adding leave in conditioner to my routine has been a game changer for me
How long do you leave it in ?
@@user-yk5hc5bk7p forever, you are not supposed to wash it off
@@middleofdecember9862 Just curious, do you have a dry, balanced, or oily scalp?
@@jasonwolf7278 i guess balanced, i dont apply the leave-in to my roots though
@@middleofdecember9862 😂
Great advise again. And yes on that wooden brush / comb. Bought it & love it. ❤️🇨🇦
Thanks for the tips! I’m growing my hair out right now! It’s been about a year since I started, it’s about 7 inches now!
I recently bought silk pillow cases, the microfiber turban, and bamboo comb set and when I want my hair up at night I have a silk night cap. I have been waking up with my hair super soft.
Hey Trav, love your videos. Always something to learn.
Any chance you can make another video on affordable products or review some of them? Focusing on affordable shampoos and after shower products.
For example the Vaseline Hair Tonic.
Thing is some products you recommend are niche and the shipping costs make it expensive. Not to mention the crazy Inflation we have now man.
look at those loose waves !!! May be trying the JVN.. I have fine textured wavy hair also. Saw this product recommended on some other channels......
Got some TIY bands through your link. Going to try some other stuff you mentioned as well. 👍🏻
On silk pillowcases: also important for preventing wrinkles (or so I've heard).
On microfiber hair case: one of the most useful things I've ever bought. I can go cook breakfast without the towel falling into the pan.
On shampoo: I read a scientific study saying that the only active ingredient that prevents male hairloss is selenium sulfide, so I use Selsun Blue Medicated Strength once a week. Would like to hear your thoughts.
Great video as always, Trav.
Great video Trav! Thank you! What are your thoughts on hairspray??
thanks a lot for everything king.
how do you compare wooden brushes vs bamboo ones ?
Could you possibly make a video on how to clean your wooden brushes/wash them? :)
Argh sucks being in the UK/EU and seeing shipping prices on these niche products :(
there must be ton of alternatives products in EU/UK.
I have quite curly, thick and coarse hair that's prone to getting tangled, knotted and stuff, and brushing was always a huge hassle and painful. I settled for a silicone brush for a few years, and while it was better than most other brushes, it was still pretty bad. Then i randomly bought a cheap brush that had many bristles that looked like..a bunch of cat whiskers? No idea honestly, i think its still plastic, but there's a bunch of them, looks like a mini broom or something. Either way, once i tried that, i was blown away. When i brush with it, i dont feel any pain or discomfort or even resistance, it feels like the brush is doing absolutely nothing and that the bristles are too short, but it actually does wonders and brushes everything perfectly. Also i gathered a lot of information from watching this channel, changed up my shampoo, conditioner, hair washing habits, and it seems like my hair is doing so much better. Still not as good as i would like to, but definitely much better than before
Wooooo! Thanks for the love Trav!
Additional to the Tek brush, but non vegan (apologies) are natural Boar bristle brushes which are fantastic. Just shop ethically for them. They distribute natural hair oils and eliminate static and frizz👍🏻
Killer list!!!
them normal pillow cases literally pull your hair out lol great vid tho man tons of good info😊
(growing my hair out for dreads currently)
Hask has a solid aluminum free dry shampoo spray that I love
Argan Oil. Silk pillowcase. Thick hair bands. WET DRY brush.
Hey Trav, aside from the mist spray, I have thin dry hair, I need a leave in product that will coat my hair to remove frizz, yet not leave it greasy looking. I’ve tried a bunch of different product and the best so fas is going back to coconut oil, but I get the greasy look after a day or 2. Any ideas?
Ive used the hair band before, and it caused more harm than help. It pulled out so much of the hair from my hairline and now a small portion doesn’t grow back. Just a tip to whoever uses it, please be cautious and stop using it if you see it harm your hair.
Batiste ones too👍.
hey guys 2 quick questions
1. when people say their hair is '6 inches', do they mean the front, back, sides, or everything
2. what are good lengths for the top, back, and sides for a nice man bun?
Fine hair here , it’s such an advantage that you have such a similar hair type that I do
Hey man,
I just found your channel and am catching up on as many videos as I can...great work!!!
My stylist recommends not washing my hair frequently to try and keep as many natural oils in my hair as possible (I work out 1-2 times per day and am in the pool 4-5 times a week!) ... problem is my hair doesn't always smell the greatest but I don't want to strip it of the oils all the time...
would you recommend trying the JVN spray or would you recommend something else (like the dry shampoo)? I have heard some talk about hair perfumes but can't find anything based for men
really look forward to your response
cheers
mike
ruclips.net/video/Xa1oxrKB6VE/видео.html maybe this will help✌
would you use the JVN conditioning mist in place of a leave in cream after a shower? or use both?
Man I had longer, curly hair but recently cut it to a medium length. It wavy and sooo poofy. I just want a nice wavy curtains look but my hair keeps puffing out sideways. Any ideas??
When will you ship to europe? Formulate?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wow there really is a stark difference between the pics in the thumbnail.
Silk pillowcase is out of stock
Why do you show a hair turban by YoulerTex, but link one by Polyte?
I picked the most affordable option for you guys. They’re all the same
Travis what is the best round brush to dry the hair?
Tek also makes one. Or do you mean the round brush with the built in blow dryer?
@@TravWhiteStyle I meant the regular one. Thank you, man. I ordered from tek. Coming soon. The hair journey continues 6 months in
Hey dude what should be the size of a forehead. I've noticed it getting bigger recently.
no correct size. BUT BUT BUT if you're interested in the classic most asthetic look, it's when the sections of the front of the face are in equal thirds, such that lengths of: chin tip to nose tip = nose tip to eyes = eyes to hairline.
First 💪🏼
the first picture on the thumbnail is how i want my hair, not the second wavy mess on the right 😅
How did you go from straight hair to curly?
Think I’ve always had wavy hair just never really brought them out

🌋☄️
Not to brag but my hair looks like the right picture in the thumbnail when I just let it dry naturally.😬
Silk pillowcase for 13?! Dannnnng, I spent 38….@-@
The hair ties for guys ties absolutely suck, they wear out and stay stretched out after only a couple times wearing them. If you have thick hair those ties are no good.
