What's difficult about this method? Make a slurry with potato and flour, add boiling water, keep stirring till it stiffens. Leave it in boiling water to prevent it from becoming too cold. Then, once the dough is in a manageable temperature, stretch it on a flat surface. Add flour to form an opaque dough. I don't see anything difficult in the teaching or learning process. Now how much difficulty I will have while implementing depends on me.

One cup white flour, half cup corn starch, salt to taste knead it into dough lets it rest 20 mins make your dumplings!
