I'm 27 and I like having a mature hairline but I'm very worried about it going further. My family has a mixture of good and bad hair genes so that adds to my uncertainty
Lost my hair when I was 17 or so. Shaved my head every day for the past 10 years. Best advice is to just shave it, grow out a beard and/or go to the gym and get jacked.
Shaved my head bald at the ridiculously young age of 16 due to severe thinning and an inevitable bald patch to follow. I'm 27 now and my friends are all paranoid about their thinning hair, meanwhile I haven't aged in around 11 years hahahah. Best decision I ever made was to get it off and get on with my life.
Did you go completely bald and does your head still have hair growth ? I can’t imagine how much of a pain in the ass it would be to shave your head every single day.
@@XanVicious I can relate to that. I'm not bald as well, just paranoid. Hope my full head of hair lasts, though I'm not counting on it cuz my dad and grand dad were bald.
I'm 34 and had such great hair growing up, thick and curly. In past 5 years in particular, I lost a lot of hair due to male pattern baldness, or genes. I was so afraid of buzzing or shaving my head, after I did it, it was such a relief. Not a big deal, if you're afraid to do it, just do it and see how it looks!
Matthew Misleh yes I agree. We aren’t left with many options. I need something to frame my face but my beard it’s too particularly dense and I find I look younger with a relatively short beard.
My hair started receding when I was in my early 20's, got extremely thin on top when I turned 25 and it keeps falling ever since (I'm 28). Greg, I'm mad at you for worrying and wishing you had a "better" hairline. You don't know what it's like to be in the process of losing your hair and see someone way older than you with a full head of hair. If you got this far with a full head of hair, you probably won't lose any more hair. So do me a favour and enjoy what you got, because you got A LOT of it.
For the last 8 years ive been telling myself im receiding im 27 and by your description ive had just had a mature hairline since i was 19 😅 so ive spent alot of time worrying about absoulutely nothing ... thank you your video has made me feel 110% better about my self.
Me too. I had a high hair line since I was kid!!! But the rest of my hair on my head is fine and no patchy or thinning areas and no bald spots. I never seen a lot of hair fall out on my pillow or in the shower either, and it grows really fast. I am 45 this year....and have a lot of grey though.
Thx for that comment cuz ive been stressed about my left side hair line seems to be receding even tho im not seeing a falling hair like u said and my other side hairline seems fine so i think it just maturing hair and i really need to stop worrying about it
Maybe I have the same issue aswell then, I am 22 and this year I started to see my hairline has slightly receded a bit, but maybe it’s just the fact I am getting older so maybe it is receding but I just worry a lot because I don’t know if it’s going to carry on receding ?
This was without a doubt my biggest insecurity all through my 20's as I started balding at around 18 - 19. I'm 30 now and finally accept that I am a bald guy, and I actually like it.
My best friend started losing his hair at 18 and I always used to poke fun of him, it was all In jest, but thinking back I realize how cruel it was. Hair is one of those things you only appreciate it until you lose it. When you have hair going bald doesn’t seem like a bad idea.
@@j.j.4150 You do have a point, well honestly omo the problem isnt the haircut, as bald with beard has been a great style and also the buzz cut for exemple that got quite famous a time ago, its more about the hairline itself and the insecurity that comes within as it came in such early times. I dont know how ppl who had to deal with this in their hs or early twenties feels but I can only and definitely sympathize with them.
I'm in my mid twenties and my hairline matured out of nowhere like a year ago, I thought for sure I'll be bald soon but that example you gave of your father gives me some hope! Really hoping it just recedes and stops.
@@souljayenihaha that's crazy I totally forgot about this, it literally did exactly that lol. It definitely receded noticeably back before I made that comment but it hasn't changed much over the last couple years. Hair in the front is maybe a tiny bit thinner but the hairline is holding on lol
@@souljayeni i think i have a mature hairline to because it had a time my forhead was big and i when i went to schol someone said my forhead look big and when i look in the mirror my forhead was big i thought i was going bald but nah it just maturing iam 14 to
@@Hunter-m5t mature hairline is barely ever something that happens that early in age. It’s more likely that’s just your natural hairline and you’ll further recede to your mature hairline in early 20s or late teens
Growing my hair out long seemed to make my the hair at the top of my widows peak to pull and get pulled out. It looks like it’s growing back but it freaked me out. I got the classic Dracula thing going on. I’m 33 and my dad never went bald. But his dad was bald at 16. I’m one of those guys who are neurotic about going bald. Props to all the guys out there that go bald and rock it.
Damn dude, same shit happened to me with the widows peak and growing my hair out past my shoulders. Thanks for the comment because I'm neurotic about the same thing.
@@parkasaurusrex I have a slight widows peak, crrently growing out and my temples look like receeding a bit. Could it be my normal hairline? You experience the same?
@hokage father of Boruto yeah I think the one that should of made this video was Eric because he was thinning on his crown not to long ago. But I think he treated it with rogaine.
You know what I would like to see. A conversation about men who were able to regrow their hair, if possible, and what they did to do it. Every time I see a new video from Greg I learn something I never knew. 95%! I never would have thought that.
You made me look at old pictures of me, I have mostly the same hairline I had at 17, but at 35 I'm almost as grey as you are. When I had long hair (like you have) my forehead was more exposed due to hair loss. After 10-12 years of long hair I simply cut them (after watching many beardbrand videos I made the decision to change my look) then the hair I lost over time grew back!
An other thing to add for men with long hair, tying them too tight can lead to a slight loss of hair in the front over time. Easily reversible with a change in hairstyle (a looser bun for instance)
I started losing my hair at 19, kinda like my father and his brothers did. I started using topical finasteride and minoxidil at 20, and the results have been amazing. My hair line and crown dramatically improved. Went from visibly thinning with a noticeable hairline (if my hair wasn't brushed right to cover it) to a full head of a hair in a few months. Couldn't be happier.
Antony Leverton Minoxidil - minor headaches after I applied it for about the first week, then that stopped. Fin - some genital pain that lasted about 3 days (I googled and this isn’t too rare).
im 20 too and I started to see my hairline crawling back from the sides, my friends and family haven't noticed yet but i dont wanna get there. i heard the minoxidil is BS and idk what to believe. did your hair shed before it grows back? are the results temporary? i heard they last 3 months and then hair starts falling again. thanks
@@user-qd7pc7th7z Naw Minoxidil is not BS, it does work. I did have some shedding at first yeah. And the results last for as long as you continue to use the medicine. So I wouldn't call that temporary.
I don't think the transgression from juvenile to mature hairline is just because of it receding, but also that our forehead still developes and gets a bit bigger, stretching it a little bit to the back.
You’re telling me if you began to lose your hair you would embrace it? I find it hard to believe. Imagine if you woke up tomorrow and were a Norwood 5. You’d most definitely try minoxidil or finasteride if not a hair transplant. I respect that you tell guys to embrace it but also wished you would let them know about other options of what they could do to fight it instead of going the virtuous route. Cmon Greg, we both know how much you care about appearance so it’s quite evident to assume you would try minox, finasteride and other treatments if you went past a Norwood 3. Nonetheless great video.
Greg Berzinsky I know that, I’m not saying you wouldn’t worry. But you also said you’d embrace it and made it seem like the overall theme of your video. I disagree with this based on seeing how much you care about your appearance. I think it’s disingenuous that you told people to embrace what they have when you wouldn’t yourself. I mean cmon you had perfect teeth prior and still got porcelain veneers. Plus your modeling has hair as one of its biggest factors. I just truly wished you talked about solutions that could treat the problem instead of telling people to do nothing. That’s my main criticism.
I've been on finasteride since September of 2018 and I can't say I've really seen any results but I'm still taking it because I know they say it takes a lot of time. My sex drive has taken a hit though, rarely think about any of that stuff anymore nor have any urges but that's okay.
Hi Greg, it might be interesting to read something from someone who has had male pattern baldness since the age of 16. I thought it was awful and since then I had shaved my hair very short to a total bald head. Thank god I have a strong beard. And I focus on the beard. When it comes to hair, there's nothing more to be done. :) So I'm still a fan of your beard tips.
Definitely have a mature hairline, maybe pushing slight receding in the corners. Really appreciate the video as its been so long since I've grown out my hair and was getting a little self-conscious. Thanks again!
Thank you for a great video. You're reading my mind! I've been obsessing about my thinning hair for these past few days and just thought I should look into if I could possibly embrace it at some point. Like you, I also enjoy being able to have long hair, even though I've also been fine with going shaved in the past. I'm 31 and as far as I can tell, my hairline is at the "level 3" as the temples have receded by about 2 inches from how they were in my teens, which is a big difference, but they don't seem to recede further than that. So my hairline is just very mature, I suppose. And the front of it has not moved at all. As for the rest of my hair... it's thinned out a lot from how it used to be and breaking off very easily. I can see on pics from a few years ago that it was a lot thicker on top. But currently it's still just about thick enough to have long hair in a side-parting without it looking bad. With a middle-parting I can see my scalp shining through a lot, which looks bad, so I avoid that style. It's not technically an "over-comb" but almost, lol. To my defense, it actually looked worse in a short haircut. I really don't wanna lose my hair, but it's starting to slowly sink in that it's just going to happen. I think my plan is gonna be to try medicine to hopefully prevent it from getting worse, and if that doesn't work, then I'll embrace the bald look, I guess. I just don't wanna quit my hair without a fight first.
Since I was 15 I have had long hair now that I'm 50 years today I can definitely see loss of density I'm not bald but definitely thinning and almost cut it all off ...after seeing this video I'm a saved man😄👍
I'm in my 40's now and have a mature hairline. The thing about getting older is the hair gets thinner. If you're used to having thick, coarse hair...it can feel like you're balding when your hair starts to have less volume.
Can your hair thin out during puberty as it matures? Everyone in my close family has a full head of hair except for one uncle, everyone says im over reacting and not going bald, quarantine gave me an absolute lion mane and I could barely see but now that its cut shorter im not sure if its always been this thin or if im balding.
@@tallbeachyblonde5862 I don't think hair should thin out during puberty as it matures but your hair was probably always like that, how old are you and what's your hair type? It can also just appear thin if you have a certain hairstyle, for example if you have your hair cut short and if it's directed upwards your scalp might be a bit more visible in the crown area giving it an illusion that it's thinning, also genetic hair loss is a bit complicated and you can't tell exactly tell whether or not you're gonna go bald just by looking at the hair of people from your close family, sure you can get a rough idea of what you can expect by looking at the hairlines of other's in your family but for example i have a grandfather from my father's side of the family who was bald for generations, so my grandfather's dad was almost completely bald and only his sides remained while his mother's father was also bald and yet my grandfather who is now 71 still retained a decent amount of hair even though both sides of his family had a bald guy each, all in all if you're concerned about your hair just consult a dermatologist and he'll figure it out for you
@@tallbeachyblonde5862 Lol dude it's the same with me and I'm 18! Everyone laughs when I say I'm losing my hair I think I damaged my hair so hopefully it's restorable.
To be honest I'm happy to have what remaining hair is left on my head, theres still enough thatch to style doesn't look to thin so very grateful for that, I'm 41 now and all the men bar 1 in my family were completely bald by 25 including my 2 brothers, only one to keep his hair was my grandad, dads dad who my dad always said I look like and have the same hair line. I do find when I'm really stressed I go thiner on top, I noticed this when I lost my mum and dad to cancer a couple years ago, I looked pretty bald on top and thought that I was actually following the male pattern baldness in my family but couple years later my hair has filled again.
@@RyPie51 im really hoping so, im 28 and mines really thin and patchy still. its gotten more fuller over the last year but still looks wierd when i grow it out haha
When I was in my 20s, my stash & chin were ok, but cheeks not so good & under-beard poor. So no big beard. I tried & it looked bad so I wore a short beard. Then it really started to go grey around 30 so I shaved it off. Grew a short beard at 50 when it & my head hair were all white (bad genetics). About 2 years ago I saw a Greg B. video explaining he couldn’t grow a full beard until he was 50. I’m way older than that so I thought I’d give it a go. It came in pretty strong (lots of Santa Claus jokes). Now I wish I had grown it out years ago. I knew all my hair changed color & I was painfully aware of the “mature hair line” deal (I learned I’m a 2 or 2A from this video), but I never figured out that unlike head hair, beards can improve with age. Don’t give up. Cheers, Stefan K.
I'm 24 and already deep in to Noorwood 3 ... I'm using finasteride, minoxidil and dermstamp since four months and hair regrowth is minimal. On the other hand, if I didn't started anything, I would be completly bald before 30 for sure. MY hair is shoulder lenght now, slightly curly at the ends, people complemented it, little they know haha. Maybe I will go for a hair transplant one day to fix front and temples.
I am thinning really badly in several ways but I completely agree. Embrace it. Rock what you’ve got. If it gets too bad, I will gladly shave my head, done it before.
A mature hairline is nothing. It's when you start thinning on top that's killer. I'd like to think that baldness stops at a certain stage but from everything I read, once it starts, it don't stop. Oh well, I can grow a sweet beard. 🤣
Bro im sorry to tell you but if that's you on the pic its already at a very late point. I have thinning but its at an earlier stage. Id suggest a shaved head or buzzed and rock the sweet beard.
@@kindsir1256 This iis true, my dad had a full head of hair into his 40s but it did recede in the fringes a bit. He had a full beard and full head of hair his life.
I can't tell mate, I've had a maturing hairline since I began high school. My temples have been exposed for 8 years (I'm 24) and my hair has always been thin. My dad's side of the family is bald while my moms side isn't. Neither of my three siblings are bald, but one has a mature hairline similar to mine. Best I have is looking at my baby pictures, I had little to no hair at my temples when I was a baby. So I'm really stuck at whether I'm balding or if my hair is just a mature hairline.
Great video dude! At the start of the year my hairline was at 3v, noticeably receding and thinning of the crown, typical MPB. I’ve been taking Minoxidil and Finasteride since Feb and the results have been insane! My hair follicles are thicker in the crown, that I actually have my crown back! My hairline has also become thicker and in some cases, some hair has grown back to where it was a good few years ago! Super happy with the results and happy to discuss my journey with anyone in the same boat :)
Do finasteride and minoxidil work if you have thin hair at the top and losing more hair in one corner than other? I'm in my 20s and super worried about that
Thank you for this video. I'm currently 45 and would say I noticed a distinct light receding of my hairline around the age of 38 (Although, as you stated it could've started earlier but I just didn't notice it). I still have a full head of thick hair but was worried I was loosing it and began using rogaine a few years ago. I think after watching this video I understand better that my hairline is just very much like yours and maybe I shouldn't worry as much.
Same here dude. I noticed a slight change in my early 30s but I'm 48 now and it hasn't changed any further, albeit it's now totally grey. Ha ha. I don't mind that though.
They told me my step father was my father. He was bald at 18 I was relieve when I saw my real father and he had a full head of hair! Not only that my grandfather from my mothers side had long hair into he’s 70’s. He only lost it because he had cancer.
I definitely have the shape that is described as "mature" but my hair was that shape when I was 6 years old. The difficulty for me is trying to figure out if the temples have gone further back in the last few years. I think they have, but I'm not sure.
Got to love the dice, my father was the only one in his family who was bald and no bald people on mother's side. I'm 21 and well my hair has receded and the middle of my scalp has begun thinning out drastically.
Halfway through this video he suddenly started looking like Nick Cage to me and now I can't unsee it haha Thanks for this information too! Puts me at ease quite a bit
I have abnormally strong baldness for someone who's not even 30 yet. My solution: Grow a beard and shave bald. My confidence is so much higher now that I've embraced the problem and found a solution instead of being constantly self-conscious about it.
Very cool analysis Mr. Berzinsky, you're one of my role models for growing a beard. I'm 38, some thinning on the roof but still enough hair to work with :)
It's so weird I was almost convinced I was, but it hasn't receded any more in over 4-5 years ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, temples and crown both look the same they always have shout out to all those who had a panic attack lmao
I started to notice my hairline maturing throughout my high school years. I am now 19, a college sophomore and began to notice a slight change in my V-shaped hairline alongside thinning on the front. I am on oral minoxidil (2 months) and am starting to notice some slight regrowth of hair that’s pushing down on the temples of my hairline. My beard, eyebrows and eyelashes have grown longer and thicker.
Being someone who lost most of his hair over the course of about 4 years (27 now), i can assure you balding happens more inside of your head than it does on your head. If you find yourself worrying about it more than you should, do yourself a favor and shave your head. It will be the best thing you have ever done, I promise. Don't focus too much on the hairline, either. I also had a mature hairline yet developed diffuse thinning behind it. I have seen people with perfectly straight hairlines and a baldspot at the crown. My granddad has the same hairline as me, but a full head of hair otherwise. Slight corner recession, but no loss whatsoever at 86. The only thing I still want is that coarse beard to go along with the head. So far, pretty dense coverage, but thin follicles, especially on the tache.
I'm 32. A forehead scar I earned at the age of 7 was never visible until yesterday I noticed it in the bathroom light. I have always had long, thick, wavy hair with a widow's peak, but have been shedding pretty consistently for a couple of years. This had to happen right as I started dating again. I'm scared that this will lock me out of the dating world for good!
it wont lol I see bald dudes all the time with baddies more so than someone like me with long thick locs of hair. I have long curly hair that older women complement me on all the time but no one my age cares😂😂. Ur good bro
2021 has been a very bad year for my hair. I don't know what it was. Maybe it was stress, maybe it was age. But at the start of 2021 I had a lot of hair. Like, a lot. And then it started falling. It got so bad that every time I ran my fingers through my hair I would come away with a clump of hair. Taking showers was a nightmare, seeing all the hair coming out. Now it seems to have slowed down considerably. Maybe it's a break in the loss or maybe this is where it will stay. I still have a full head of hair, so I am thankful for that. But yeah... seeing all that hair... that's one of the deepest depressions I've had in my life.
I just want you to know that your not the only one who experianced this, maybe it was stress or just a stagnant livestyle for the year, it sucks & was terrifing. Hope everything goes better for you
My dad is a high 2 low 3 if that’s a thing and he’s 71. It’s harder to tell bc he still hasn’t gone completely grey and some of his hair is just getting whiter not falling out. He’s outlived his dad in age but his dad had a pretty full hairline from what I’ve seen in pictures. His brother though has much worse hair loss and has for a long time. On my moms side it was kind of the same thing with only one person having significant hair loss. I’ve always said I had a 3 head and I used to hate it but I love it now lmao I’m obviously not a dude tho
You're Norwood 1,5 dude I would say, I wish I had hairline like that in your age haha. I'm 24 and almost Norwood 3 and naturally thin hair. That's why I'm on hairloss medication
I wash with 1tsp bicarb in 1 cup of water once a week rinse with braggs apple cider vinigar in 1 cup of water. Hair not falling out now. I also use filtered water for hair washing too.
So Greg, what would you do if your hairline recession wasn't as much but your crown was really starting to thin out and become close to bald? Would you still feel comfortable with the long hair or do you think it would just draw attention to the crown?
I was recently looking at a photo of me in 1976, even at 6 I could show movies on my giant forehead... lol (when you have a big head, a big forehead is in the cards I guess) But the good news is that in my early 20's it went up some, but has remained the same since... I'm approaching 50 this summer and although it's significantly higher than Greg's (about an inch above the top wrinkle), it isn't all that bad...
21 here, noticing some regular thinning and maybe a slight maturing hairline but it's still pretty good. I've always had a somewhat big forehead or normal I guess idk. I can't really grow a beard yet I only really get neck hair and some hair on the burns, if I were to start balding or my hairline just went way tf up like a level 3 I'd be pissed since I can't even at least have a beard to show for it lmao. I'd want to rock a Jason Statham look for sure if I was going bald... My Dad was in his 50's when he passed and he died with a pretty good head of hair, I remember it just looked thinned out but nothing insanely high. Fingers crossed mannnnn
People having receding hairlineb, trust me , grow a medium beard .. Shave your head ... You will be badass ... very true ... Im lovin my bald and beard look

Thanks for making this video Greg! I'm in my late teens and totally freaked out when I noticed my hairline was receding. I now know that it's nothing but the development of a mature hairline.
@@Feeelipeeee ah i see... Apparently it is normal as we age, most of the time it just stops and then starts again later in life. I had hair near my forehead when i was 12 and now, at 21, i dont have it. My hair is simialr to my fathers hair. Also, no onein my family is bald except my father uncle (my grandpas brother), so ig my chances of balding are really low? And yeah i believe this finger/top wrinkle test is bs because it depends on how many wrinkles you have and how big of a forehead you have. My forehead is pretty big and i have a scar on my top wrinkle since i was a kid. I looked at my old pics and it doesnt seem like my hair went up too much...
I'm 20 years and apparently I have a maturing hair line, my grandpapa by the side of my mom dont was bald, but my dad is bald with 37 years ( like the kind 4 of hair loss)
I have always had a widows peak, but my forehead is tall and somewhat rounded. So it’s a tad unsettling but when I compare to old photos of myself I don’t see a huge difference, perhaps just my skull got bigger as I got older. I’m 27yrs old male and I have a full head of wavy curly hair, my moms dad is bald but my dad has a full head of hair and all the other males in my family have hair except my cousin on my moms side who is losing hair (perhaps he got it from grandpa), but my dads dad has full head of hair and my paternal grandpa has a widows peak and wavy curly hair like mine and he kept his hair till he died at 83yrs old. So hopefully I do NOT go bald. I don’t mind going Grey. But I still remain conscious of my large forehead
You're getting a matured hairline. Don't worry my corners slightly receded when I was 16 and now I have a matured hairline like my father and my other male family members. Don't worry about it man, but if you're corners are receded way but way to much then that's where you should find a hair doctor and talk to them about the situation. But since you said that their slightly receding then you're getting a matured hairline and there's nothing to worry about. I'm also 17 by the way.
@@alexandermercer4473 it’s not that bad recession but i noticed it started to thin abit at the sides when I was turning 17 but I’ve always had super thick hair anyway so I think I’ll be fine
I’m 25 and I’d definitely put myself at a level 3. All my uncles on my moms side have good hair, both my grandpas have hair and all my uncles on my dads side have hair, but for some reason my dad is bald. Dunno what that means for me but I’m pretty much expecting to go bald in the next 5 years.
When i was about 20 i learnt an exercise created by a man called Tom Hagerty which involves using both the front forehead muscles and the muscles in the back of the head (which i had to gain control of FYI). When doing it correctly the scalp moves forwards and backwards and creates a great pump in the scalp when done for about 15-20 minutes. I'm now 37 and have managed to maintain my hair and in a family of all bald men, i'm pretty happy about this.
When it comes to baldness, I think I'm in a very lucky spot, both my father and my grandfather had very thick and stable hairlines for their entire lives, so I guess I'm destined to have a lot of hair for the rest of my life, I'm currently 22 and my hair right now is 30 cm long everywhere on my scalp.
My dad bald as hell but I’m also 22 wirh a thick head of shoulder length hair. My hairline been weird since I was a kid though but it still fine. Just a bit uneven. My 19 yr old brother has the straightest strongest hairline I’ve ever seen though

Judging by your profile pic, you look great honestly.
If you 'actually' liked it, you wouldn't be one of those going around with a cap all the time 😂
@@j.j.4150 You do have a point, well honestly omo the problem isnt the haircut, as bald with beard has been a great style and also the buzz cut for exemple that got quite famous a time ago, its more about the hairline itself and the insecurity that comes within as it came in such early times. I dont know how ppl who had to deal with this in their hs or early twenties feels but I can only and definitely sympathize with them.
Don't lie, you don't like it. You would probably trade anything to get your hair back because being bald adds a good 20 years to your age.

Very informative video. Thanks for dropping all these knowledge bombs.
I'm 47 and I still have my juvenile hairline. Definitely genetics since my father was very much that way as well.
At which age your hairline became mature and how old are you now
An other thing to add for men with long hair, tying them too tight can lead to a slight loss of hair in the front over time.
Any side effects
@@mutchytheman9607 how’s your hair now?
This is the most majestic man I've ever seen.
I don't think the transgression from juvenile to mature hairline is just because of it receding, but also that our forehead still developes and gets a bit bigger, stretching it a little bit to the back.
Greg, you're totally a NW 1 !
There are also safe treatments to help slow down balding, one doesn't just have to accept it !
Of course I would be bothered as I said at around 9:10 or so. No denying I would worry.
Cam finasteride is prevention. Minoxidil is regrowth.
Homer shut up
Hi Greg, it might be interesting to read something from someone who has had male pattern baldness since the age of 16.

Since I was 15 I have had long hair now that I'm 50 years today I can definitely see loss of density I'm not bald but definitely thinning and almost cut it all off ...after seeing this video I'm a saved man😄👍
man u are 50 yo and still scared from balding ..

I'm in my 40's now and have a mature hairline. The thing about getting older is the hair gets thinner. If you're used to having thick, coarse hair...it can feel like you're balding when your hair starts to have less volume.
im 20 and i feel you.
How is your hair now? Do you think it could have been Telogen Effluvium that just effected the top of your head?

Thanks for making this video Greg! I'm in my late teens and totally freaked out when I noticed my hairline was receding. I now know that it's nothing but the development of a mature hairline.
So,how it is now?
How's it now
@@Aaroncadwell It was just a hairline getting mature
Good point. Many young guys think they have mpb when it’s just standard temple recession
I can't believe you're almost 60 and you have that much hair on your head!
Good genetics
Id like to see a crossover/team up video with this guy and BaldCafe
Why is Zeus telling me about balding with his elderly lush locks closer to the camera than his face?
Really a dick move
Everything about this guy is glorious. Should be the new Dos Equis guy
My top wrinkle is a whole finger below my hairline, but i didn't notice any hair loss (I'm 20) it's was always like that. Maybe I was born balding?
Over before it even began
You still have your hair?
@@DzenisMelkic Yes, it looks normal tbf, althought I did notice some diffuse thinning on the top and front, only visible when wet.
I'd give my soul just to have my hair/hairline when i was 18 again.
Why? its not that important.
@@tentimetex for some guys it is.
I’m 17 and my hair is slightly receding at the corners...
@@stumpz69 Yeah you will man. I have natural thin hair so it's nothing to worry about.
Maybe stress
it mean god chooses u
Everyone in my family is bald or going bald.
Me (21): *panic*
(21) same here... *Panic intensifies*
I'm now 37 and have managed to maintain my hair and in a family of all bald men, i'm pretty happy about this.
even still?
When it comes to baldness, I think I'm in a very lucky spot, both my father and my grandfather had very thick and stable hairlines for their entire lives, so I guess I'm destined to have a lot of hair for the rest of my life, I'm currently 22 and my hair right now is 30 cm long everywhere on my scalp.
My dad bald as hell but I’m also 22 wirh a thick head of shoulder length hair. My hairline been weird since I was a kid though but it still fine. Just a bit uneven. My 19 yr old brother has the straightest strongest hairline I’ve ever seen though
Gd Xx
Bro, I think you are one the most handsome dudes in the world. Thank you for the great info here. Am hitting 40, have a great head of hair, but am seeing the mature hairline starting.
