I have a prosthetic, but I did think that about this house as well, because if anything ever 'goes south" and I cannot wear my leg-- this would be perfect.
@happybadgirl45. First I couldn't resist replying from one bad girl 😉 to another, who's also in a wheelchair. I have to agree about the floor plan. The ONLY drawback I saw was the bathroom door was way too narrow to accommodate a wheelchair. I think that could be solved though by flipping things around in the bedroom. Turn the bed to have the foot face the door. Make a second entry to the bathroom where the closet and washer/dryer area are. Then it could have a wide pocket door or in my case the barn doors would be perfect. The kitchen was large enough to have the washer/dryer combo unit under the cabinet space. Get a bed with drawers under to make up for lost storage from eliminating the dresser drawers. Keep the closet where it is. Presto changeo problem solved. I would also eliminate the bar top counter and flip the couch so the back was facing the doors to the bedroom. I believe there might be room for a slender table behind the couch that could be for eating. Or by eliminating the bartop you could have a slender fold down eating area with chairs that could do double duty for creating a conversation area. I've also seen a coffee table that has a top that lifts up to create a table/desk depending how you want to use it. The couch could be modular so you can arrange it how you want, and each seat lifts up for storage. I'm probably not telling you things you haven't already thought of perhaps, but I've learned this stuff by watching YEARS of tiny house videos. Not only years, but far too many times for 24hrs or more straight when insomnia kicks in. I am for now, bedridden from a freak accident, and therapy is taking yrs. So I have nothing but time. Thank God for RUclips! I control the content I watch. If needed, T.v. in the bedroom. Or black out curtains with a pull down screen and a projector. What boggles my mind is how they can have an 18 ft model that doesn't live as big as some I've seen that were only 13 ft. And the price is WAY too high for that home. Don't be quick to purchase until they can make the required tweaks, come down on the price, and give you a deliver date AND 2-10yr warranty. Also, keep in mind the width because it most likely requires special permits for how wide it is, and not everywhere will accept it. I putting this in my Favs folder. You might want to check it out. I can't remember what I called it but it's something like tinyhouse- accessible ideas 4 me, I think. Happy hunting. Ps Was just thinking, must be nice to be able to afford a man cave/she she or arcade style game room for the kiddos @ THAT price. Wish I was related. LoL
I like this lay out. I would still use the pantry for a washer & dryer. I would put a small dishwasher where you had the seats. I would use the bar for seating. Put my couch in front of those bedroom doors. Plenty of room to make a space to be able to have walking space behind a small pull out sofa. Put the desk under the other window by the door. Plenty of room in that 18x22 with a closed in porch for more living space it would be perfect!
As far as tiny homes go, this is perfection. My favorite feature is the kitchen. You got a pantry in a tiny home kitchen, and I love how that dining area can double as extra prep space
Mr Tiny definitely delivers again. A few tweaks like switching the pantry to the washer dryer closet and installing a bath as opposed to the walk-in shower, and I definitely would buy. Would still even buy if unavailable to do those options because those things don’t take away from the current layout. Would definitely add a screened in porch and deck area. I look forward to seeing these videos each week.
I like it. But with the couch in front of the bar, it seems that your head could hit against the bar overhang shelf. Everything else seems perfect in a small house. Good presentation.
This is a nice spacious layout that feels more like a site built home. I’ve owned three single wide manufacture homes. The first was14’ wide and the last 2 were 16’ wide. Those were a straight back 60 to 70’ long so it feels like a wider tiny home, but the way this house is laid out it seems comfortable, not claustrophobic and condensed. ThT makes a big difference. I also see opportunities to utilize space for storage.
Yeah I could put my own personal touches on this one , nice floor plan . It could be a great little private getaway placed in a perfect little spot of paradise. Love this one !
I love this layout. It would be perfect in a backyard as a granny flat. Plenty of room for my walker. All one level. Shower long enough for home health to stand while bathing without them getting wet. Easy to move through with everything close so no long walks down hallways. Very good reimagining.❤
I really love the extra wide. It’s more like a house layout. Almost square instead of some long rectangle looking train thing. Also a lot like a loft feel to it. Best one ever Imo. Lol. I’d just add a porch. 😅😅

Perfection - I stayed in an AirBnB that was similar however I learned I would want to tweak it to make it PERFECT. You did it. That kitchen with the reversed bar - chef's kiss. Love this
I would add a screened-in porch and outdoor fireplace as well as TV hook-ups outside. I would figure a way to place the washer and dryer in the bathroom. The desk could go under the window by the door and I would use the actual bar. So many ways to customize this home. It would be great for those with disabilities as well.

Mike, I love the angled kitchen sink. The cut out is ideal for wheelchair eating at an angle. That bathroom is dream for those of us who have mobility issues - 60" shower, just add safety rails.
I am in love with the re-imagined entirety that's a beautiful I did a sliding doors to the bedroom with the butler's Pantry option and the movie in the movie show in the sky gorgeous❤❤❤❤
Finally a floorplan with a sufficient number of windows. However, it's pricey due to the features and options. Overall, one of the better layouts very versatile😊😊😊.
Love the shower with splash glass on this model. I also love the larger living room area, and the kitchen is still roomy enough. Decent space for the bedroom too! And yes…those are definitely my style pendant lights!!
This home is tiny butit has So Many indevidual living areas. Very well thought out. Somehow I missed the Sq Footage and dimensions. Great job, Mr. Tiny. Keep them coming.
If I had the extra money to turn it into a she shed, I would turn the bedroom into my wah office!! Got all that extra room so I can take my breaks outside the room!! And not be bothered when the others come home lol
This is perfect for a backyard area. Most tiny homes would not fit in my back yard as it is 30’x30’ this would let me have a side yard and front yard for grilling and outdoor entertaining. The upper storage in bedroom for seasonal storage like Xmas decorations and winter clothing. Other rooms big enough to maneuver with a walker. Only thing I would change is where shower water handle is so I don’t get wet turning it on. I’d put that just inside the half wall.
I passed up this one so many times because the outside is so plain,but to my surprise this is a jewel of a house,it feels so open and airy.I love this little house .I love the roof and windows at the rooftop.,The outside could have a pretty parch added with an arbor over it,Also a stucco finish would rock this ,I would love a soaker tub and a cook top with drawers underneath and replace the microwave with a large convection oven.
Hey Mr. Tiny - I have an idea for a single change that would really open the view on the Mountainview - make the roof a monoslope, moving the clerestory windows to the front so they can be viewed and enjoyed from anywhere! Right now the view from the clerestory windows can only be enjoyed from the back half of the home. I would also recommend changing to 42" tall kitchen cabinets for additional storage space. Thanks for bringing such great designs to the marketplace.

I’ve been wondering the same thing!! The floor plan on their website does not show a furnace but there are floor vents for one. No mini splits on any of the walls. Maybe the furnace is located in the closet space in the bedroom that he didn’t open 🤷🏼♀️
I love how wide this home. I would love to see the in 40 foot long with 2 bedrooms and loft. With washer and dryer in the kitchen. I love the barn doors keep them coming.
I love the whole thing ilove the new pitacristlights they remind of chandeliers I love that❤also ilove all the full-size appliances i kitchen and breakfast nook with bar stool I love how you did the closed in half wall in shower it wold be so cute if it had a spa bathtub inside that same shower I loved the way you made barndoors and dressers inside closet a place for washer and dryer all this tiny house was pretty perfect 👍 and I like the way it had a mini split for heating and cooling also I like that it can have a add on porch later and lots of storage and windows you did a great job on this ❤😊
