@@mazizazi8412 I don't know about that, both had similar games both games, but the difference was Brady's mistakes cost them and Manning was saved. If you look at 2007 he had at least 2 other passes that should've been INTs and had 2 fumbles (both recovered by the offense). 2011 he had an amazing 1st half and then couldn't do anything after. He definitely didn't play great in either, but Manning got a lot of Lady Luck like Brady has gotten for a lot of his career.
That pass to manningham was amazing
In the top 10 Super Bowl games of all time, I think the Giants would be in 3 of those top 10 games... Super Bowl 25 vs the Bills, and Super Bowls 42 & 46 vs the Patriots.... 3 CLASSIC Super Bowl games 🏈
It's amazing how similar the final play of this game and the final play of Super Bowl LII are
@@tb3328-s6g You gotta admit, the final plays of both games are practically twins

Aaron Hernandez in the cut watchin Double M make that catch. Knowing what we know now it’s just kind of mind boggling tbh

I think it was more like 3-4 minutes but yeah...point well taken.

Every Superhero (Tom Brady) has a Nemesis.. and it's Eli Manning.
The one you'd least expect.. to slay Goliath... twice.
And Peyton's little brother.. after Brady knocked off Peyton in the playoffs..more than once.
It's an incredible gimmick for the legacy of the GOAT, TB12, and Eli is just the one who got away. .
Mahomes is a better QB than Brady will ever be.
@@Cyberprank-tz5fx that is true, but, just like Jordan said to kobe during the 2003 all star game "I got six, you got three"... Brady doesn`t need to be as good as Mahomes... Mahomes sure wants to get to Brady, I will tell you that much.. and i am a Giants fan...Brady has Mahomes for breakfast
Brady is not a super hero. Only NETARDS think that.
andy capp's hot fries,
Your comment is 1/2 accurate. Eli was real......ly good to beat a cheater that knew everything about his playbook. Yes, Eli won over a cheater, not the GOAT. The GOAT can't be a cheater.
@@Cyberprank-tz5fx no he's not
Eli should be in the Hall of Fame.
There's no doubt he will be soon.
That Giant who prevented Gronkowski from catching the Hail Mary throw was the hero of the game.
This Super Bowl and SB XLV are probably the most underrated super bowls of all-time
One of the best super bowls I've seen in my lifetime. Cool stuff frank n.y.
Just watched the 2012 Super Bowl between them and seeing the Giants win both will always be special to me
Move over Empire Strikes Back, T2, Aliens, Endgame, Dark Knight and Godfather II.

Red Sox kick our ass in the Postseason nowadays but the Giants staining the Patriot dynasty will always be glorious
Side note: The game that really stands out for me is the game BEFORE this one. That solidified….for all of eternity….his legacy and HOF conversation. The niners could’ve been charged with assault and battery because on just about every play, Eli was eating wet dirt and grass…..and got back up each time!
He helped lead a team that was 9-7 that BARELY qualified for the playoffs smoked the falcons and 15-1 packers and never quit against the 49ers and then this rematch what else needs to be said. This may have been the peak of his career but no one can take this away from him
Been so long as a Giants fan how it feels to play meaningful games...

The defensive line for the giants in the patriots final drive was art
I am a lifelong Cowboys fan. So you know that during the regular season there's no love lost for the Giants. But this was honestly one of the most nail biting games I've ever seen and Eli Manning proved without a doubt that he IS an elite QB, in the class of Brady. A certain future Hall Of Famer. He displayed leadership, guts and never once complained or quit on his team. A personification of character and class.
Thank you for not being a biased Cowboys fan. I deeply respect you
My mother went to college with Jason Pierre-Paul. He was awesome at USF too & is one of my all time favorite pass rushers.
I remember this whole amazing and awesome run
Nick Foles and And Eli Manning can be considered Tom Brady’s Parents
How can foles be considered brady's parents it's a team sport Brady put up 505 yards on the eagles D and pats D allowed 41 pts. Same thing with Eli in 2007 when brady left 2 minutes on the clock but again the Defense failed him
@@nehemiahcamara5529505 yards of offense but who won that game it certainly wasn't Tom Brady should've kept the ball in his hand when Brandon Graham stripped him COPE
2:07:00 Coughlin might have made the most underrated genius move in Super Bowl history by intentionally allowing 12 men on defense. The penalty only gave up 5 yards, the play killed 8 critical seconds on the clock, and the defense had an extra downfield defender for the deep ball.
Was it really intentional? I saw the 12th man running to the sideline so I don't think the Giants had an extra downfield defender anyway.
@@Catnotic granted it isn't the final play of the game
Who’s here in 2024 reminiscing when the Giants were good 😢❤💙🤣
Me! Even though I was only 8 at the time of this Super Bowl, I still remember it clearly. I grew up in a Giants household. ❤💙
@ same my parents , grandparents etc 💙❤️ we need a QB
Eli is my Patriot Slayer! ❤😺
The 2007 and 2011 Giants Super Bowls are both top 5 in strength of schedule for Super Bowl winning teams
Congratulations Giants I love you 💕😘 please win another Súper bowl 🙏🏼
At the time the Pats went up 17-9, Brady was 20/23, 201 YDS, 2TDs (132.07 rating). From that point on he went 7/18, 75 YDS, 1 INT (28.7 rating).
Cannot believe that this was 10 years ago.
Whenever I feel down I watch this video and the super bowl 42 and I feel so much better.... Eli is the goat slayer!!!
Eli Manning, Patriot Killer, and 2× Super Bowl Champion and MVP!
The 2007 Superbowl gave eli more time as a nyg (they wanted to get rid of him if he failed again). This Superbowl made him into a giants legend. Crazy how a month of post season can change everything.
People still don't respect him but he is a true legend and belongs in the hall of fame

Manningham saves the Giants...right in front of Belichik.
1:49:48 is easily, the best and most clutch pass in football history. Of course, it had to be the most clutch QB in NFL history to throw it. Wow, what a game this was!!!
2nd the helmet catch has it beat still the fact that Eli did this twice is absolutely mind-blowing
Patriots trying to take revenge from the Giants for blowing their perfect season
Eli Manning: And I took it personally
Weird seeing Hernandez in there since we saw him go up the river.
They should have edited out his participation.
I was going to say the same.

Let’s reserve judgement for God in heaven.
But is it weirder than Derek Carr getting a SB ring for this?
That throw to Mario Manningham is one of the greatest ever
Eli is Tom Brady’s kryptonite.
Actually giants defense is buddy. Brady actually doesn’t play defense against oppposing qbs
The Patriots had the worst defense that year but the offense was pretty good though so it’s not Tom Brady to blame.
The New York Giants are so bad now that I have to watch the two most recent Super Bowls to feel good about rooting for this team. I miss those defensive AND offensive lines.
Even though the Pats lost, this is still one of my Top Five Patriots Super Bowls. Very Underrated Game as well

Super Bowl 42 and 46 back to back epic Super Bowls my personal favorites all time! GO GIANTS
Spoiler: Any Team from the NFC East who faces either Tom Brady, or the Pats in the playoffs, expect the NFC East teams to win
True but the Eagles did lose one and should have lost the other also...
@@paulaveni1102 well they didn't (the 2nd time) so...
No doubt. They won it convincingly too. I'm just pointing out how it's unusual for a Belichick led defense to give up more than 20 let alone twice that. Some even speculate that he threw the game as some weird revenge. I'm not on board with that. Philly outplayed them that day. Plain and simple.
when i was 2 i was a huge giants fan (switched a lot when i was little), and my ma put me in a patriots sweatshirt for this game. that didn't stop me from chanting "go giants" throughout the game
