Sometimes you just need a general explanation of a class and how it works. This is a great starting point for someone like me that’s completely new to healing.
Thanks, this was helpful for me. You kept things simple and spoke in a manner that made it easy to follow. It's not always easy taking that first step and understanding the class basics. In this video I didn't get overwhelmed and the pacing was nice and calm.

I've been away for like... a year. Coming back has been a roller-coaster of emotions as I've come to the conclusion I no longer like my SCH/SMN so I've gone back to my other mains of WHM/BLM thank you for this video it was nice and refreshing!

I’m lvl 78 on my white mage and it says “cannot use yet” when I try to use the afflatus moves. I’m not sure what I need to do to unlock them. However, this gave me some good insight on what they do. Thank you for that!
Sadly, yes. Any old healer can keep a party alive (hopefully) but what separates a good healer from an okay one is their ability to DPS while keeping the party alive.
Sounds like you still only own the starter edition. Just purchase Shadowbringers on the Square Enix store and you'll be able to continue all the way to the level 80 content.

Is it bad that I wanna heal more than dps???? I played this game for years and just started healing. It’s like the game just wants you to dps.
