I love that you speak about motherhood so transparently. I can relate and I'm happy to see you finding balance in it all. Earlier this week, I found myself spiraling down mentally and I realized it was because I was not carving out any time at all for me to just simply sit still and quietly with The Lord. I felt like I couldn't hear myself think. So I took the time for myself and I started to receive revelation from The Lord. So now I know that I MUST take time for me! I love how you speak so transparent about motherhood, nobody really wants to speak on how hard it is, specifically doing it as a single parent my son is a teenager, when I say its not fair its not my cup be so empty sometimes ❤😭
I needed to hear this.. Lately I've been missing my old life and a ex boyfriend that I dated 9 years ago before I gave up everything for God. Now that God blessed me with my own home and I was able to build it by myself it's coming up on a year in April that I'll be living alone. The thoughts of me coming home and how my life has drastically change.. mannn I be like was it all worth it?? I do be missing my past alot lately and just companship. I'm focusing on me and trying to replenish everything from all the times I've poured into others. I am truly blessed and u right T times are definitely changing. 😊❤

Girl Mondays have been my reset days as well b/c Sundays didn’t do it enough for me. Like I couldn’t reset myself on Sunday just the house & kids with my hubby but Monday reset was for me 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
Thanks T, I feel like I’m on that same journey. I’m learning to embrace the newness it’s been hard cause I want things to be how they were but I’m accepting that life is full of changes all I can I do I pray and do my best to handle and to stay in the present and enjoy those moments❤

Idk if there is a ymca near you but they have a gym and offer child watch for 2hrs ! Some days I take my son when I need a break and sit and get work done on my computer. A lot of gyms offer to watch your kids while you work out for a bit more per month

Babes, why don’t you just build you a gym at home??! Upgrade your workouts and build your gym that way. When I started my weight loss journey back in 2017, I did ALL at home workouts . Then when I got to my goal weight n more time on my hands, I got a personal trainer twice a week. But chile, you got a whole house use it to your advantage. Love you sister-girl.
