I’m a bit confused by this. In my dad’s house, when I manually adjust the thermostat to 24 degrees Celsius, it only increases very slowly from 15 degrees, reaching about 16.5 degrees, but never the 24 degrees I set. Why is this happening? Why doesn’t it just increase to 24 degrees to better heat the home? I’m wondering if I’m misinterpreting the situation because it could be warmer in my dad’s house. Sometimes, the temperature just stays around 15-15.5 degrees, which isn’t very warm. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or misunderstanding the situation. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi we have just moved into a new build with the Honeywell c707. My old programmer was so simple to use this is confusing me. We only want the heating to come on twice a day 6.30 to 8.30am and 5.15 to 9.30pm how do I do this ? Your help would be appreciated
I must be missing something. I cannot seem to get it right in auto. The heating keeps firing up even though the ambient temperature is above the programmed temp, even though I have if I set quite low and it is starting and continuing beyond the set times. I am wondering if it would be better to just use the manual setting ? ....

Hello. I had a man come out to fix my boiler as the hot water was running Luke warm. After he left I've realized my heating isn't working. It's as if the remote isn't linking to the boiler. Is there a way I can link it back please without having to call him back out. Thank you

Hello Tony, not sure if you will see this question or not but here's hoping. I need to adjust our heating so it comes on automatically when the temperature drops below 20, but I need to make sure it does it automatically without having to be done manually on the controls. I have set the other control to be on constant( the one in the cupboard) but the control unit (this one you have shown here) doesn't seem to shut off the heating and it is going up to 21.5 or even 22. I am having to manually turn it off when it gets too hot or on when it drops to less than 20. Please can you help ?
For heating to come on ,does it mean for example if temperature set to 20 degrees the heating won't come on until it reaches that set temperature?Or is that the temperature the central heating will be at the set times for coming on and if it goes over that temperature it will turn off?
