Great video. I have both a Synology and a QNAP but run my VM's on the QNAP. The Synology is a bit more clear for the installation process especially the Virtio although your guiding hand made it just that much easier.
If you've enabled remote desktop in Windows and you can't connect to it from a computer on the same network then it is either a firewall rule on your NAS or on the Windows VM. If you are trying to connect remotely to the Windows VM through remote desktop then it would definitely be a router setup. Hope that helps? Good luck in getting things working.

If you setup remote desktop to the Windows 11 VM your client should be able to support audio.

Good question. I haven't tried myself, but from what I'm finding in forums nested VMs with Synology VMM isn't possible.
