No it’s a reference to RDR1. Before Dutch falls off a cliff and dies, he says “you can’t fight gravity”. That’s what Arthur says before him and Dutch jump.
The “Sasquatch” in the cave actually seems reminiscent of the scene in the Tim Burton’s movie Big Fish where a giant named Carl lives in a cave. When confronted about why the giant has been terrorizing the town he indicates he is just so lonely.
Not gonna lie, I would love to see a Back to The Future/Aliens and cowboys style DLC.. That epsilon birthmark guy could come back through a portal all injured and messy, he has inadvertently opening portals that those GTA V Aliens come through cause of his time travelling escapades. Then it becomes Johns mission to shut it all down.
It's a shame we didn't get to see him leave. Only see his baby self at the end of the quest. I managed to meet him after finding a few of the carvings. The Dialogue and scene changes a bit.
Idk if you've put it in the video. The part where Arthur and Dutch jump off into the water to get away from the Army, the speech Dutch gives is almost the same one he gives before he kills himself in the first one.
When I played this game I didn't do very much of the side quests, I just stuck to the main story and just by that I thought it was an amazing game. Now, knowing all the details I missed it'ts asolutly insane to me how high the level of detail is in this game
I've got to try that ghost train one. A note about Landon Ricketts, you'll sometimes hear John talk about him at the campfire, which is kind of an easter egg in terms of John's idolization of him in RDR.
If you set a camp near from meteor cabin two men with jumpers going to visit you saying im gonna warm my hands while the other pointing you with a double barrel shotgun saying this is a dangerous lands next time i will kill you, then they go away. Thats very creepy.
Yeah anywhere in those mountains where the hillbillies are, if you camp again later in that area after that they'll just instantly attack you and say they warned you
Also i had another incident where a dirty old woman came up to me as i was at my camp and said she was cold and if she could warm up by my fire, i declined and she ran off saying she'll have payback
Is it just me or on braithwae house mission , when you first walk in the house to search it, doesn’t the servant, gun slinging, and the house layout seem like a reference to Django unchained ?
The amount of hours you could put into this game and still not even complete everything like the rock carvings, and all of that style of unlockables is unbelievable. They have put so much into this game it feels alive.
But the scientists machine is a monster or at least aggressive since spoilers... His creation ends up killing him if you return to his lab later you can also get an electric lamp from him which i think has a brighter light
Somewhere in the wilderness I can’t recall where I found a cabin full of skeletons and eerie green lighting that was clearly an eldritch cult. Was a really cool and creepy find right on Halloween too
The shack UFO Easter egg is also an Easter egg of the Heaven’s Gate Cult where everyone killed themselves on bunk beds with the same Nike shoes, and if you look closely they all have the same shoes or there’s all the same shoes there. Edit: the girl near the lake is actually a Mexican folktale about how when the woman marries a man but he ignores her and focuses more on the children so she drowned them in the lake and people say that you can hear her cries near the lake.
I heard someone say Gav is the guy dressed as a salior in the basement of the gunsmith in Rhodes. You'll have to check on the side of the building and talk to a guy in the celler window to make you able to rob the gunsmith and force him to show you what's in the basement of the shop. I still don't know how to tell the guy who's looking for him but somebody probably has those answers.

I never got to see kkk set themselves on fire. I tested my first dynamite right there, only one survived the blast. He got some bullets instead. My honor actually increased after throwing that dynamite.
@@k0alazz572 ill live without the honor, just some fine folk eliminating tha dirt of the times

I always save them , then we all go to the swap and massacre the night folk and everyone else in that area. Your honor goes down a little , but it sure is worth it to make the world a better place.
Thought when dutch and morgan jumped off cliff while talking to army. It was more like butch and the sundance kid
Yes. 100%. There were so many Word for Word and scene for scene reenactments from that movie and I'm bummed that this video missed them
No it’s a reference to RDR1. Before Dutch falls off a cliff and dies, he says “you can’t fight gravity”. That’s what Arthur says before him and Dutch jump.
Saw this 2 years ago now on my recommended again
The “Sasquatch” in the cave actually seems reminiscent of the scene in the Tim Burton’s movie Big Fish where a giant named Carl lives in a cave. When confronted about why the giant has been terrorizing the town he indicates he is just so lonely.
Its really late, been like 4 years but I gotta say I LOVE that movie except that the giant ate this one girls dog. Sheesh I like dogs
Random Stranger event, the juggalo guys from GTA V are being chased by nightfolk lol
It's a shame we didn't get to see him leave. Only see his baby self at the end of the quest. I managed to meet him after finding a few of the carvings. The Dialogue and scene changes a bit.
I laughed so hard as Arthur just lunged at the vampire, i bet he wasnt expecting that

Idk if you've put it in the video. The part where Arthur and Dutch jump off into the water to get away from the Army, the speech Dutch gives is almost the same one he gives before he kills himself in the first one.

There is one more when Arthur mentions about Trelawny being everywhere as ‘over 100 Trelawnys’..this is reference to the movie Prestige.
They do this if you are camping around anywhere in east.

But the scientists machine is a monster or at least aggressive since spoilers...
His creation ends up killing him if you return to his lab later you can also get an electric lamp from him which i think has a brighter light
Dutch has so much plans even he’s planned I swear to god
La Llorona!
Every detail and insight of RDR2 is incrediably interesting and facinating.
Cool video bro! but uhm... did anybody find Gav already?.... hes still missing!
DjordyH that’s still a mystery I believe, some people say it’s multiple personalities disorder possibly and Gavin is just himself
It's Gav and Dan from slomo.
Frank Spencer but the dudes name who’s searching is Nigel
I’ve seen Gavin’s friend in every town
I've had to pull myself away from it so I don't get burnt out as before that I was playing Odyssey and getting my platinum. I've played both games to death. The last couple of months I have lost weight, grown a beard and lost all touch with the outside world!
The braithwait is talked about in one of the course of true love missions it’s Penelope Braithwaits cousin I think
There's an albino station clerk at Van Horn
Did anyone else find the mountain people telling you not camp there anymore ? I got that when i made camp by the first trapper
Roland Delancy that’s just a random encounter in that large area. There’s an old dirty woman one too.
Same area to in the woods ya it’s anywhere in the east mountains usually when you camp
it's a gang from Bearclaw Cave. They are in the story.

Your "girl friend" is a reference to man bear pig from South park. South park had an episode about red dead 2 so they paid homage

That is spot on! It's the famous Lovers Bathtub scene with Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore.
The bear that got away in the bounty hunting mission is actually the bear that you fight in red dead 1 when jack thinks he can kill it himself

Anyone else think that Charles is the Great Great Grandfather of Lamar from GTA 5? Lamar talks about being Part Native American
Good theory!
YES!! Charles is easily my favorite NPC
Maybe. But Charles seems very calm and intelligent and Lamar is.. the exact opposite.
Maybe he could be Frankins great great grandfather, they act more alike???
There is a dialogue about scalping and tomahawk in gta 5
Lamar claims to be Apache which comes from further south than Charles
There is a mission in wich Arthur opens some barn doors and you go straight into deadeye. The scene is almost like the one in Johns death in RDR 1. Cant remember the mission tho xS anyone here knows????

I'm really looking forward to actually be able to explore the New Austin area.. this game is truly legendary.. GOTY contender for sure!
If you go down to Plainview. It references the movie There Will Be Blood. The first oil camp they have in the beginning of the movie. And then in Red Dead 1, If you go there. The camp is way bigger like it is later in the movie.
