i am the only one disgusted by people that rush to the end of the bandit raid? i am not using/leveling cav, and i don;t have time to kill even 100 mobs...
Actually you can buy discount coupons for silver and get between 10% and 20%, maybe even 30% off the unit medal packs. It actually allows you to get the 14.6k unit medal pack for less than 12k sovereigns, so less than 100 bucks. And it has like 400 unit medals more plus more super unit exp cards you can use for bandit raids, so more exp.
Very informative video, as a player who likes to maximize efficiency, I can confirm that the info is correct. In addition, you should always form a team of 5 for Bandit Raids, it will provide another 5% bonus, and provide much better coordination for everyone ranking S. (In general, 250kill with ground unit guaranteed an S, 300k for Kreig, 350k for other Cavs) People tend to use Bandit Raid to clear their expedition quest, so they will do it as quickly as possible. SO, especially for newer players, form a team, so you can maximize that juicy EXP.
I have done some testing regarding EXP gain in bandit raids. It does not matter how many kills you make, as long as you are somehow participating in it. Assuming you have all EXP buffs active for you 200k EXP 10 kills - 30k EXP (C+ ranking) 36kills and capping supply - 219k (C+ ranking 300kills(mvp) - 220k (S ranking)
I might be wrong, but I didn't think your score affected how much unit XP you got. I've found that no matter the rating, you get the same amount. Also, does bringing the unit you want to level up give you more total unit XP (unit xp combined with shared unit xp) than bringing only maxed units that just ends up giving you shared unit xp?
Unless they made a change recently I'm unaware of, you will get more Unit XP for getting a higher ranking in a match And yes you'll generally get around 5-10k base XP additionally by bringing the unit you want to level, But I'd advise against that and just focus on using your best warband unless that unit is close to max level already
Marginal differences when you got A+ vs S, but a huge difference when you score C vs S. 'marginal' is also subjective because the bonus you added to it counts. So, score an S whenever possible. Sadly, this wasn't implemented in earlier seasons, the system was added to prevent people from AFK.

Honestly insane how even levelling up units in this game is cash-grab. Lets say you get 200k unit xp on average in bandit raids (even 200k is an exaggeration), thats 1M XP PER WEEK, which means approximately 3 levels. If you're trying to max a Yellow Unit, thats approximately 10 WEEKS just to level up your unit.
Your math is not correct as you do need less exp until level 12 i believe. They combined are less than or around 4 full levels of exp costing300k I believe, so thats still a lot at around 7 weeks. With this calculation we did not account for exp earned by playing sieges plus you also get unit medals from the season challenges completed when unlocking units. Those are another lets say 1k unit medals each season (dont have the exact number right now). And other sources of unit medals, like supply tokens, fame envoy, events, etc. I usually manage to level 2 purple units and 1-2 golden units each season which is around 12 weeks including off season

You got a point but if you farm a lot in pvp you can lvl up fast
