Why does the pink/purple bars not line up equally when they are both set at 0? My right bar is higher. We troubleshot with Oticon this week and we were unable to figure out why the right bar was visually higher even though sound was set the same. We disconnected HA’s, deleted the app, audiologist reviewed their settings, etc. Any suggestions?
This happened to me when my HCP applied the feedback management on Genie2, it made my right hearing aid only have 2 more steps, but my left still had 5 more steps.
