My mums flat is joined onto this prison and if anyone went over the wall, they used to jump on my mums roof to escape... And you can see the babycham factory from her flat as well.. the actual babycham mascot was stolen from the factory years ago and I'm not sure if it was returned or replaced with another one
Having a look around this prison, it is still more pleasant than some of the holiday resorts you have visited in the past. Plus, unlike the holiday resorts, you have found a a member of staff :) halfway through this video, I assume you will not be staying the night:)
Oh yes good at making up a story to scare people and get paying customers in the jail. And if the tour quide was called Howard he was definitely talking bollocks about the ghosts etc
Your videos are just addictive! This one in the prison, as well as the others of course, got me glued to the screen all the way through. The great thing about your video walks is that I truly feel I have been there myself after having watched them. Keep them coming! Greetings from Madrid 🇪🇸 ❤️ 🇬🇧
Hey Tim you should visit The prison in San Francisco called Alcatraz trust Me I know it’s haunted because I toured thru it and I could feel which cells the people were saved and the ones who weren’t. 😊
Hi Tim ! Wow this was really interesting very spooky in places. I find it awful that they force fed the suffragettes. Myself as a woman I appreciate what they did for women . Great vlog hopefully more to come . Thankyou for sharing with us love to you as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Your spoiling us Tim with these videos. Love them . My grandad told us he often used to drink in Albert Pierrepoints pub in Salford many years ago and never saw the man smile in all the years he knew him Lol . Apparently his father and uncle were also hangmen , so a family thing I imagine 😬😱🥺
that whole in the roof and the security guard mentions the bit about someone feeling a tug on their neck in that spot before, is it possible someone offed themself from that spot ? maybe could explain it being the creepiest place
Great video Tim. Really enjoyed it. A good change from your usual videos, which are also great. You should do more of this, really interesting & enjoyable to watch. Thank you Tim & all the best to you 👍
Just on a note regarding the executioner, Albert Pierrepoint received a week long training at Pentonville prison in London, although he did also have the advantage of his fathers notes.
Shame we still don't have a hangman or executioner help solve the population of the prison problem and free up some of the spaces taken up by the oxygen thieves who are serving life and save alot of money that could be put to a better use elsewhere
@@siocas bruh. It's cheaper to house and feed a prisoner for life. Death penalty trials cost tax payers millions And waste up court time. Better to abolish it but courts lawyers and the system want the money train open.
You didn't need a court Case for Ian Huntley, the west's or Harold Shipman straight to the rope or the gurney their guilt was obvious without wasting money on trials etc or long remands that would have saved money😮
As soon as you're told a place is haunted your imagination goes into overdrive. People experience strange things all the time, but don't connect it to ghosts unless they've been told to.
I’ve always thought the same thing.. If someone had no idea about the history would they feel the same way? But to be fair old buildings like this will usually cause an unsettling feeling. I’ve been to a couple old prisons and told they were haunted. Definitely felt eerie but never experienced anything supernatural.
I also agree, I don't believe in ghosts at all to be honest, or rather ghosts as we understand them, I'm all the way sceptical with the caviat then when I was about 2-3 years old a poltergiest, in a really stereotypical witch's voice told me to "PuLl yEr HanDs OfF" I still don't believe in ghosts in spite of that, but I think I'm going to be forever skewered towards thinking something is at play, I'm a bit of a science enthusiast too, I can't help wander that there's some kind of energy we have yet to discover, or an energy we do know about that for reasons yet unknown causes our minds, to put it in a joking way, have a spaz attack 😜🤣
As a spirit sensitive, it gives me mixed feelings when people say they don’t believe. It’s good to remain skeptical and assume suggestion first - I’ve had so many experiences over the years, it’s impossible to write things off so easily
@@TiggiTheWillful I get that, but where else do I go from a highly scientific background, I had a poltergeist experience, but what's to say there isn't a rational explanation for it? My money is on magnetism, electrical energy effecting our neural connections in our brain But I'd also like to reiterate, I don't think it's black and white as I'm saying, personally I believe in reincarnation, but you can't prove it, I can't prove it, belief is meaningless after that, feeling something, our sprituality as we both clearly do, isn't proof!
I like this video very much. Very interesting. It is Jeremy, the person who worked there while it was a prison who is able to tell us so much that makes it extra interesting.Thankyou for sharing.
Just subscribed. We went there for my birthday in February this year and we saw shadows and my friend had her hair pulled and I got some really cool photos whilst I was randomly take shots in the courtyard x
great video! one of my other favourite youtubers (abroad in japan) mad a video about this place a short while ago and spent the night there. In some frames it really looked like the lady in white was following them, but then again it could also be the lighting. they didn't really show a lot of the prison so i'm glad you made a video as well!
The guide (Jeremy) is someone I've known for years!! He's a top bloke and I didn't realise he worked at the prison! I only live ten minutes away and this video has made me want to go visit the prison!! Really enjoyed this video!
That was interesting Tim, I took a tour around Bodmin Prison some time ago you do feel strange walking around and hearing these stories. Sunday sounds fun
This is an Excellent video Tim. Best thing is, is that it's just half an hour from my Mum's house so will be taking my daughter over half term. The short on your Walk With Me Tim Extras channel of the ghost is literally 😱
I have also done a ghost hunt at Shepton mallet, I found the most activity was in wing A and where they worked on the tredmills. It was a fantastic night.
My paranormal team are doing a ghost hunt here next month and I can't wait. Was great watching your video to see where the most haunted places were.😁👻💀😱
So interesting. love haunted places. Hope to see many more. 'The Village' at Skegness has the most haunted cottage and a haunted farmhouse - maybe you can do that sometime.
Brilliant 👏 the Reminded me so much of Beaumaris Gaol... the same type with the tread mill. Both very atmospheric, Beaumaris made me feel very strange... lots of lost spirits. On a plus the quality of accommodation was a plus compared to Britannia hotels and those showers how bizarre.. like Pontins. !! Excellent
I recently did a paranormal event there overnight. I had my hair stroked in the Governors Office, and someone else felt their throat being constricted! We comunicated with a young girl called Ann in the old hospital wing, and the white lady set off our rem pod on the stairs whilst we were there so all in all a great response.
Love your videos, Tim Hating the unskippable ads though! Guess it was bound to come along with your growing fan base Very happy for you guys, thanks for the great content
If you liked this then you should visit Peterhead Prison in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. They have a headset that you can use for the tour and at weekends, one of the old prison officers that was taken hostage on the roof of the building still volunteers and you can talk to him.
You are brave going to run down Pontins 😂 this is a whole different ball game 😱 great idea , great video and very interesting 👍🏻 I really enjoyed this .
Came here from your brilliant haunted castle episode. I’m looking forward to this, I’m a bit late to the party, only just discovered these haunted ones. Yipeee 👻
Hi Tim Thanks for a great video. Went and visited Bodmin Prison 15yrs ago was horrid. One of the rooms in there was absolutely freezing. Would've had to be more than two ppl before I went in that prison. Was very spooky and you went in that little room you entered from the bottom. Very interesting but not for me. They frighten me there was also a white lady walking around at Bodmin. You could also visit at night. Weather you can now I don't know. Thanks Tim.
We went on the last day of the old Bodmin Gaol before it had all the work done on it. Absolutely chilling. So glad I experienced it before it was reconstructed
Watch out for my second video coming Sunday, I stay in Wales Most Haunted Castle not to be missed! 👻
Though away the keys lock him in 😂 haha
Oooh can't wait
"Thank you Sam..." 😂 Can't wait 👍🏻
Check out TGF Bro on RUclips as i’m pretty sure they did an overnight video in this prison alone … and actually witnessed and filmed some events
looking forward to it..:_
Im in the USA and dont traval . i like to thank for showing me all those places . and thank the people who show you around . 🤠

The accommodation at this prison is better than some of the hotels you've visited. Another great Vlog Tim
Pontins comes to mind 😂
@@chocoholic832Yes, Pontins has its own kind of horror 😂 Never again, just abysmal when we stayed!
That made me laugh the same Shower as Pontins 😆 very interesting tour 👏🏻
I really liked this. I loved your Pontin's shower comparison, and the bed test! Always the reviewer, TimAdvisor!👍😊

Great video! I have lived in a 1 bedroom apartment in a 1790 schoolhouse for 30 years. Politely haunted.
Politely. That's rather a nice thought.
