My favorite detail is that Pam catches Michael on the cleared side of the security checkpoint, which means she had to buy a plane ticket and deal with the TSA just to say goodbye. That's some serious dedication and friendship.
I didn’t think she would show up for that reason alone.
You do not need a plane ticket to go through TSA
The fact that Michael Scott led Scranton to come back from being a low selling branch to outselling every other branch and becoming the only thing that kept Dunder Mifflin afloat proves that Stanley was wrong when he said that Michael doesn't know how to run an office.
ammmmmeeeeeen
True, though the merger helped with bringing over the Stamford clients and downsizing wasn’t necessary (people quitting cuz they couldn’t stand Michael lol). But it’s still impressive they maintained most of the new clients while getting new ones.
Michael's leadership style is - he's a fun loving chill guy and not a hard task master which puts everyone at ease and work without having the pressure to worry about the boss chewing off their heads
It’s funny how he fake fired Pam for downsizing yet he’d hypothetically have to hire a new receptionist anyway, effectively doing nothing
Way too many Jans in the world and not enough Hollys.
Amen
You need to go through the pains of Jans to get the happy jolly holly. Marry the holly when she comes around
Real.
And this is how and why Michael Scott became so beloved
"Sprinkles!?" He cared about his employees so much that he knew details about their life like that.
Sage business advice below. Keep this in your arsenal and see how high you can fly.
"David, here it is. My philosophy is basically this. And this is something that I live by. And I always have. And I always will. Don't ever, for any reason, do anything to anyone, for any reason, ever, no matter what. No matter... where. Or who, or who you are with, or, or where you are going, or... or where you've been... ever. For any reason, whatsoever."
Michael redeemed against all except Toby, he hated him forever
in michaels last day he atleast smiled to him
He at least gets through an entire conversation with him on his last day, without insulting or doing anything mean to him.
Pretty sure at least 75% of the branch improving was Dwight just grinding but alright
The merger also helped, bringing the Stamford clients under their branch. Plus it wasn’t necessary to downsize, since almost all the Stamford people quit cuz they couldn’t stand Michael😂. Still impressive they maintained and grew their client numbers though.
Broke should have been included because it was the incredible end to the only actual story arc. 6 episodes that started with New Boss
😂him distracting everyone made it so they were rested and then super motivated to get as much done as possible when he let them work
the worlds best boss truly
More like the de-britification
Michael Scott has a better redemption arc than Darth Vader, Zuko and Walter White don't @ me.
I’m not sure Walt had a redemption arc.
😂😂😂
