ALL car prices have doubled since 2018. Ford F150 crew cab xlt was 29,000 in 2018...now its 59,000. And now the government tariff high quality cheap EVs from China is causing all car prices to double. In Texas and California, people moved to live in Mexico to drive a $12,000 BYD SEAL and work in US. US is a LOSE LOSE LOSE for its citizens.

It's the lunatics running the government that were busy destroying our economy for the past 8 years that are to blame. Maybe the new administration will hear our plea to investigate every single car company for lone shark price gouging of every damn type of vehicle and threaten to let Chinese and Korean and Vietnamese cars and trucks priced $15K and lower into the country if they don't start making cars for the masses in the USA, and not only for the wealthy. They all got their start catering to the masses. They have let us down and they need to be run out of business and new companies to build factories that will hire American workers and produce affordable vehicles. We know it's not a supply and demand issue. They built a gagillion cars that they now can't sell because they overpriced them. Some have said the Car companies would rather scrap and recycle the over-supply of vehicles than sell them at an affordable price. It's a damn shame, for sure. Everybody needs to teach them a lesson by leasing a car from now on so that they get the message that they will have to sell the car for a lot less profit (if any) later on after the lease period is up and the customer gets another new car anyway.

Personally, I believe that deals will be even larger at the end of 1st quarter 2025 than the year end push right now. Too many people believe that they can get a great deal right now for year end, which may mean dealers won’t go as deep as they should. Traditionally, late December is a good time to buy a new car, but I just think it’ll be better in March. After the year-end push, I think new car sales will slump further. I’m waiting. Time will tell whether I am right or wrong.

And meanwhile thousands are still losing their jobs. Then they don't need a new or used vehicle.

It depends on the brand is like you said in the video brands like toyota and honda doesn't rush on discount because they are selling their car properly on the other hand jeep ford and those american brand are struggling on selling car so they have to do discount to try to atract people.....but those brands are not reliable and they are very expensive.....is like the video say DYOR like I try to do haha

Yep, Audi, Mercedes, or Lincoln are NOT known for reliability :). Most people looking for deals are not looking to buy a luxury brand with horrible resale, expensive maintenance, and, as already mentioned, a high failure rate. People would rather buy a Toyota, Honda, or Lexus for more, yet the longer upkeep would be much cheaper than buying a Jeep or Ford. The concerning part is that even Toyota and Honda are having lots of issues.
