David was in his 40s here he doesn’t look a day over 25 and just as gorgeous as ever
He was a brilliant singer and many of the male folk were jealous.😉Not necessarily of his singing talent but his handsomeness.
It's too bad he took it all too seriously and tried to compare himself to other rockstars and actors. It's only in retrospect that we all appreciate things more . I listen to hardcore rock like The Doors or Led Zepplin or The Beatles or Dylan but I can confidently say this, I like listening to the Partidge Family equally as much .
I think jealousy was much more of a factor in influencing his perceptions of himself as a teen idol, which he thought was so lame. It wasn't lame at all, its just that people were seething with jealousy and envy so they lashed out by making fun of him for being an idol but in reality they were incredibly jealous and wished it was them being idolized by millions of females all over the world.
Wow he looked amazing at 40! He always came across as a nice guy. I love his voice, his laugh and his smile. Very talented and sadly underrated. RIP David, you are missed 💔🌹💔🌹
He is far from being a air head.
He seems happy in this interview what went wrong .I don't think his marriages were right for him.The last one he only stayed in it so long because he had a son.
Gosh doesnt he look fantastic here and also he is very articulate and reflects very well on his time on PF ...it is so sad that David might not have received all the recognition for his talent he deserved .Seemed a very down to earth guy whith a great sense of humour ...blessed with good looks n talent ❤❤❤

Two of my favorites: David Cassidy and John Davis (my former TV colleague). Both brilliant , talented men gone way too soon. This interview made me smile. John is such a great interviewer and David is charming and intelligent. Love this!
