I’ve had my license for 2 years, only ever lived in rural country, no stop lights anywhere near me. Now I’m moving for college in a big city. I have no idea how light work 😂. I’m glad I found this video.
I am 13 years old, my mom said she didn't want to get McDonald's so I decided i was gonna drice myself, this video really helped me with driving and i was able to get my McDonald's for free without paying.
I am 18 years old, and I have always been scared of driving. I hope I can learn better driving skills from this lesson . This lesson has helped me learn a lot about driving. Thanks

In California, the default rule for parking lots is that the driver who is in the flow of traffic has the right of way. This means the driver traveling in the main lane has the right of way over individuals pulling out of parking spaces or feeder lanes. Feeder lanes have the right of way over vehicles backing out of a parking spot. Thank you for doing these videos. Now if we could get more people to watch them in Oxnard :)

you can't change lanes when there is a SOLID yellow/white line, you can change lanes when there is a yellow/white BROKEN line, however you must be really careful with the yellow broken line because there is going to be cars coming from the opposite direction so if you want to change lanes in a YELLOW BROKEN line make sure there isn't any cars coming from the opposite direction, you can safely change in lanes in the white solid line.. hope this helps:)
I got my license thanks to these videos!!! The only thing that helped me was literally reminding myself I got this before I lost all confidence. YOU GOT THIS!!! As well as talking to the instructor (even if they don’t talk back) about why I made certain mistakes (WHEN )I did them showing you understand your mistake’s without being told gives you much more leeway. Ex : “my bad for the hard stop I nearly ran the light I’ll slow down next time 😅 “ is better than just jerking the poor instructor with no clue why you did it.

lol 21 year old whose barely taking their test in a few weeks haha. dont worry. they do that to me too. but i live in new mexico and they all drive high and crash. do not let them peer pressure you into driving reckless. ❤

Can you try to do a video on judging the gap like turning left onto a busy two lane road and turning left across four lanes of traffic without any traffic signal just a stop sign plz that would really be helpful for me
i’m 16 and still don’t have my license nor permit and feel embarrassed cause it feels like everyone my age knows how to drive already and i’m still terrified and struggle to grasp the basic stuff. i really really hope these videos will help me 💀

Hey friend, I’m 19. Just got mine last week. Don’t rush yourself !! It’s important to practice of course, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Anxiety can make it more difficult to drive.
Love this video, I'm doing Lyft and found it helpful. Now the reason it really struck me is cause I moved to Tampa from Miami and I can tell the video is in Kendall were I grew up. Thanks for that.
The scene interests me that once the light turns yellow, & approaching the white solid line for left turning traffic, is that right timing for slowing the vehicle to a stop.
I like the video however I don’t agree with slowing down if light turns yellow in an intersection. I make sure it’s safe to go but then I hurry and drive through before the other cars with green light begin entering the intersection.
I crossed a red light today. I am super worried and nervous. It was yellow and when i was close to intersection it went red and i could see it before entering the intersection. I was like should i stopped or what. I was thinking if I stopped suddenly then I would get a jolt/lurch so I speed up and cross the red light. It's my first time and I am a beginner as well.
It’s okay. If the light turns yellow and you wouldn’t be able to stop in time in a safe spot, you are okay to proceed. The cars that would be able to go during the red light wouldn’t start driving fast enough to hit you because you’d already be past. And driving through to the yellow light and you’re to far, it’s called the point of no return. So I think you’re okay.
That same thing happen to me yesterday.. the light was yellow while I was in the intersection but it turn red before the cars were clear so one car jus speed pass while I was still in the intersection
When yellow slow down, get ready to stop. Never try and beat that light, it's yellow on the other side also so this means with out knowledge everyone is trying to beat the lights for personal reason.
How do I know if at a traffic light, if I’m turning left, how do I know if when I should go is a green light or a left turn green light is there a sign or something?

I am confused about that left turn light @ 6:34. Is it supposed to be orange or yellow? are you supposed to stop then?
U can go slowly and careful if it’s red then u can’t
