Excellent! I have an older ‘86 Cat IT28B loader with a BT4 Cummins. 14’ hydraulic blade for the winter, various attachments. I have over 5,000 sq meters of asphalt for driveway and parking, around the shop etc, have a sammich and hit the snow!
Mortske that that Bobcat is F$cking sweet !!! and the bucket makes total sense for what you are doing .its cool how you can stack it so high out of the way! less drifting! the perfect tool for the job! stay warm and keep a good level of antifreeze in your system while plowing!!!
I live in northern Iowa and I always used a western plow on my F-350s, but only have about 1/4 mile of lane and a parking lot. When the kids were young and living here I used to pile the snow as high as could and we would make snow houses! The fun good old days!
Really enjoyed Duff playing in the snow while you were moving snow. Here in Arizona it was 67 Degrees Today and 70 tomorrow. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND DUFF AND HAVE A SAFE NEW YEAR!
You pushing the snow brings back memories of before I retired. Every winter, I would be the one that cleared the front parking lot with a T750 with the radio blasting. Then later, I would take an E85 with a ditching bucket and move the snow piles to the edge of the lot where the land sloped down to an adjoining creek to save flooding in the spring.
I bought 2 t-shirts for my boys. One of the 1971 C10 chevy truck and one of the square body. We have a 1968 C10, a 1972 K20 and 1984 K10 Square body, and 1979 K10, Great shirts
Cool new machine....Bobcat builds great stuff...ditching the def at 74.5 good thinking right there. My 2 nephews work out of the Bismarck plant....one cuts metal...the other...paper pusher. Love manufacturing...retired from 33 years of 747...In ND you pick it up and move it or you can move it again...and again. Growing up...my brother was the pusher...I was the slinger...that NW wind was relentless.. Merry Christmas!
Wow, cool vehicle! That thing is a beast. The house I used to own had a long gravel driveway, so we removed the snow with a tractor and bucket, worked just fine. The good thing with the bucket is scooping or back blading, more versatile than a snow plow. That thing must be fun, it makes removing snow tolerable lol.
I can only reflect when I lived in Watertown NY when I had to shovel out before 4 or 5 in the morning or be stranded with a plow that push snow, sleet and Ice in my drive way and could not get to morning formation in the new 10Th Mountain Infantry Division. That Two year tour will never leave my mind!... Thumbs Up, and hope the ones you love and the ones that love you will have a happy and peaceful time, Thanks.....
Show is great, I'm a nerd with anything that has an engine in it with the small tractors and equipment, first was a Bobcat with the air-cooled Wisconsin in it.
I meant to say the skid steer Bobcat was my first mini loader operating experience at that same place they had a big forklift it was a case look like your old fashioned tractor but driving backwards.
That's a great machine for the job. Excellent point about the blowers. I hate having to deal with wind when using my walk-behind. With your setup, you can put it into tall piles right where you want it.
I use a late 70's Kubota L185DT tractor for most of snow moving needs here in North Idaho. Two cylinders of fire breathing diesel power! An articulating front blade would be really nice, but I get by with the bucket and back blade. I still like the snow even though I don't ski anymore. Growing up about 100 miles East of you, I have had my share of hard winters, too. That machine seems like a perfect solution for your needs. Nice that it has that much lifting capability. Smart buy.
duff was havin some fun!! I would hate that snow more than headers cragers and flexi hoses.ps thats a nice peice of machinery you got...congradulations .!!!!
Good vid, I am an old farm boy and have used the old drag V blowers and driven large rubber tired loaders with chains to move move snow when townships or counties couldn't. So again good VID. However that old (I think) impala, I would love to know more about that. LOL
I loved how you were in the heated cab and Duff is just running around having a ball!! Love the Bobcat equipment you have. Must be worth a fortune. Merry Christmas from a very warm Australia 👍☀️🎄
I think you got the right machine for your yard. We got a blower on the back of the tractor and if you have to blow it twice…it is not fun and your neck hurts after. Merry Christmas and stay warm. It is so nice to have the snow removal in the heated shop, gives it a chance to thaw out and you can see if a pin is walking out etc.
I loved in Wisconsin I lived in Minnesota most of my life. Then I moved to North Dakota by rugby North Dakota. lived there for 8 years. And found out what winter really is.
That thing is pretty neat. I'm not a fan of snow pushers either. I used to move snow for the steel mills around my area. I've used many different kinds of equipment and attachments. I good V plow on a truck or a bucket on a tractor or skid steer was always my go to for getting the job done fast. Have a Merry Christmas Mortske and Duff.
I don't think I have ever seen a snowblower up close, and I've certainly never worked on one. I couldn't imagine having to purchase a Bobcat for snow removal. You guys have it rough up there.
Merry Christmas Mortske & Duff. Looks like a great new machine. Duff sure got his exercise out there. Thought I would mention when the boom is up and it might blow a hose each system is designed with a holding valve to prevent a free fall. Thanks for all you do my friend.
Dang, that's a nice Bobcat! I have 10 acres and when it snows it just stays bc I don't have a Bobcat and I sold my tractor. 😅 We just got a bunch of snow yesterday and it's colder than a well diggers butt! I gotta get me a Bobcat for sure and another tractor. Stay warm and Thanks for sharing! 😁👍
Same here i always loved watching it snow. And running the snowblower the first couple times after that it just gets old. This week we had a blizzard yall we're involved as well. That's not as relaxing as steady heavy snow
im watching you do snow that what I did for 5hrs 36 inch push shovel and my big snow blower 4 days strait im dead. have a great Christmas morts. cheers.
Can't believe how much Duff loves running around in the snow. I enjoyed this one. I've been watching you and Cold War Motors for quite a while. Clearly winter cuts into you activities. I hope you remember where all of your vehicles are once they are buried in snow! I live in Tokyo, and no matter how much it snows (rarely), there are no snow plows, much less anywhere to plow the snow to.🤪 Thanks for another good one. I feel like a snow voyeur.
First I'll thank you for the video appreciate the second channel for all the fun things besides working on cars all the time but man you're the only RUclips I know that it's not quit their job and still run your RUclips channel so you deserve everything you're getting cuz you're working double hard I know that I enjoy your videos I like old school cars but I wouldn't own one I'm not into them like that but anything as a 65 Impala 68 69 Chevy truck or even a Ford and higher I'm not into them 30-40s and '50s and it's sick early '60s but I would like watching your videos working on them because I do learn a lot again thank you appreciate the videos and wish you all the luck
Wow mortske u got all the toys, I'm jealous Bobcat discount dang, and a samich holder that extend a boom is the cats pajamas ( don't tell duff I said that) but yeah way awesome
Boy did we get slammed with rain & snow mix here in canuckastan Ontario stay safe have yourself a merry Christmas and a happy new year thanks for sharing your videos love lots of the one-liners. And you’re very well welcome 😊Looks nasty there too
Well, I’ll be. I’ve spent my whole career around these machines in heavy construction and k never knew you could use them to move snow!! I always liked the Bobcat telehandlers because they can get into spots the bigger ‘lulls’ can’t get. More manoeuvrable for tight sites. Thanks for the demo!!
Reminds me of growing up in Cleveland and the lake effect snow that would just dump on us. I live in Tucson now so no snow to worry about. I do not envy you. But this machine seems to handle all the snow well. Merry Christmas and happy new year.
That’s a sweet snow mover! Plus other things mover for that matter! Thanks for the NoDak weather report!
That thing is sweet and thanks for the explanation on why you have all Bobcat toys.
You bet
Mortske I could watch you move snow in that all day. Love that machine! Nice music change up. Duff having fun running alongside is just fun to see.
Duff is the Shop boss!! He doesn’t need to get involved with snow removal lol that’s your job Mortske. You work for duff lol
You & Duff stay warm. Merry Crisis!!!!
Same to you!
Ol Duff was having a blast in that snow lol
Always
Excellent! I have an older ‘86 Cat IT28B loader with a BT4 Cummins. 14’ hydraulic blade for the winter, various attachments. I have over 5,000 sq meters of asphalt for driveway and parking, around the shop etc, have a sammich and hit the snow!
Wow you got the ultimate shop toy ! Just what you need. Well deserved too. Great video mortske.
Thanks a ton!
I was out in the cold plowing parking lots, drives and alleys all day. Now I'm sitting at home thawing out watching Mortske clean up his property.
Mortske that that Bobcat is F$cking sweet !!! and the bucket makes total sense for what you are doing .its cool how you can stack it so high out of the way! less drifting! the perfect tool for the job! stay warm and keep a good level of antifreeze in your system while plowing!!!
Love Duff! And it's obvious he loves you.

May your elections be redone after this Judge makes his ruling. Watched both Trial days n learned a lot. Merry Christmas Arizona.
I am so glad I live where it doesn’t snow. I wouldn’t mind visiting but wouldn’t want to stay unless I had one of those sweet bobcats.
You pushing the snow brings back memories of before I retired. Every winter, I would be the one that cleared the front parking lot with a T750 with the radio blasting. Then later, I would take an E85 with a ditching bucket and move the snow piles to the edge of the lot where the land sloped down to an adjoining creek to save flooding in the spring.
awesome!
This is my first year at bobcat and I get to run a new t76 pushing snow
Nice bit of kit! A great Christmas present for you and Duff
That is pretty great. Nice addition to your tool chest. Merry Christmas!
Same to you!
Wow. That’s some really nice equipment you have there. Nice perk for working at bobcat.

piling snow on the low point - never gave it a thought about thawing. good tip.

Beautiful addition to the Mortske Compound. You'll pile snow high enough to make glaciers with that one.
Lol, that silly Duff didn't even notice it was cold! He was to busy chasing TL... Two thumbs 👍buddy.
Thanks for the visit

Man that old pup can MOVE!!....Can't imagine living in that climate during the winter.
Wishing you and the Duffanator a Merry Christmas and the best for the New Year. 🎄😁🎉👍

Oh wow!
Oh you work at bobcat my grandma did when I was young I spent everyday there after school
I was starting to suspect that the day job was for bobcat with 3 machines now.
Well, I’ll be. I’ve spent my whole career around these machines in heavy construction and k never knew you could use them to move snow!!

We use a cat tele-handler at work(made by JLG) I think it has too many blinds pots. Really miss the old Ingersoll rand we had.
That bucket will come in handy when you have to move all the stone you plowed
Merry Christmas Mortske-n-Duff. Probably one of the best investments to have in the shop. The end of 2022 seems to be very heavy with extreme weather.
Same to you
Merry Christmas to you duff and yes it a long winter and you have a nice bobcat to clean your yard up .
Thanks, you too!
About time you learned who the boss is and who the worker is.
Merry Christmas Mortske and Duff!
Same to you
Stay warm and safe Bro! 😊
Will do!
We didn't get the snow but we got the cold Duff approved

Man, that's the cat's balloon knot for moving snow. Looks like the lift/boom moves pretty quick and smooth too. Good deal
