a contrasting thread to give a faux hand stitched effect.
Can you please tell me which foot is the Top Stitching Foot. I have looked thru my feet and can't find it. Thank You for your help
There are a few feet you can use for top stitching. Check out this video and look down in the description for time stamps to jump to different feet.

Embroidery foot, applique foot, and satin stitch foot should all work depending on what you need to do.
Even the large opening foot would work, but not one I'd prefer for some projects, as it would allow fabric to be pulled in and pucker.
Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
@@QueenBee1755 I am machine sewing on a binding on a quilt. I have already attached the back and want to do the front.
Can these feet that come in the sets of feet work on a brother machine
All I can tell you is that they are sold as 'universal' and they all work on my Brother PC420 machine which I use in my sewing videos.
Love your videos. When do you think you will have the next parts ready?
I have a super busy schedule and had not worked on the next since it didn't seem like it was being watched. I will start working on the next one this week. People's comments help me know what to work on next so thank you for commenting!
Which brand thread we use for singer sewing machine
I usually use Guttermann thread but have successfully ran even 'off brands' through my machine. Here is the video to the tools I use: ruclips.net/video/opdqk_IrRtQ/видео.html
Thanks for watching!
Would the foots fit on a simple singer 2263
Since I don't have that machine I can't say for sure, but here is a link to the manual. Time stamp 1:20 for the following link shows measuring for shank. ruclips.net/video/d0iGGXkBabo/видео.html
hello, merci beaucoup une video intéressante que je partage avec plaisir :) hello, thank you very much an interesting video that I share with pleasure :)
