I totally agree. Past experiences can definitely contribute to shaping who you are today. It doesn’t matter if people think you’re ungrateful or anything else-they just don’t understand what you’ve been through. After all, we all come from different backgrounds. The only person in the world who understands you the most is yourself. So, take care of yourself mentally and physically, it's not that we are weak; we just have different ways of expressing ourselves.
You’re so right. Our past shapes us, and people don’t always see the full picture. Taking care of yourself, both mentally and physically, is so important. Everyone has their own way of handling things, and that’s okay.
I just shared a video that precisely touches this point! We all, and, the stats show it, men in particular keep on suffering in silence. We must share it with each other, not hiding it. That only brings more fear, more suffering, more symptoms. Thanks for sharing 🙏🙏
Thanks for the kind words! That tour boat moment was something special, it’s wild how little things can bring big joy. Glad to have amazing people like you around for the journey! 🛶💛
Hello my friend, I have experienced as an adult female many of the same difficulties. I worked in a corporate legal department and experienced demeaning words from colleagues and there was no collaboration or a sense of helping one another. Everyone was out for their own and willing to climb on you to get their bonuses. The fired me cause they claimed I made too many mistakes. I was blessed and relieved from the torture and disrespect and working with shallow people. Thank you for sharing your story. I too was exhausted and wiped put when I came home at 6:00 pm and at night I would ruminate what I did wrong. It wasn't me it was the cruel and toxic environment. Best GoldenSword. The entire competitive paradigm must be replaced. We are here in this world to take care of one another (and other life forms) and not to compete with one another. Henry Miller, the writer, said that everyday we get up and engage in mutual slaughter. He was correct. And all of our frantic activity and competitiveness is destroying the earth. We must evolve to a sane, compassionate awareness and practices, or we will not survive.
It's not just your company: US culture and society is individualistic rather than collective, low-trust, and competitive. This, unfortunately, manifests in every aspect of life. There are even problems within the same family because some relatives are hyper-individualistic
Henry David Thoreau wrote: "Most men lead lives of quiet desperation." As a man taking care of my family and feeling alone, I resonate with what you're saying. What helped for me was finding a cafe in my neighborhood and talking with strangers there. I go, get coffee, and find the seniors/old people who like to chat. And I just chat. Like with your RUclips channel, it gave me an outlet to talk to people who weren't friends or coworkers or family. I only see them in the cafe and I can be more open with them without worrying about impacting my family or work.
That’s such a great way to find connection. Sometimes talking to people outside your usual circle can feel like a breath of fresh air. It’s amazing how simple conversations, even with strangers, can ease that loneliness. Sounds like a beautiful way to recharge.
Just remember we all are here to survive. Some people are just good in putting a brave face. Keep your heads up and talk to us. I've been alone for about 10 yrs now now GF after my last gf broke my heart, and my hopes to be in a relationship. So... you're not alone. You're lucky to have a wife and a kid
Thanks for sharing, man. I am very lucky I got my family with me. They are the reason I decided to slow down. It’s true everyone’s just trying to make it, even if they look strong on the outside. You’ve been through a lot, but it’s good to know you’re still here, reaching out and connecting. Stay strong!
I grew the most with the worst jobs. It guided me into my calling...it's Never a waste but a learning process...there is No failure, only in our minds.
So thankful for you speaking up! I believe this can help many people. Dealing with my own shadows. You are an amazing person! Thank you for your honesty! ♥♥

You have been one of my favourite youtuber this last month. you have so much wisdom to share. So thank you. Even if you are not working as much as you did before. I am glad to share my experience with you. You are right, I am a lot more calm and at peace now than ever. It takes time, but that is the result of the day to day self reflection. I still have a lot to do, but progress is what matters. That feeling of uncertainty will never go away. But the best thing we can do now is enjoy the simple moment and let the future sorts it out. You’re right, everyone deserves happiness, and it’s better to focus on being true to ourselves than trying to fit where we don’t belong. Been there and it almost killed me. I need to figure out a better place I enjoy working at.
I love you bro. We are face challenges and suffering almost every single one way or another. I have watched some of your videos telling your true stories are similar to my situation for years and I still can't figure out what is tre real purpose of life when so many people go through their hard lives day in and day out.
I hear you, bro. Life’s got its ups and downs, and it’s tough trying to figure it all out. Maybe it’s about growing through the hard stuff and finding meaning in the little good moments we get. We are all just trying to figure it out and no one really got it together. Trust me man. Just keep going until something clicks.

Another great conversation. Again, everything resonates. I just shared your channel on my Instagram…I hope this reaches out to my friends and family who are all suffering silently. I went on a healing journey last year. I did the shadow work and the innerwork. There is a rise of collective consciousness and there’s a wave of those that are called to heal ourselves so that we can heal others. We seem to be on the same wave my brother. Keep on going! You are speaking to me and for me, We are all one ❤✨😉🙌🏼💪🏼
Thanks for sharing, Gigi. It really means a lot to me. We often ball up alone dealing with our own struggles. But once we become conscious, we see that we are not alone out there. Fight your way out from whatever it is that is bothering you. That is what I had been doing. I agree that we need to be nice to people in order to get the nice back to us. May be many people are not experience enough. Maybe they are struggling too but did not know what to do.
Hey hey what's going on? You’re so right. Fighting through challenges is the only way forward sometimes. And showing kindness, even when it’s hard, can create a ripple effect. Everyone’s dealing with something, even if they don’t show it.
If the people hurts you the most is your once beloved families what I should do ? Still fight back ? If I win , what I get is a broken family relationship … this is meaningless for me …
Bless you my brother! Your channel is a blessing. I go through a lot of fkn shit everyday, sometimes I feel like giving up. The worst thing one can do is be your own enemy. To wake up everyday to have a personal relationship with Jesus surpasses everything and anything in this world my bro. This life is vanity compared to the eternal that is at stake. The Word Of God endures forever, this world will perish but his word remains eternal.
Thank you for sharing that, brother. Life can be so heavy, but your faith and strength shine through. It's suck when you in pain and nobody seems to get it. I know because that was me. These days, waking up every day with purpose really is a blessing. Stay strong, and keep holding on to that hope.

Speaking up is when you ask yourself , why should I keep this ? Sharing it is when your shit hits the fan and wherever the shit lands , others clean up. There are employees who clean it all up for a living. But we all keep shitting through the same intestinal pipes. We learn the logistics of composition when we take our daily crap. Everybody is a toxic releaser at the end of everyone's day. Change your view, changes your actions. But words are like crap, happy coming out but they become your useless toxic mechanism that everyone uses in getting in circles and cycles.
I was in your situation, but not to that extent of suffering. I changed about a year and a half ago and try to learn from different people and read different Western books about happiness. I am at a point that is in a better place. I ended up learning that Buddhism and meditation is the most effective way. I am Cambodian, so Buddhism in the Cambodian language has much much more resources than English. Thank you for sharing your experience and speaking up. I don't think hustle culture is the way. The Buddha teach to make the right efforts and not to rush or greedy. You make efforts and do good things in action, speech, and though, and just let your karma play out.
I have been learning a lot and studying about the human mind on my journey. Western knowledge leans more on science. Eastern knowledge is based on spiritually. Both are great in their own ways and I have been incorporating both. Meditation is still a challenge for me as I have a hars time sitting still. But I am learning to slow down. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me.
My son work It for 20years but he made change and an elementary school teacher and fixing to move closer to school where he teaches try something different could help you like my son
It feels like shit - especially if you have suppressed trauma & emotions, as men brought up to ‘be strong’ not show emotions etc show those aspects get suppressed & turn into shadow. Thanks parents for imparting these aspects onto me instead of teaching me truth 🙏 hahaha ohhh well! This world is fixated on material & knows sweet fuck all about true emotion, spirituality etc…
It’s hard carrying that kind of weight, especially when society expects you to suppress it. I used to be an angry kid. Parents didn't show me how to deal with my emotions. Recognizing those shadows is a big step, though and it’s how healing starts. You’re breaking the cycle, and that’s powerful. Keep exploring your truth.
@ True - I was taught as a male growing up by parents to not have or show any emotions & I was naturally inclined to be sensitive from the get go! Stay strong 💪
Another great message and I completely agree. Still, I'd rather be emotionless and just keep going because you're never going to change society in this aspect no matter what, even in Norway where I live. Even though I'm far from traditional and just prefer to go my own way in life, both men and women are pre-designed their role in society from birth. So everybody just automatically assumes what they're "supposed to do" which is basically survival and reproduction, not much else. You might have some moments of pure joy and happiness but in the long-term, it will always be the hustle and grind that comes first. There's no point in dwelling about this or feel sad about it, it's just the way it is, always have been and always will be. But here's the good part, you still get to choose how you want to live your life. You don't have to become a successfull superstar and hustle and grind your ass off just to buy a big plasma TV. I actually still use a TV I bought from 2008 and it still works just fine and has good HD quality. So I don't HAVE to buy a new TV because I don't even pay and watch TV, only movies and series which I stream from the Internet. This saves me a lot of money. So again, there are no set rules for how you want to live your life but you have to find your own sacrifice, the price you're willing to pay to get where you want to be in life. That's just the way it is.
A grim assessment, but it describes life here in the US. What you're describing is cruel, and it is not sustainable. Humanity must evolve to a better paradigm, or it will not survive. If people are here by the end of the century, they will not be thinking and living as people thinking and living now.
Society’s grind might not change, but stepping back, questioning what truly matters, and living on your terms is a powerful choice. It’s freeing to let go of the unnecessary and focus on what genuinely brings you meaning.
The pain normally comes from human factor. However, one might not realise in order to overcome this pain, it needs own initiative with the assistance of people surrounding that providing proper steps. This is where how healthy or fitness of our mind or thought to stay open minded and to explore more options, or to get what others perspective instead of being in a box to solve problems my own. A step outside from the inner world, and get opinion from the outside world. Well, speak up does work, but rushing does not work. Just like getting fit in physical just need time to heal. Remember, it needs time to heal, and to get around with positive people. Cheers.
You’re absolutely right healing takes time, and opening up to others can make all the difference. Sometimes stepping out of your own thoughts brings clarity and strength. Surrounding yourself with positivity really helps.
living in this world will always be a struggle. but it will be nothing bcs i know this world is just a transit. after we died we gonna go to eternal hereafter which the true life are. you could think im delusional but for me the beautiful quran is just impossible to be created by prophet muhammad. it is indeed from god...there is tons of video on youtube. you can start by typing "what is the meaning of life"...
