    Actually this is Authentic and considering it is a staple in most parts of Africa and in addition popular street food in Uganda where I live, this is how the pastry IS made at every corner.
    All said, every country or nation will always have a different and unique never before seen or heard of recipe of cooking the same food. You'll run mad trying to find the right spelling or recipe for pilau or is it pilaf or whatever....who cares.... This tutorial is great

    It brings back sweet memories. I fisrt saw my Mother doing Samosas this way in Mozambique, sometime around 1966. WELL DONE.

    I love potato samosas I knew that they were a lot of work to make but now seeing this video when I eat samosas I'm going to appreciate them even more they are a lot of work thank you for showing us how to make the dough😘

    You are truly Amazing. I never knew the baking would separate the sheets. It's a very long procedure but it was fantastic. The filming was very good. The explanations were great.
