im new to the game and im going for the shenji grenadiers i where able to test whem out a few times and whey never let me down (ONLY NEED 8000 honor to unlock whem)
Is CB worth playing now? We played it with my brother and over about year of playing we spent about 1800 hours but we quit due to basically the constant grind or payment system, where no matter what units you max out, there is new unit forcing you to grind every seasson or feel so far bahind having to pay to catch up (espeically now with how many seassons are there). We ended up quiting around seasson 10 (we didnt play 11) and playing since seasson 4 where jannisaries got introduced. Main reason the op heroes being either immortal with mobility, cc, annoying like the spear etc. but mainly just the feeling if you dont have the current op unit, you just dont enjoy the game as much. Trebs not helping and I suppose over 10 seassons most people quit right? There is no other game like this but at the same time, there is so many units that its not helping new players I imagine so I doubt there can be many new people playing the game? I just feel nostalgic but I probably know its not worth it to start suffering again just for that. Just wanna know how the community and servers are like and how many of the s10-20 units are "must have" since I have most of the older units and loved using janissaries and imparial arquebusiers, flamers as well as reapers and berserkers. Played Glaive/polearm since seasson 4.
Whell this might be my own opinion though I guess wing hussars and imperial pike guard is a meta units but its not a biginer friendly (due to wing hussars a little chunky on their formation spread out and line it's a good thing for territory war since you got lots of space but siege I guess it's quite hard since you need to squeeze them, so do pike guard need teamwork to harvest the potential of it it's quite hard tough if you a re using it in solo Battle but if we are playing with friends then pike guards are a good one ) My recommendation by the way is madao battalion since it's easy and cost lest time to ground for to claim the unit
Hussar do have the wedge formation, but yeah cav micro can be tricky in city fights Modaos are definitely pretty nice to have all around right now, but yeah I mean you really cant go wrong with IPGs IMO, click 1 ability at the right time and you're already useful in TW and sieges, hard to beat
I don't think the issue is new players not knowing how to use IPGS but that the teams in low levels (Im like lvl 270 and it still happens) just dont support u. IPGS need support which most casual games don't offer
@@samisha5834 yeah it's true, but they'll have to learn eventually somehow That still happens at high levels, you have to judge what your teammates are looking to do as well
@@killer_luck Yea its just that the issue with IPG is what to do after using the ability. Using it correctly is easy but a lot of times teammates don't support the pust and let your unit be decimated afterwards
bro PLAY ON BETTER FOV ON MELEE WEAPONS btw I see a lot of shit you have to improve in the game, even the fcking phalanx vet line, bottom is better its like veteran but bad player making a guide for new players and you forgot about: blue halberdiers, halberdier seargants/fortes are better anticav than camels because they kill, not just stop, palace guards in meta as counter to phalanx and wuwei, shieldmaidens are garbage, they die from heroes with maul/poleaxe really fast, they dont have CC immunity and they get destroyed by all the meta, even modaos that are really bad anti infantry, the only role of shieldmaidens now is buffing, yanyuedao nerf isnt gonna come they are completely balanced now, are you staying in season 16 or what?, reapers also current meta, yeomen after mastery current meta, fusiliers like men at arms stay in meta after their mastery my recommendations for every new player are wuwei, yeomen/hussars (xuanjia and companions are really not beginner friendly), halberds (both blue and purple), rattan marksmen and men at arms for everyone who recommends modao: nah, phalanx or halberdier seargents, they also counter YYD, Companions and XHC and they are way better anti intantry + they are cheaper i leadership and new players really rarely have a lot of leadership doctrines or 780 lds

reapers are still amazing, janissaries are good value berserkers are still decent
