The thing that annoyed me most about this terrible movie was the fact that the koala didn’t learn any lessons throughout it. He was trying to get the performers to do things they weren’t comfortable doing, and instead of the movie having him learn to let them be themselves, it just worked out perfectly for him. He really suffered no consequences from any of his actions, as he didn’t do anything to change stuff and it just all works out. It kind of feels like a huge circlejerk for terrible directors, who think that their decisions are all right, but really they are causing things to be worse and not learning any lessons from it.
Honestly, I was fine with the koala pushing people to perform outside of their comfort zone. None of them actually would have done well if he didn't practice with them that full, what was it? Month? Beforehand. That whole, "just be yourself" mindset sounds appealing, but doesn't actually get you anywhere in life, because you're not pushed to be better. Like, the gorilla learned piano, something he wouldn't have done prior.
jeremy: im gonna sin frogs singing Jump also Jeremy: they should have had beetles singing the Beatles someone already said this but i couldnt find it so here you go

Can’t wait till he does sing 2, yes they decided to make a second one with a total different plot and decided to add Harry styles and Zayn Malik in it for a little reunion
At the beginning, Moon chooses the giraffe over Johnny for the competitions but then changes his mind because the giraffe can't here him. But later on we see that Moon rated Johnny as "Musically Gifted" or something like that on his rehearsal sheet. How did you miss that?
What else did you expect from the company that allowed a giant penis on the cover art of the little mermaid? Oh, and full frontal nudity in Fantasia. And a side boob in Cinderella! 🤨
Does anyone else realize that the movie took the effect of Doctor Who’s small-on-the-outside-bigger-on-the-inside tactic when making the theater, by putting a theater in a city block space that looks pretty small even for an office building, and then they make the inside of the theater seem huge on the inside.
Illumination Studios They're impressive with implementing amount of visual details and style in their movies however the biggest flaw with the studio is that they're very poor in writing/ storytelling and have to rely on certain cliches
So Sing 2 is coming out in 2020 but they almost set it for 2019 BUT decided they needed more time time to work on the storyline so at least they're trying
They recycle animation models all the time, cause they're too lazy and the fact that their higher ups choke them on the budget while demanding a film that makes a ton of money. Then you got Zootopia with Disney using a supercomputer or something just to render fur.
Johnny is easily the best character in this film and he gets totally sidelined in favour of a nervous elephant and a pig going through a mid-life crisis.
A burly gorilla, raised in a geordie criminal organisation due to his father being the gangleader uses his musical talent to leave a life of crime behind, and in doing so risks not only alienating but indiretly imprisoning his only familly. Now that's a movie.
I just realized after watching this video several times that on sin 54 the koala says that his father worked his tail off and all. But koalas don't have tails. I know it's like an animal pun or whatnot but I just noticed that.

Lots of animals are. For example if there's something wrong with a wolf pup (such as blindness) the pup's mother will eat it without the slightest bit of hesitation. Because it can't contribute to the pack.

their red pandas
Besides, if he needed to use google translate to translate Japanese because he doesn't know Japanese, how would he know exactly what words they were saying in order to type them in, and how to spell them? And if you think he used the voice system, there is NO way it would work through that background noise and with his garbled Japanese.
spelling a japanese word in romaji isnt hard at all its hard if you never gave a shit about learning another language and tried to figure it out right out of nowhere but when you learn literally the basics japanese is pretty easy

He suffered no consequences? He literally had his theatre destroyed and his reputation is thrown down the toilet at that exact moment.
You would be good at cinemasins. Lol.

Does anyone else realize that the movie took the effect of Doctor Who’s small-on-the-outside-bigger-on-the-inside tactic when making the theater, by putting a theater in a city block space that looks pretty small even for an office building, and then they make the inside of the theater seem huge on the inside.
4:10 actually when the shrimp don't get selected you can see them with an angry handler pushing their cart
Illumination Studios
They're impressive with implementing amount of visual details and style in their movies however the biggest flaw with the studio is that they're very poor in writing/ storytelling and have to rely on certain cliches

I hate Sing
after you finish, tell me more about visual detail
So Sing 2 is coming out in 2020 but they almost set it for 2019 BUT decided they needed more time time to work on the storyline so at least they're trying
They also forgot that red pandas are CHINESE, not Japanese.
